I am saving my bitcoins because at the moment they fluctuate too much although were trending up until this month which has took a bit of a dip.
If/when my bitcoins are worth more than I paid/mined them for then I might start spending or cashing out, but the main problem I see at the moment is most things are sold at their fiat equivalent anyway.
Even people on here say things like $500 or BTC @ mtGox average... so really, people still aren't happy enough to just say this is 50BTC, that is the price regardless of dollar/euro/pound

Thanks for the speedy service

It looks as though it drops the rating of people with outstanding loans, possibly to show that they are more of a risk than someone who currently owes nothing?
Hamdi, it is probably something on your end as everyone else seems to be mining fine via HashPower... either a problem with your internal network or your ISP?
Thats perhaps the full system wattage? My system uses 180w when mining, it uses 90w when idle although perhaps about 10w of that is the GPU idle?
6870 uses about 90 watts when the memory is underclocked
Its nice when you get the first payment from someone, removes a least a little bit of the doubt that you may never see your money again!
My 6870 gets about 305mhash/s overclocked to 1000 on the core, memory at 300. It works out about 0.1BTC per day I think...

Glad to help if possible. Another little suggestion: there's no way to contact you/other administrator of the site. Maybe put a contact page on the site. I've seen a suspicius activity of a member for example: he ask for a loan, then when I write a comment on the high risk of that kind of loan he had removed the request and now he ask for another one for the same amount but a totally different scope. It's really fishy. I sent you a PM (don't want to pubblicy accuse someone without evidences)
I think I know which person you're talking about, what I don't understand is why some of these people are so stupid as to rush these things and not come up with a well written, spell checked plan of what they "plan" to do. I pretty much ignore anything that looks rushed, half the stuff on there at the moment is either scammy or just not investable from my POV.

Actually whilst 12.10 seemed to have a higher hash rate than 12.8 it was actually producing less shares. CGMiner averaged at 7.2 per minute, as opposed to 7.9 previously. I've upgraded to 12.11 beta and that seems a little better than 12.10 but still not quite as good as 12.8 I don't think...
Getting about 10mhash/s more with 12.10 over 12.8, this is on a 7950 @ 1100mhz. Getting about 575mhash/s now

OK, that makes sense I think usually in such a case you have 11 equal instalments and the first payment is slightly higher. Obviously 365 days is a whole year, not 12.16 months.
Can you tell me how you are working out your repayments as they just don't make any sense to me. For example: https://btcjam.com/listings/264500BTC @ 2% over 1 year... You calculate 44.05918 per month, total = 528.71016 I calculate 42.05 per month, total = 504.60 (assuming 2% per year) I calculate 46.40 per month, total = 556.80 (assuming 24% per year, 2% per month?) My calculations done in GnuCash. Also every loan repayment calculator you can easily find online matches (or is very close) to the numbers I calculated.

I want to link my Bitcointalk name with BTCJam's. Verification code: 7a4bbf29-3b35-4874-95f8-9cc1c545e9a4

First confirmation done, thanks for the quick sale and reasonable price

I'll buy the remaining 6BTC if its still available?
I did a lease yesterday that made a profit, roughly 1BTC and got 0.26BTC ish more than usual for 5 blocks But it is totally a gamble, as I could have been unlucky and only 1 or 2 blocks generated in the 10 hour period. I doubt I'll do it again, I'm a bit tighter with my money these days, gambling never ends well with me I'm just not that lucky
Looks like someone has leased a very large amount of shares from HashPower! Not complaining though as it increases our odds of more blocks

Miners should be able to set the minimum they will mine at and then purchasers could see how much GH/s they would be getting at the price they are looking to buy.
Love the site, great work.
BTW, when I login, it takes two tries before I actually do. The first time just sends me back to the main page, then I log in a second time and it works. I'm on Chromium 20.0.1132.47.
I have the same problem with logging in, also I think a minimum mining value might be useful... at the moment it looks to be around 104% PPS and the rest goes to HashPower?

Sorry, I listed it on BitMit and it has already sold.
