201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 06, 2024, 03:32:07 AM
It is just really difficult for Manchester United to achieve this comeback with Erik ten Hag as it seems. Because there is still no sign of any recovery. They just continue to lose points which caused the gap with top four to go up to nine points. There are three teams between as well so it is very hard for Manchester United to make it to the Champions League again.

I think this must be an enough reason for the board to sack him by the end of the season at worst. If they were a title contender in the previous season then maybe Erik ten Hag would have still had a chance to stay longer even if he completes this season poorer.
Do you mean comeback to the top 5 in EPL standings? You're right, it seems very difficult to return to the top 5 because Man United performs very unstable and the point gap with Tottenham in 5th is quite large. If there is no change with Man United, I think Man United probably finishes in the 6th place for this season. However, it won't be easy, West Ham and Brighton are competing for the same position. Man United also must be aware that West Ham and Brighton aren't weak teams.

Yes, it is time to fire Ten Hag. After this season is over, I am sure Man United probably fires Teh Hag. He failed to improve Man United, he also made some problems with players. It is not a wise decision to keep Ten Hag in the club if he often makes problems.

It is very difficult for Manchester United to return to the same position as last season, maybe last season Manchester was still lucky because they had players they could rely on. If Erik Ten Hag didn't make a change in players, maybe Manchester United could still maintain its performance with the players they had before, but unfortunately because Erik Ten Hag made several efforts or changed players, it actually caused Manchester United to decline. And worst of all, Erik Ten Hag couldn't do more with the players he recruited his coaching strategy really failed this season.

Yes, it is possible that Manchester United's management will maintain it until the end of this season if there is no good improvement, why keep a coach if he is not able to provide better, it just gets worse, there is no other reason not to fire Erik Ten Hag because this coach really has too much problems within the club, keeping him will only further worsen the club's condition.

I guess the top 5 position are already set and there's very low chances of it being changed. There would be competition for the positions within the top 5 but I don't see lower teams in the table replacing them. Though there are 18 matches left for most teams, there's nothing that could drastically change how they are performing. There's a 5 points difference between Tottenham and West ham, which may seem small but while distribution on matches needs a long time of favorable results to change. There's no way for Manchester United to get on top 5.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Single or accumulation, which one do you prefer when it comes to sport betting on: January 06, 2024, 02:56:50 AM
I just wish to see people view about single bet and accumulated bet. Which one do you till can be profitable when it comes to gambling. Although I normally do the two but in most cases I prefer accumulated bet to single bet.

I use both but placing single bets are easier, quicker and the results are instant. I do them mostly on football and cricket games.
I do parlay on tennis where the odds are too low and combining a few would give better results. But the gambling result would depend on the result of each games.
Among them the first one is the goto for most of the sports gambler as most of the time emotions are attached to the game and bet. People bet for their team or player and they don't care about a small rise on the odds because the result of the game is more important than the bet itself.
203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: January 06, 2024, 01:59:42 AM
ChatGPT is all the rage at the moment. I’ve seen that people are asking it to predict sporting events. Would you leave gambling decisions up to artificial intelligence? Do you see any potential drawbacks for outsourcing your bets to a software program? Has anyone here tried this yet? Do we need someone to put together a thread of ChatGPT predictions to see how accurate they are?  Any other thoughts?

AI can actually get prediction gurus and Tipster jobless as they can analyze and process large amount of data and create a model with backtesting.
They have no emotion or bias and they don't miss any things. They have already been in use both on making plans on game or predicting the game and overall results. Their use is on increase because of their relative success. And to add to that, they are still in their early phase, they can do wonders as the models mature.
The place where the AI might still lose is common understanding and new type of development of events that has larger effect that can skew the model.
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Women's Cricket Prediction & Discussion - T20 & ODI on: January 05, 2024, 04:27:53 PM
India Women won the toss and decided to bowl in the first T20I of the three-match T20I series between Australia Women and India Women. Australia Women's batting did not make much of an impact early on, conceding 33 runs in the first six overs with the loss of four wickets. Perry scored 37 off 30 balls and Litchfield scored 49 off 32 balls. Australia women scored 141 runs in 19.2 overs and lost all wickets. Titas Sadhu bowled brilliantly for the India women's team, taking 4 wickets with 19 runs in four overs. The Indian women's team has  great start with the batting so far as they have taken 77 runs without a wicket in 9 overs so far. The match is now in their control, they need 65 runs from 66 balls to win.

India has easily secured a win on this match. The target was pretty small to start with. Indian women kept the Australian women team in pressure. I had predicted they'd be able to score about 150 watching the first 10 over but they fell short of it as wickets kept coming. As good the Indian women bowler performed, the same performance is mirrored by the opening batswomen for India. Both of them scored fifty, Mandhana's wicket fell after scoring fifty when they were just 5 runs short of 50. Rodriges finished it with style with 14  balls remaining. That is a strong start for the series for Indian women.
205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 05, 2024, 02:19:02 PM
Australia Women vs India Women
T20I Series First Match

So here everyone know that hoe Australian Women team played in ODI series. Australia won the ODI series with 3-0.
So today the T20I series is starting and Australia Women team is sill looking strong. By the way we can't say anything at this time. Maybe India can perform well. Because there is much different between ODI format and T20I format. So let's hope that India will surprise us.

Today's match will be Australia women team vs India women team, I think Australia team strong in this game because Australia women team won three ODI matches. Both batting line and bowling line of Australia team are strong enough to attack India women team. The pace of fast bowling in Australia women's team is immense, which puts a lot of pressure on the Indian batsmen. As the game of cricket is uncertain, but there is confidence that Australia women's team has a high chance of winning today.

Today the first T20 match between Australia Women and India Women is going to be held. India Women won the toss and elected to bowl. Australia Women and India Women have participated in 30 head-to-head matches in which Australia won 23 matches and India Women won only 7 matches. Australia Women are likely to win today's match as they defeated India Women by 3-0 in the ODI match. However, the game will be held shortly.

Winning toss was lucky for India, Australian women team are already struggling. The game is already half way through and the Australian women team have scored 71 runs at the loss of 4 wickets. The four wickets were down since the 6th over. And they scored 20 runs on the 10th over. Even though there's still much game left in Australian team, I don't see them making more than 180 at the end of the game. Titas Sadhu's spell has been game changing. With 3 overs bowled, she took three wickets with an economy of 2.66.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who among you here is gambling at work? on: January 05, 2024, 03:07:43 AM
I used to gamble at work in my free time. I made sure that I'd be doing it when I had nothing to do and it didn't affect my efficiency at work in anyway. So, you could gamble at work but how moral the activity is a matter of discussion.
Now I don't gamble at work mostly because I'm shifted to a busier office and have no time to spare. Adding to that there's no more privacy like at my older office as four of us share the two computers at our desk.
207  Economy / Economics / Re: India is the new economic leader of global south. And replacement for China?... on: January 05, 2024, 02:38:27 AM
India can be the largest economy of the world and not only Asia if they did a few things right. India is in a better position than China to achieve it but there are many problems in India that needs to solve.
China too used to be a backward society with lack of regard for rules and huge unofficial economy. With the increase in earnings and strict policy and rules implementation from the Chinese government, they had been successful in bringing a huge population out of poverty and raise generations that are civilized.
India on the other hand even with increased earning has larger difference between the rich and poor and even though theirs increase in sense of pride, there has been slow increase in social morals.
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [A POLL] Without Chances of Making Money, Will you still be gambling? on: January 05, 2024, 02:18:16 AM
I believe we all, or most of us are back from the new year celebration already  Grin, my greetings to everyone of you and pray this year brings us the best of luck as gamblers.

Now, I have a simple question, first, let me say that I am an advocate of gambling for fun, and I personally believe that gambling for fun does not necessarily means you should completely ignore the aspect of money making through gambling, it just simply means that we should not prioritize making money off gambling over doing it for fun, and this is because, some gamblers out of prioritizing gambling for money over over gambling as a means of having fun, end up gambling irresponsibly which leads to alot of financial issues and even gambling disorders.

So, one question I want to ask is, if games were built to be played with money on casinos like we do now, with absolutely no chances of making money even when you win a game, would you still be spending money playing this games or betting on sports games?

Please let's discuss, and remember, keep it as constructive as possible and cast your vote on the pool as well.

Gambling refers to the activity where you risk something in anticipation of winning a larger value. It doesn't have to be money and gambling has been here way before there were any concept of money. It involved physical possession or service.
And something you spend money on for fun and don't have any return regardless are games.
It can't be called gambling when there's no gamble. It's like getting drunk on expensive water cause you can't handle alcohol.
209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos and gamblers are struggling with high tx fees.? on: January 04, 2024, 05:05:39 PM
I'm just wondering how crypto casinos are able to cope with this high Tx fees.. cus definitely, they'll have a decreased transaction rate.. anyways, I understand the fact that they've got so many ways to cover up whatsoever.. maybe digital sales? Etc.. that'd also equat atleast 11/3 of the usual influx.

do people still gamble with these high tx fees? Is the current congestion in the mempool a motivation to some set of gamblers? that they might likely get fortunate since alot of gamblers won't wanna evade the high fees??

Sandra 🧑‍🦰

Bitcoin only casinos are nearly unuseable. The minimum transaction fees are over $10 for segwit wallets and casinos are reportedly charging upto $100 for withdrawal fees.
Crypto casinos should all switch to lightning network and other altcoins. Use of bitcoin as an utility increases the numbers of transaction creating more congestion. It would be a wiser move to embrace alts for the casinos that are bitcoin only till date. Stake and bitvest are good examples how accepting altcoins increases the userbase.
210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: January 04, 2024, 04:40:35 PM
It is still too early to expect some surprises in the Europa League or in the Conference League, because those things will probably happen in the round of 16 and also in the round of eight later in the Europa League and also in the Conference League. So everyone can just enjoy the match as usual here in the Europa League before seeing the surprise that makes a big team eliminated by a small team, but for now I still don't think that that will happen again this season because there are a lot of big teams who will try not to be eliminated so that they can make the competition in the European League this season even fiercer than last season.

Yes I agree with you. Currently the Champions League and European leagues are on holiday for several weeks. We can't expect any surprises from the group stage. Because so far those who have qualified for the round of 16 are the teams that were predicted to qualify from the start. Although there are some small changes such as Copenhagen qualifying ahead of Galatasaray but the real surprise could happen in the last 16 and subsequent rounds. I'm looking forward to some interesting matches in the European League and Champions League. Can't wait for February.
Yes, we must first wait for the Europa League to resume after completing the grueling group stages. I think speculation about surprises is valid as long as you don't say for sure things that haven't been played yet. Now many people also expect Leverkusen and Liverpool to face each other in the final, it's just an expectation based on their performances during the Europa League, especially in the group stages.
We will still have the play offs before the last 16 is played, and the play offs are also likely to be a surprise. There are still many big clubs that will play there, and not to forget there are some clubs from the Champions League that will also play there. From the Champions League itself there are several clubs that are superior like AC Milan that we cannot forget.

Awaiting any two teams to be up against each other in the Europa League final is dumb because nobody can predict whether they will be eliminated before the final and nobody can predict whether they will eliminate each other before the final. As if anyone had an idea what the draw for the quarterfinals and semifinals will look like. There is no point in speculating about the two clubs that may reach the final.

I don't know if I get the statistics right here so feel free to correct me, but the chance that Liverpool plays against Leverkusen in the quarterfinal is around 14% (assuming they both get there) and the chance that they meet in the semifinal is 33% (assuming they both get there). This means we have a chance of 86% * 67% = 58% that they both play the final if they make it there. Of that 58% chance you can deduct the probability that they get eliminated by some other team and then you will probably end up somewhere around 10 - 15% at best.

We can still have some predictions considering how the general trend of Europa League had been and how the performance of each individual team are in local and international perspective.
Villarreal and Liverpool are surely the favorite ones. It's a rare occasion for Europa cup going anywhere except Premier league or La Liga teams.
But Leverkusen is a rare success this time. Not just due to their success in the group stage but also how they are performing this season in the bundesliga. They are certainly going to be promoted to the UEFA cup this year.
211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The is always on gambling, never the individual. on: January 04, 2024, 03:20:36 PM
The other day someone was talking about how he hates gambling as it nearly ruined his life, and within my mind I was like, no it was not gambling that nearly ruined you it was actually you that tried to ruin your life and that's because you refused to gamble responsibly and discipline yourself by not been capable of differentiating money meant for gambling from money meant for other projects in your life.

Why do people blame gamble for their own act of irresponsibility. No one is talking about their own part in their story of bad experience's with gambling, all we get to hear is gambling is bad and a useless activity. Why?

Truly said. Things like alcohol and gambling were present even before the concept of money or gods. And they have been an integral part of human society.
It's upto the individual if they enjoy the gambling responsibly or they let gambling ruin their life. There are daily thousand of things that could ruin your life if you used different than how they ought to be. It is a life lesson everyone should pass. You can't be a mature person unless you have relative control of your mind and it's you, not others that are in primary control.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 04, 2024, 02:26:39 AM
As the host, Girona was finally able to win the match well, and I thought that the result of Girona's match against Atletico Madrid would be a 3-3 draw, but in the end it was good luck for Girona because I. Martin scored a goal in the last minute.

Yes, the point is that Girona is still performing well so far, and Atletico Madrid is also very good in this match, but unfortunately luck is still on Girona's side. Now Girona seems to want to shift Madrid's position and the points tally is now the same between them, namely 48. However, the resistance that Atletico Madrid gave Girona was certainly very good. A. Morata really performed very well and he scored 3 goals for Atletico Madrid. Yes, of course Michel has succeeded in making a good strategy and a good formation.

Girona and Madrid are still competing and Madrid won the match against Mallorca with a score of 1-0 through a goal scored by A. Rudiger.
but honestly I thought the result would end 3-0 because Mallorca and Madrid's standings were of course very far apart, but it turned out that Mallorca's performance was so good that in the end they were able to hold Madrid with a score of 1-0. Madrid is still performing well and is still in first place, but I predict that Girona has the potential to shift Madrid's position.

Yeah it deserves to be called a lucky goal for Girona and Girona managed to secure 3 points with 48 points the same points as Real Madrid, at least Girona managed to pass the first challenge then wait for the second challenge next February against Real Madrid, on February 11 Girona will come to Real Madrid obviously this is not an easy match especially as an away team I mean there is the potential for Girona to lose points.

girona was defending its position caused by it was also able to beat atletico madrid. this is also helping real madrid to get less competitors. I want to express my admiration for the performance of Girona because they were able to defeat both Barcelona and Real Madrid. It's unpredictable result caused by girona was scoring in injury time.

It is truly incredible to witness the success of Girona and observe Michel's immense gratitude towards the remarkable outcome achieved by Girona in their match against Atletico Madrid. I would like to call the current game is far better compared to the el classico which was a boring game.

Girona and atletico madrid are exploring the possibilities in the field to score as many goals as possible. I was pleased to witness Girona scoring the last goal during the additional time, as it effectively dashed Atletico Madrid's hopes of securing any points from the match.

I am interested to know what measures Michel is taking to strengthen Girona and make them a formidable team in their current campaign. It's amazing and i can't even believe it how girona is performing consistently in the la liga.

Girona is playing a great team game and they were on par with Atletico Madrid in almost every aspects of the game and better on some. It was a fine display of a competitive match and Girona is still placing themselves as a possible competition for the title. The rest of the teams than Girona and Real Madrid are nearly out of the competition for the title even if half of the games are played. It would be interesting to watch how long Girona would be able to keep its performance.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: With gambling, it's probably easier to quit cold turkey on: January 04, 2024, 01:10:24 AM
If someone is a problem gambler and has repeatedly relapsed to problematic behavior related to gambling, I have come to the conclusion that it's best to quit cold turkey.

With other things it can sometimes be recommended that the addict slowly winds down their consumption of the addictive activity or substance, but that doesn't sound very realistic with gambling, does it?

Quitting cold turkey, contemplating on your mistakes and talking about it with a group and some experts sounds like the best path. What are your thoughts? Could a problem gambler quit slowly and expect realistic improvements?

That is a good advice. Gambling addiction Unlike substance issues doesn't have physical withdrawal symptoms. People might be missing the adrenaline but you can avoid it if your willingness is strong enough.
The thing gambling addict should admit is you can't get back the lost gambling money through gambling. It's better to start from scratch. Stopping gambling is a much larger asset than the money you have lost.
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Survey: Betting strategy: (WIN)-(WIN+DRAW)-(DRAW ONLY) on: January 02, 2024, 03:02:09 AM
I follow the English Premier League and picked up a win on Bournemouth with good odds of £4.50.  I got to thinking that in close match-ups, would it be better to place a bet on my team of choice PLUS a draw in case they don't win where I feel the other team has no chance?

Does anyone share this strategy?  What's your suggestions?  Poll is open ended.  Thanks guys.

There are several kinds of bet we can choose from depending further if it's a league or knockout. For leagues, Win-Draw both are a good option to go with.
The bookies have made it even difficult with the 90min and extended result bets. When I'm too confident that a team would be an overkill against the other team I go with the win bet. It's easier and much more fun to watch. When it's all about luck, it doesn't matter if you bet for 90min or for the whole game. I go for 90min win as the odds are better there. And statically, the match being draw on leagues
215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one is better, parlay or teaser bet? on: January 02, 2024, 02:39:48 AM
Teaser bet is a modification of parlay bet. Teaser bet can be called a type of parlay bet where gambler has option for modification.
Teaser bet can be adjusted to have less risk than normal parlay but the profit is also decreased.
There's no comparison between the two as which is better as teaser is developed further from parlay according to the interest of some gamblers that likes to adjust their risk and customizing the terms of parlay. Being a modern form of parlay, one may argue Teaser bet to be better but it doesn't supplement parlay which have it's own popularity.
216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in gambling experts predictions? on: January 01, 2024, 05:51:16 AM
A gambling expert brought i and some friends a guaranteed predicted game and asked us to stake a a high amount so that we winning could be huge and so we can give him a percentage of the money at winning.

I don't believe there could be a 100% guaranteed game but yet my friends who are eager to make profits in the gambling accepted to play the gamed as instructed and at the end of it, they all loosed the game and at then, the rest of us were happy because we didn't play the game else we would had loosed as others.
I want to ask, do you believe in experts gambling predictions?

There is nothing 100% on gambling unless it's a fixing. Sports betting can be guessed with a larger chances of probability on based on different factors. These gambling experts mostly goes through stats like head to head, home and away performance, impact of weather and time, injuries and cards, etc to predict what team has better chances of winning.
Even though they can predict and do it well, the odds are also spread accordingly. As people keep on betting on a side, the odds for it decreases while the odds for another team increases.
217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: December 31, 2023, 06:14:44 AM
Yes they can buy all of what you have mentioned. Players, coaches, facilities, marketing and whatever else a club could need to improve everything. But there is one thing they can't buy and this has been mentioned here before in the thread and that is competition. They can't buy high level competition and therefore they play below their maximum level most of the time and then when they have a game in the Champions League they suddenly need to play on a higher level. I think that is a huge disadvantage because imagine you are a marathon runner and you never compete with the best runners in the whole world for a whole year. You can check their times, that is different of course, but in general the idea is that the best runners push you to new maximum performance levels. That is what PSG doesn't have in Ligue 1.
There is no competition in Ligue 1 for PSG. They always dominate and if any other team wants to take over PSG's throne in Ligue 1, it will be tough competition.
If financially the French clubs can't keep up with PSG, then what happens every season will only be like this. PSG's dominance in Ligue 1 will be unmatched. and as you said, that will also be PSG's weakness when they have to be forced to play with other teams in Europe who are used to tough competition.
Ligue 1 must be like La Liga or EPL.

Even Serie A and Bundesliga have more competition than League1. The french football authorities should focus on creating balance between the teams whether restricting the amounts they can use to buy and retain players or by restricting the number of foreign and national team players on each team. This may make every of the team weaker for a few years, considering the level of youth in football in France, they'd recover better than ever.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rich, average or poor. Who loses more? on: December 30, 2023, 01:49:57 PM
There is no standard to measure which class of gamblers loses more or profits more among rich, middle class, and poor gamblers. However, once the middle class and lower class lose in gambling, their mentality changes a lot because they don't have the courage to gamble again after losing a huge amount of money. But the elites do not become mentally broken even if they lose repeatedly in gambling but they do not hesitate to bet again to get profit even if they lose more than once. That's why the rich are more likely to profit from betting than the middle and lower classes.

Exactly! Those people in the middle and lower class tends to become more broke after losing such amount in gambling and even if they really want to gamble, they can't do that again because they have no money. nothing left in their pockets after losing, what's even worse is that maybe because they want to continue gambling, they might think of something else that is more difficult to solve such as borrowing money or mortgaging properties.
I think when it comes to losing by number, I think any class is all the same. We are all humans and have a similar fate when it comes to gambling. Not all gamblers are lucky enough to win frequently. That's why I think when it comes to the number of losses in gambling, no matter what the class is, we are all the same, or they are all the same. But if we are talking about money, of course, why the rich people? Simply because they have more money to spend and can afford to lose than middle- or lower-class people, as they only have limited money to spend and can tolerate losing. Yes, middle- and low-class gamblers have alternatives to having money to gamble, but it will only make their lives worse. Unlike fortunate people, they have more money to spend and nothing to worry about. That's why I believe that they lose more money compared to other classes.

Generally richer people are supposed to be a wiser handler of money but how people bet and lose depends on the mentality of each individuals.
Poor people don't have a gambling fund to start with, so they generally don't even have access to addictive gambling.
High level of trouble caused by addicted gamblers on news generally have more rich and medium class people but the street stories of people destroying their family and house due to gambling addiction comes from lower or middle class ones.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 30, 2023, 04:09:36 AM
Under Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool extended their winning streak. Although their performance was unstable, Liverpool officially surpassed Arsenal to take the leading position. Tottenham lost to Brighton and lost their work in the top 4 to Man City. I am sure Liverpool will continue to defeat Newcastle to continue to hold the top spot, knowing that Newcastle is not an easy opponent. The race is getting more and more fierce when Man City returns to the top 4; of course, they will do everything to regain the top spot. Arsenal also did not show weakness when following Liverpool. This season's rankings continuously change hands. This is the wonderful feeling Premier League football brings.

Yeah this is what we've been waiting for Liverpool really deserves to take their place at the top of the standings Liverpool may not be stable but they consistently don't lose points and have only lost once so far while other competitors have lost 3-4 times, Liverpool only needs to maintain this record until the end of the season to win the title. Arsenal will probably continue to be close to them but after seeing Arsenal's last 5 matches it changed my opinion somehow Arsenal got bad results in the last 5 matches with 2 defeats and 1 draw.
Arsenal cannot win the Premier League until they improve efficiency in both attack and defense. I'm curious if their players are being overused and exhausted due to the busy period of the season or if they are lacking a key striker. Just like liverpool has salalah or man city has haaland. I think Arsenal's offense needs more confidence in front of goal and composure and rationality in decisive situations. Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, and Gabriel Jesus can make Arsenal pay the price in the race for the Premier League title. Arsenal should strengthen their striker when the transfer window opens, with the name Victor Osimhen (Napoli) very suitable to fill that gap.

That was a humiliating loss for arsenal on their home ground against West Ham. Though most of the game was in control of Arsenal, the defense was where they lagged. Both of the goals from West Ham were good and concede due to poor defense from Arsenal near their post, the defense of West Ham were great and they deserved the win.
The lose of Arsenal means it's a chance for Manchester City to hold into the 2nd position. I believe they'd be able to hold the 2nd position for now as their upcoming matches are generally with much weaker teams.
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why do people always play gambling even if they always lose? on: December 30, 2023, 01:53:05 AM
I always hear stories of friends who always lose playing online gambling. I don't know what his purpose to tell his story to me. even it's clear, his story makes him look stupid.

Besides that, in another place, Many young people around to me still play slot gambling even don't have a job and always lose. I wonder where they get the money for deposits? and why they repeat that?. I don't know what the reason reason that doesn't bother them, they should have given up, and changed the game that makes them profitable. if I always lose in the game, I will change the type of game, example If I always lose on a slot, I will change the type of game like sports betting until my capital is back and try the luck again to the slot.

Most people do gambling for fun. They realize they have a higher chance of losing the money. But they do it anyway for the fun and thrill involved. It's like doing a paragliding, you don't expect to get a refund when you land on paragliding. They are not stupid but well informed.
I don't think any luck based games would be profitable for anyone on the long run. And no one should bet with expectation of getting a profit. If anyone thinks he'd be rich betting on dice, the person is misinformed. I didn't used the word stupid cause at some time, I was one of them.
