204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Governments Will Create Their Own Cryptocurrencies on: May 21, 2015, 08:26:42 AM

We seem to be on our way to cashless society.

An imaginary tyrant could use centralized crypto currency to reach fantastic (and scary) goals, total control over people being just one of them.

Well, if I was to guess I would say first would be either the U.S.A. or China.
Then comes Russia and probably Germany too follow.

I would put China first.

Do you think CPC would create an army(currency) that they couldn't control? In the country where the CPC controls everything?

206  Other / Meta / Re: Quickseller = BadBear, he removed his DefaultTrust on purpose on: May 20, 2015, 03:57:41 AM
IN MY OPINION, QS is more aggressive than Vod, I'm sure he is professional and trusted, but why not try to show a little mercy and make this forum a better place, I believe trust system is only designed to mark the scammer.

208  Economy / Speculation / Re: why we should all be bulls in the longer term on: May 19, 2015, 02:05:43 PM
Yes, bull, we always mention in Bitcoin investment, but think about it, when we at the 1000$, we said this is the last chance to get in the rocket, when at the 500$, we said no worry, long-term prospects is good, just hold, and when 200$, we said this is the bottom, it's the time make a hard buy....Now you said long-term bull again, But I'm not that confident about that anymore...
209  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: gambling..its taking me out.. on: May 19, 2015, 01:41:48 PM
Hmm... Gambling is seductive, also, the gambling sites are broadcasting the big wins on their sites everyday and that could be an inducement.

If you avoid spending them for no reason and if you keep buying them,
I can guarantee to you that you will grow your coins  Grin

I would rather choose to grow my dollars....Bitcoin is not a good long-term investment for me...

I am guessing you bought in when it was at, or near, the all times high ($1200), right?

No, I was a trader not a holder, I never hold Bitcoin for a long-term.

dollars is not even a long term investment, it won't rise by much, instead there is a chance that it would decline

at least bitcoin should rise from a mathematical point of view, but we know that nothing is certain

I didn't say dollars is a long-term investment....But yes, Bitcoin have been silent for few months, maybe this is why I'm losing my interest and patience.

219  Economy / Speculation / Re: You are a bitcoin ponzi victim ! on: May 17, 2015, 08:13:17 AM
For those who bought at 1k price, maybe Bitcoin is a Ponzi scam, Yes, the Bitcoiner always tell you buy and hold, but your Bitcoin are losing the value all the time.

Maybe we should think about the outside doubts, whether Bitcoin is good or not, Bitcoin make us better or bad.
220  Economy / Gambling / Re: girlbtc.com™ || onevsone || elephant v.s. tiger v.s. mouse || check your luck on: May 17, 2015, 08:01:18 AM
I suggest you lower your withdrawal fee as most top gambling sites only takes 10k-20k satoshi as withdrawal fee

no problem with that ,but there are a lot of giveaway  and promotion with 0.002btc on our site ,if we lower it to 0.0001btc. they will just withdraw the giveaway and no interesting for the game. Smiley

if you deposit yourself and withdraw more than 10 times ,we will return 0.01btc to your account.

of course we don't try to make money from withdraw fee. Smiley

good luck man

Yes, you don't, so why not just lower that fee and make it more regular as others do?
