201  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price analysis on: May 02, 2018, 10:40:45 AM
what do you think about the changes in bitcoin prices in the near future?
In the near future, I think bitcoin price will consolidate at some point in a good price range that will last for months. We might see silent moments on the market as the price moves up and down to the price range it will settle down. Although that is the case, the margin for that price range would not be profitable for day trades. Note: This might be wrong since this is only a speculation. This is not a financial advice.
202  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New member on forum.. on: May 02, 2018, 07:32:20 AM
I am new on forum.please tell me how I work this place.I learn about bitcoin previous few months ago.Have any option to earn money on forum?
Let me ask you, what skills do you currently have? If you are knowledgeable in programming, or any other skills related to the computer and the internet, you can offer your services in marketplace of this forum. You can also start to learn altcoin trading here. It may not be a way to earn money here on forum, but this is the best place to learn about it.
203  Economy / Economics / Re: Mainstream Media BTC interviews on: May 01, 2018, 12:03:23 PM
Why is it that these interviewers are so willing to scrutinize the inner workings of Bitcoin yet no one inquired about the nature of money during the 2007/2008 financial crisis?
The reason for this is obvious, those interviewers trust fiat fully at that time and is the reason why they didn't scrutinize it's inner workings during the 2007/2008 financial crisis. On the other hand, bitcoin, in their view is something that is used by criminals in the past and it is relatively new unlike fiat. The statements above is not the main reasons though. The real reason for their scrutiny is because of the attention bitcoin has got from the people in the last big bullish trend that we have seen.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC @20k$ vs Eth @ 2,500$ on: May 01, 2018, 11:33:52 AM
Both coins are solid investments, but which will you choose BTC @ 20k$ (just like what happened in the last quarter of 2017) or ETh @ 2,500$?
It is better to have both for diversity, since both have potential to grow and if ever one doesn't rise much(ETH), you still got a chance to profit in one of it(BTC). Nevertheless, don't expect your speculation to become a reality soon. I expect to see those price ranges next year when large sum of institutional money begins to flow into crypto space. By that time, I also expect some major alts to rise, and you might also want to invest into them.
205  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analysis of the mid-term for Bitcoin price on: May 01, 2018, 10:54:36 AM
I of course hope #1 happens because that is the quickest, but looking at long term charts it seems a little too fast a recovery.
I think it is the most probable outcome to happen soon because of the interest people and government shows. Recent news about bitcoin shows that people's growing interest to it leads to cryptocurrency master program in universities. In fact, Russia is interested to bitcoin which makes #1 achievable by 2019. It might happen sooner or later but that time will happen before next halving occurs.
Some reference to what I have claimed above.

206  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is meant by investbox? on: May 01, 2018, 10:16:13 AM
can any one tell me? please
Are you talking about yobit.net's investbox or not? if it is yobit's then it is a tool made by them which intended to help developers promote their coins. I wouldn't recommend you using it though, to me it looks like a ponzi scheme. You are better of studying altcoin trading rather than trying to invest onto it. If you are not talking about yobit's investbox, then I am sorry for not knowing the answer to your question.
207  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which BTC wallet to use? on: May 01, 2018, 09:37:44 AM
Greetings,
Do you guys know what is the best wallet for bitcoin? I've never had a crypto-wallet yet. I have a bank account, though. In banks, cash remittance is unlimited and pretty fast, but service fee is pretty high. Is there a wallet with fast cash remittance and minimum service fee for remittance?
If that is the case, I suggest coinbase to you. It supports bank transfers in many country(and supports transfer via credit card as well). Assuming that you live in US, Europe, UK, Australia, Singapore or Canada, you should refer to this website for payment methods. If not then you should look(on google) for other wallets that supports conversion to and from your local fiat currency.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still HODLing EOS ? on: April 30, 2018, 10:13:28 AM
How much higher do you think EOS can go ? Should i sell now or buy more and wait ?
If you have profit already, please do not forget to take some profit and sell some half of your holdings to recover your investment. That way you will not worry more about it since you will get your capital back. If not, then hold your EOS until you are in the green. Do not attempt to cut loss now since EOS still got the potential to go higher.
209  Economy / Speculation / Re: Russia - the internet belongs to the Americans, but blockchain will belong to us on: April 30, 2018, 08:25:20 AM
To me at least this seems a tad silly. 'Blockchain' is so fluid that I don't see how anyone or anywhere can ever stake a permanent claim to anything.
Don't think of it much, I doubt they can create the world's most successful cryptocurreny(a coin better than blockchain) in the world and control it's blockchain. Treat it as Russian's wishful thinking.
What form would a country's attempt to dominate look like?
It would take the form of them trying to create the new world's best crypto with the goal of dethroning btc. Of course that thing they will create will be centralized, and it would be something with a lot of use cases (in their country).
210  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain Not Just About Bitcoin on: April 30, 2018, 06:13:28 AM
People would gladly accept the tech but bitcoin? It still has a long way to go IMO.
At least governments(at least some) recognized the presence of bitcoin and legalized it as an asset/digital money that helps in money trannsfer(or as a speculative tool for some). As of the moment many countries are seeking to use the blockchain tech and apply it into many fields which really shows that people gladly accepted blockchain.
Will it be a centralized blockchain or a decentralized one?
They are definitely looking for a centralized blokchain. They don't want decentralization.
211  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Looking for advice regarding wallets on: April 30, 2018, 04:19:27 AM
So if I want to hold is better to keep my Bitcoin in a wallet or in an exchange ?
You should hold your Bitcoin in a wallet, preferably a ledger nano S or trezor for more security. Another difference of holding BTC o exchanges is that the account you use to hold your Bitcoin in an exchange is easier to hack than a wallet who have seeds(private keys) that cannot be easily guessed(although it can be obtained via phishing if you are not careful enough).
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin will rise more? on: April 29, 2018, 02:00:16 PM
This was the right long-term move as he tried to make Litecoin a truly decentralized cryptocurrency.
It would become a real decentralized cryptocurrrency if some few core developers of it stops following litecoin, and sells of all of their coins but the price movements at that point would depend solely on community alone.
What is your idea?
I think litecoin itself can survive even without it's developers(since it is one of the coins that are good to use for settling transactions fast) and has coinbase supporting it(making it more visible to people since coinbase is a well known crypto broker). For this two reasons, I think LTC can rise more.
213  Economy / Speculation / Re: 7k by tonight Sunday on: April 29, 2018, 12:53:20 PM
I think it will drop because of trends and the trend is downwards I'd say but I might be wrong of course.
No one would believe you if you have no proof to show us. Saying that the trend is downwards is not a valid reason for one to predict a bearish trend. For instances what news do you think would drive bitcoin price down tonight? You need to back it up by news if you were to speculate via fundamental analysis(like what you have done) but it would be better if you can provide a technical analysis as well.
214  Economy / Economics / Re: Real world use for smart contracts on: April 29, 2018, 11:46:17 AM
For example, could you imagine buying a car at a dealership with ONLY a smart contract,
or would you expect to sign additional legal terms along with it?
I could imagine buying a vehicle with only a smart contract, so long as there is another smart contract that functions as the legal terms in the future.
how would you resolve a situation where the car is defective or warranty disputes?
That would really be hard to resolve using the existing technology we have today but I guess in the future, it would be possible for companies to resolve it even if the buyer paid through a smart contract.
215  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can i make a posts anytime with no limits? on: April 29, 2018, 11:08:51 AM
As a newbie, can i make a post anytime? How about the time of interval?
You can make a post once every minute but always doing it might get you banned. You can also decrease time interval by ranking up to higher ranks. You just need activity and merit in order to rank up(activity increases with post but the maximum number of activity that adds every 2 weeks is 14). You can search more about it in meta section. I would like to ask though, why do you need to post continuously?
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hacker demands Bitcoin ransom on hacked website on: April 29, 2018, 07:11:21 AM
But when the site owner offers Ripple payment, hilarity follows. I cannot stop laughing at the site owner's conversation with the hacker.

This made my day. Hahaha.
What's more is that the site owner also offered 1,000,000 presale tokens of an ICO as payment. Then the site owner sent the hacker BCH although he is asking for BTC and sent a BTC address despite him clarifying that he is asking for bitcoin. It's really one hilarious conversation, specially when the conversation shifted from payment to asking what is the hacker's favorite series. If you want to know more about this story, go to the link below the post.

217  Economy / Economics / Re: Can it be possible for the whole wide world use a single currency? on: April 28, 2018, 11:15:48 PM
if it becomes a global single currency it will be very dangerous for the whole world because just a few would have the control of the entire market and the entire single currency by being a monopol
You are right, but there won't be a monopoly if the global single currency would be something that no entity can control(decentralized). This is where blockchain comes in.
Bitcoin as a single currency is an awful idea. It would collapse economies all around the world, there would be nothing to measure it against, and not to mention not everybody would have access. That would fragment the world wide markets and for that reason it can't happen.
At least it can reach 6-7 figures and it has the potential to be the gold in digital money(since it is the pioneer) but for now I don't see it becoming an alternative way to pay stores globally in the future(because people use it merely for speculative purposes, and the number of stores that will accept it as a payment would be limited to stores that have access to it just like credit card).
218  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC 20K coming soon, watch this chart and ease your mind :D on: April 27, 2018, 01:42:51 PM
As this may seem like a RANDOM thought from a newbie, it's rather a Technical-based
It's nice to see a newbie do a technical analysis of Bitcoin price but as of the moment I don't see btc breaking all time high in the next 6 months at least. I think it is still too early to say that btc will reach 20,000$ this year, I believe we would only see it land on a decent price(specifically it will sit on the average price based from the past bullish and bearish trends).
219  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you guys think we will hit the next Accumulation stage? on: April 27, 2018, 12:00:28 PM
Accumulation stages only happens when less people know about it?
Accumulation stages happens when people(many people started to buy bitcoins massively). One can indicate if we are in the accumulation phase or not if one can see many buy orders on exchanges(and many people buying up coins despite it not being dumped recently.
will there be another accumulation stage soon?
There will always be, so long as bitcoin is still not in the mainstream(the state of it being used as an alternative means of payment/as a currency more than a mere speculative tool).  I believe we would see accumulation phase again by 2021-2022
220  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto and automobile on: April 27, 2018, 09:36:00 AM
I'm just curious when can I start buying my dream cars with altcoins, I mean can huge automobile companies like Toyota, Ford and Nissan start accepting cryptocurrency as means of exchange
Probably automobile companies would accept crypto once it has become mainstream and is used as an alternative means to pay, like credit card. It will take at least 4 years for it to happen, so expect paying in crypto to buy your dream car 6 years from now(at least for some countries like Japan, and other countries that legalized crypto and Bitcoin now.
