Saw that it showed you online... got a thumbnail type preview for a couple of seconds on the main page... but zero vid once I entered chat. Then you were offline or in private according to the pop up. Guess the site and back end still need a little tweaking. |

Just another tidbit to pass on to the script devs... in Chrome at least, when trying to view a video, of course the buffering thing you mentioned is still an issue... but, the whole page closes when you try to close only the video by clicking the X on the video box... only the video should close and take you back to the page... it closes the whole tab.

I placed an order for 2X Batch 4 S3s and paid in full... and my order does not show as receiving payment though the tx has confirmed many times and I have checked the address I sent it to and it is the same as in the email.
I have emailed and messaged them about this and no response.
PLEASE RESPOND I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE MY ORDER!
This often happens, it gets sorted out eventually. I hope so... I could have ordered from Zoomhash but it is $570 a pop + shipping so... I am hoping I didn't just lose 1.3 BTC ordering direct. With the frenzy on these boards today to buy from these guys, what makes you think you just lost your coin? I would chill until things get sorted out. Because if you can't afford to lose that money, you might not have needed to make that purchase in the first place. Just the fact that the order says Expired on the site... I realize they are busy... so I am not freaking out about it... just concerned. Never did I say I can't afford to lose anything... in fact... its pure profit off a $20 rental a few days ago that paid for these so they are essentially free and then some... a treat to myself for jumping on a hugely profitable coin launch yet again. EDIT: And as i type that... email goes off... Bitmain confirming order and payment... EXCELLENT! Thanks for putting my mind at ease... I await my S3s eagerly and will love them as much as I did my S1s! |

BTCDPool.com is again having a hashrate too low to effectively mine PPC. PPC has 10 minute blocks, but yields basically ~0.2x BTC per solved block. If we could get back even a tenth of a petahash for a few hours, it would be immensely profitable and would create a ton of buy pressure. Especially with the pool able to switch in and out of PPC whenever the diff drops.
There were some stratum resets earlier when I was implementing PPC, not sure if that was what scared some of the miners away, but there hasn't been any for several hours now and there won't have to be any further ones as the pool is accepting PPC shares properly now.
Why are you not using a BTC stratum pass through to another pool like MP does? If nothing is more profitable than BTC... why aren't you mining BTC? |

You may also want to reach out to BCT user Defaced... he also has a Skyhook and has been working with the developers... and has adapted it to another coin already. This could easily be adapted to sell XRC.

I love price watching too, but I'd like to keep us focused on development as well.
Call to action!
Alright everybody, James is making real progress and will continue to do so on the technical advancement of BTCD.
I would like to ask the communities support in ramping up marketing activities.
We need people to help spread the word. Get on social media, re-tweet our messages. Let crypto oriented news outlets know about our progress.
Some basic things that we should be doing:
-contact more media outlets (If you have any special connections to any media outlets, please put in a word)
-create a more professional looking website (IceColdTommy has said he will develop the website)
-find someone that can do HTML5 and is willing to start building an html wallet
-come up with a unique name for our "wallet", which will be able to do trades, bets, privatesends, asset exchanges
-improve the logo
Whatever else you guys can think of!

Can anybody clue me in as to why the Mac QT won't establish a connection to the network? This needs to be fixed or there will be a lot of users turned away. I would like to start acquiring some, but without a working QT I won't.
Honestly... idk how the Max version works but wherever the conf file goes... you should put in the addnodes. On my end... I never had to enter an addnode... from day one it just synced up without any... so I would suggest seeing if something is blocking the connection on the specific port or if UPNP is disabled in your router or the WiFi connection you use. |

The site and pool are down again due to hardware problems. They likely won't be back for a while, as we are unable to get the replacement parts needed today. We'll keep this thread updated. PLEASE use alternate pools if possible.

It would be really interesting if all the hashrate currently switched to the multipool after pow ended  I saw the coins the xpool is mining... not the most favorable TBH i don't see how it is more profitable to mine there than for straight BTC and buy your coins? |
