201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any valid reason to continue gambling? on: March 11, 2019, 03:17:19 AM
For other maybe they are just trying to gain back what they lost,
But there are also some gamblers who just continue for fun.
We all have different stories why we continue even if we always lose.
About 95% of those that keeps gambling or betting after some heavy loses was due to the desire to make profits and cover the past loses and not for fun.  I don't think it possible for one to be able to make fun with losing.
I agree those who lose big in gambling want to play more because they want to get back their loses and not because they are still having fun playing with it but I don't think that can be a valid reason to continue playing gambling. They are just losing more coins by playing again and trying to get back their loses.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you think would be the best in the long run? on: March 11, 2019, 03:05:46 AM
Which coin do you think would be the best in the long run?

Please recommend the coins.
I don't want to buy for short investment.
There are so many blockchain projects in the world.
What project looks most promising?  Smiley Smiley
For me, ETH is the best coin in Altcoins if you want to invest in long run, and as of now it is more affordable to buy than before because also it is in dips like bitcoin and ETH is like bitcoin, bitcoin is the mother of all coins and for me, ETH is the mother of all altcoins. 😊
203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A quick cancellation can make a profit? on: March 06, 2019, 10:03:41 AM
I don't see any profit is being made when you quit after you lose some or having a bad day. You may rest for a day or two but you never quit if you really want to have some profit.
You have to make a good plan or change your previous plans and do try different things when playing gambling. Lots of good games in the casino you will find that doesn't depend on luck.

I'm not afraid of losing that day, but I'm afraid I will spend more than I planned, then I'm in trouble. So when I get that day, I have to give up until it gets too late, and I do not play for 2-3 days.

Don't spend more than you planned because that's not already a plan anymore. If you have a plan, make sure you will do that plan than to do those unplanned things and have trouble in the end.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Predictiing Cryptocurrency price.. Is it possible? on: March 06, 2019, 05:11:40 AM
As you know, the cryptocurrency market can see huge changes in a matter of few minutes, making it very unpredictable. However, there are some fundamental factors which can influence the prices of any cryptocurrency. Prediction of Cryptocurrency future price are base on two factors 1) Historical price trends
(2) Historical volume trends. So,  there can not be a single and concrete prediction of any Cryptocurrency because of the very nature of cryptocurrency.

What is your view about Cryptocurrency price?
That can be possible but not all the time it can be applied. Why? Predictions are just predictions and there are no accurate predictions. Some predictions are just near to their predictions but there is no exact thing can make it possible to predict the exact price of cryptocurrencies.
205  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is bitcoin reduced price an opportunity to buy? on: March 06, 2019, 05:07:21 AM
some people have lost confidence in bitcoin because of the current decline, some large investors take advantage of the opportunity to buy as much as possible, bitcoin never reduces prices but this is just manipulation of big traders
That's true, most people lost their confidence with bitcoin because of the huge drop of bitcoin value that affecting those big investors to take a move to buy bitcoin again. They now doubt with bitcoin because of what happened.  Some investors that do not invest the last time when the price is low before taking the last ATH's are taking advantage the price today, hoping that the price will increase again and they'll gain profit after.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favoritism vs Addiction on: March 06, 2019, 04:23:42 AM
Being addicted is not fun anymore, you are just wasting your money and worst is your life.

Guess not, it's fun mate that's why people are getting addicted to any forms of games. They're having fun for they know it can give them what they want, but most of the times now, people whose addicted are just trying to get what they have lost in the first place.

But still, I know it's fun even if you're already addicted on playing.
Yes, its really fun but it is still really stressing me our when I am already losing half of my capital. LOL. But still, I want to play more because of the fun that's inside the game and the excitement of the outcome of the game.
207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to pay newbie with bitcoin? on: March 04, 2019, 04:04:02 AM
Hey guys. Was looking for a convienent way to pay someone I owe money in bitcoin who has no technical or familiarity with crypto. Someone who is new and not 100% confident who needs a way to sell it into fiat at any time. My first thought was coinbase, as they can deposit into bank accounts directly. Then I thought the Cash app would be easier. But both have id verification and all this paperwork to go through. Is there anything supwr simple? Like maybe a wallet integrated into paypal or venmo? Any advice appreciated.
If they have a bank account then its fine to transfer money from their bank account. It is also easy to make a verification on a cash app, that is only a legit Identification card that you have. I think there is nothing hard way from that instruction.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the time to buy! on: March 04, 2019, 03:33:46 AM
"Buy when there is blood in the streets" "Be greedy when others are fearful"

This is the time to buy if you want to become rich, The top coins are at bargain prices, 200 dollars for an eth, (that is an easy 5x if you hold).

I believe the whales and wall street manipulators have been keeping prices down and shaking out the noobs so they can accumulate for very cheap prices.
1 eth today is just $127 and maybe if they invest for the time you posted this, they got lose some of their investment, LOL. But ETH is actually good, maybe it is just not the right time to buy from the time you posted this, maybe this is the right time to buy now and hold.
209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are traders born or made? on: March 03, 2019, 11:03:41 PM
For those of you who’ve walked the trader’s path, you’ll know how daunting it can be. Standing in the footsteps of legends, wondering which strategy to follow, what concepts to learn and--more importantly--whether you really have what it takes to be a trader.

When your emotions are raging like a rollercoaster, a trading win can lead to a euphoric high. And a loss? A plummeting low that makes you doubt your ability and courage to stay in the game.

But can you learn to overcome your emotions, bide your time, fight against your urge to buy or sell, and figure out how to read the markets? Can you teach yourself to be a trader?

When you’re filled with self-doubt and overwhelmed by a plethora of trading tools and options, you may find yourself asking the question: are traders born or made?

I also wsnt to be a good trader in cryptocurrencies but I don't have enough capital to do it and also enough knowledge to become successful cause I am also one who wants to follow a successful traders path but don't know how. Well, for me traders are made. They are not born to become a trader they just learn how to become good with it and I can also be good as what they can in the future.
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin matured as a currency? on: March 03, 2019, 10:56:49 PM
If bitcoin is really mature then why its value is stuck at a low price point ?  Yes 3k or under is low because the ideal price of btc is 6 to 8k  .

Other factor on why btc can be consider imature is the adoption . majority of countries / people arent familliar with it  .

We can call only it a mature currency if btc will became mainstream  .

There is no currency on this earth that is 100% stable and totally devoid of manipulation

Local currency are 100 percent stable ( except usd and other major coin )  . they have a fix value and cannot be manipulated anymore.
We cannot say how much will bitcoin value reach before we can say it is already mature. There is no exact value I think. Cryptocurrencies are also not familiar with all of the people so I don't think it will be one of our main currencies. All fiats are stable not only local coins, but fiats are also our currencies and our currencies depend on what country we are living in.
211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with normal games on: March 03, 2019, 10:39:17 PM
It's difficult to find friend want to gambling because most of my friend, avoid gambling !
When I try to tell them about crypto, they are also avoid as well because crypto trading is risky activity.

What would I do ?
I try to find another day and try to show my trading portfolio about crypto and they start thinking about it...
You can still play gambling even without your friends especially if they are not interested in gambling and crypto. Do not force them to get into crypto, it is not your loss anyway. You can still play gambling with normal games with other people if you really want to.

aside from it , he can also find a gambling buddy online because all has a chat and add friend feature  .  @detector , i feel you bro and you arent alone because that bad experience also happened to me before when i invited my friend although its not in gambling but it is in crypto  . i encourage them to try faucets and other profitabel activities but im surprised that none of them are interested as they find it hard  .
Me too, I invited some friends to try crypto but they aren't interested in it. Maybe they find it difficult to understand, but I don't want them to force to enter the crypto world, it will always depend on them if they want to finally learn them I am open to teach them what I've known.

Let the time will answer and if they are interested, they will come to you and ask you to teach them. Meanwhile, we could still play games but don't use too much money inside the game because it will make you greedy to chase the win money. I have those experience with some of my friends and I don't think that will easy to them to understand how the crypto works because they are the people who have only knew social media to communicate and don't use internet for many things.
True, even my husband, don't really understand what bitcoin really is, he knows to gamble but he doesn't know how to gamble online, he doesn't care on it, he is more on physical activities so he is not interested in what I've really known about bitcoin but he actually cares about how my crypto coins and work online, if it is just fine or needs more on to time to focus.
212  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the disadvantages of cryptocurrency exchanges? on: March 03, 2019, 10:33:54 PM
The disadvantage of cryptocurrency exchanges I think when there is a coin that I hold and I can't exchange to another coin because they don't have that coin. And the gas, there are some exchanges that are expensive when it comes to gas. I don't know if that is because of how many coins you will exchange
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Share experience about gambling sites chat on: March 03, 2019, 09:21:35 AM
This thread should me moved to the gambling discussion.

I am not much interested to chat on the gambling sites because most of the time we are from different corners of the world so most likely to find the good partner is not going to happen on gambling sites when everyone just focused on their bets.
I am also not interested much to chat on gambling site, I am for the prize that I will take. LOL. It is quite addicted at first but I am still thinking on what should I get 1st. I mean, most important thing than gambling, but it is really enjoying to play gambling online while at home and when I didn't do anything. Gambling online is also a great time to do when doing nothing. Chatting is also good but I think chatting people is not about the gambling site, it is more on the people you are chatting with.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trade my eth for LTC? on: March 03, 2019, 03:34:42 AM
I’m a long term hodler. Have had a few LTC since 2014, always been a fan.

I’m consolidating my portfolio.

Would you rather 4Eth? Or 12.5LTC?

Which would you choose and why?
I'd still choose ethereum because it is more usable for me because it has great value even though you just have 4ETH, it is already a good value. 12.5 litecoin is also good but you need to go through 12.5 before getting into the same value of 4 ETH? And as far as I know, ETH is next to bitcoin in most powerful coins, but we can still invest with both coins.
215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - Make things possible on: March 03, 2019, 03:27:41 AM
Nice shot! I also want to experience that one and hopefully this year I can go there. For sure its on the Philippines since that’s a common activities in the Philippines. Such a wonderful place to relax and have some fun. This is such an inspiration, and honestly i admire you for sharing this one, you inspire me to learn more about bitcoin and to earn more as well. Let’s continue to work, and achieve all our goals!
That's true it is nice seeing people going to a place that they want to go because of bitcoin, traveling because of bitcoin. I, also make my 1st travel because of bitcoin last January 2018 and it was fun amazing because I am also with my husband. We traveled and just relax on that 3 days vacation. It was so fun and that is because of bitcoin.
216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this year be favourable to you? on: March 01, 2019, 01:02:29 PM
I've been doing well so far. My FortuneJack balance has been doubled so far. I've withdrawn my initial deposit so everything from here is profits.
That's good, you already get profited so I think this year is favorable to you but not with me. I play mine online gambling and I lose half of my capital. LOL. But it's okay with me. I just play small amount and put money that I can afford to lose so its fine with me.
217  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin. What is possibly happening on: March 01, 2019, 02:20:02 AM
So today we are in bear market with a huge disbelief

Bitcoin is now going through hard times with stupid hash wars, global critics, you can't buy many things with BTC, I mean you can't live spending only BTC, at least in most countries. Transactions are slow, fees are big. We all know this, however we have Elon Musk, N. Nassim Taleb(visited blockchain conference today - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Da0aXfshlxM&t=1144s) talking on Bitcoin.

I actually don't know if anybody else talked about BTC from realistic point of view. I mean people who is not connected to this crypto-world. Do you know anyone? I mean these mr. W. Buffet quotes are hilarious.

So today everyone knows how to short, many people still in the game but not expecting too much from this. So we can say that it is probably a new period to gain new hype and adoption cycle. I believe next hype cycle will take place when halvening and lighting happens. What are your thoughts on current situation, and how do you see bitcoin or any other crypto being adopted as a paying instrument for anything being such a volatile asset?

Yrgxlrm rh fmhglkkzyov, low hklgh.

We can't really live with only bitcoin using payment for anything. Fiat cannot be replace by bitcoin, bitcoin can be just an optional payment just like credit cards or debit card if you don't have cash.
Price of bitcoin is really unidentified and we cannot tell exactly when it will pump again. We are all in a game that doesn't know exactly what will be the ending. But we need to accept the challenge for us to get profited so that is the risky side of this game.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is the king of Altcoin? on: February 28, 2019, 11:07:01 PM
The king of cryptocurrency is Bitcoin. But who is the king of Altcoin?

The King of Altcoin who is ETH or Litecoin? I think ETH is the reason most are used in ETH at airdrop. And the price of the ETH is much higher than all other Altcoin. The number of users of ETH coins is also much higher. Litecoin also has a number of users then I think ETH coins are King of Altcoin. It is my personal opinion. You can give your opinion. I know there is many more good Altcoin but ETH is the best. I hope everyone will give feedback.

Best regards
Coin-Desk

In my opinion, Etheruem is the king of altcoins because it is the most usable altcoins in every exchanges. It has a good value like bitcoin, when it comes in altcoin, Ethereum has a good value of altcoin next to bitcoin.
219  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin up to 4100$ on: February 28, 2019, 03:53:42 PM
Yes, Bitcoin up to 4100$ and hope we get good news soon and crypto market again green.Bitcoin the biggest cryptocurrency accounting for around 52 percent of the crypto market, has again briefly broken $4,000 point for the fourth time this month, according to CoinMarketCap .Bitcoin price up to 5.17% and eth up to 11.43 % so after the end this month hope bitcoin price will be 5000$ i think.
It is good that we are seeing a positive outcome again with bitcoin, but I think $5000 is still impossible to hit this Month because of its slow movement, maybe for the next 2 months, it is now possible to happen.
220  Economy / Economics / Re: the future real money on: February 28, 2019, 07:15:16 AM
[bif i see lately there are lots of altcoins popping up, especially in the digital world and whether for the next few years the function of real money itself will be eroded by the presence of virtual payment equipment ...? I had time to think whether in the next few years we would be making virtual money payments ...?[/b]
I don't think so, I don't think that this will apply soon. Even if there is a lot of altcoins popping u that does not mean we can already have a virtual money payment in the future. It will still have a long long way to make it happen and this can be a big adjustment to us. So fiat will still be our money.
