how to start mining? what algo is in use? I see there are already some who can do mining
Yes of course you can mine. At the moment there's only solo mining as we're upgrading some pool codes to accept vDinar's block structure! If you want to solo mine you can get a better response from our miners on Discord (link in description), they are mining since the start (~1 week ago) and have found all the best softwares to be used for the case. As long as I know they would reccomend you to use ccminer with scrypt or scrypt:9 algorithm. It is one of the exceptions where a miner can still use scrypt not getting errors because of vDinar's transactions model. I've tried it, and no problem goes smoothly, but the difficulty is almost high. maybe i can still get lucky to get the block You got the point! That's why we're really working hard on the pool these days. But yes you can be lucky and find a block, everyone's doing the same now! Of course, I am also waiting for a mining site. so we can do mining simultaneously. good work dev, hopefully it can be done |
