I have been investing in alts for a few months now. Happy days indeed.
Well let's be honest, anyone with cash and 1/2 a brain could have made 200-300% profit easily.
I don't hold btc and would not buy it as I think price above 8K is unrealistic and over inflated.
I have a bad feeling that btc is going to have a major correction in the coming months.
I'm not talking a small drop to 13k, more like all the way to 5k or even lower.
If and when this happens how do you think it will effect alt prices?
Unfortunately I see btc taking everything down with it and fear all my hard work and
day and swing trading alts to increase positions could be wiped out in days.
What are your opinions?
How are you protecting your gains?
Are you cashing out and waiting for buying opportunities or holding long term and perhaps
having stop losses in place to protect gains?
I also think that the price for bitcoin is artificially inflated and soon it will go into a deep correction, just for everyone interested in when this will happen I was speculating about the correction will be scheduled after the futures contract will have been distributed to the market. that means we are waiting for the result of the bitcoin futures contract. If this does affect the crypto and there will be another hype and if nothing will be happened and big crash will come as soon as possible. How the market is reacted about the bitcoin futures contract. A lot of bullish or even everywhere. |

Bitcoin diamong was nothing. that will waste a lot of your effort to think about this, Even the bitcoin cash with strong backed on the economic can't compete with the bitcoin. Bitcoin diamond just another fork coin that same with another altcoin. Only a better fork coin after bitcoin cash was b2x fork coin. Super bitcoin and bitcoin diamond just another crap. Just improve the scalability of the old code from the bitcoin protocol. |

I’m still waiting to be paid back. Dominik himself banned me from the slack channel for demanding my tokens be returned. So it’s not ok to talk truths about iota. If this is true this thing has absolutely nothing to do with actual cryptocurrencies. The very definition of a cryptocurrency is that one can not simple take away someone's tokens... Can IOTA be called a cryptocurrency? I think IOTA is actually a centralized corporate network. Iota is non-based blockchain cryptocurrency. Iota use Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) that works like a side chain. but just use the direct transaction to minimize the cost or even reduce it to the zero. Iota centralized due to not use the nodes just like what already did in the bitcoin. That use the server to has a role like miners. |

Some traders say that at the end of this month it will reach 25,000 usd i don't know if it was true but for me. i'm very bullish in bitcoin and i 'll see to it that 100k is very possible by next year. 25,000 for this month is for real of course.
I do not think it is unrealistic to think we are going to reach that price before the end of the year since we are already very close to 20k now if that does not happen before the end of the year no one really cares since it is almost a sure thing we are going to reach that price in the next year. 20k for the next week. 25k for the next year. When the bitcoin futures already used by the more speculators to get into the bitcoin and that will be a huge hype. It will be possible but bitcoin needs correction to determine the price of the bitcoin itself. But many people said about the possibility. It depends, probably in a small country if everyone start using a crypto currency and left over creditcards, they economy may collApase. You don't get a point. How the majority of the people left over the credit card makes the economic collapse. The crypto disturbs the countries economic through the majority of the users are using it as investment place. That makes the majority of the countries will lose a lot of money because it was flying to another place. ETH appeared to have found support at 0.04 BTC in November, but it has struggled to stay above that level so far in December. I hope we get a decent rally back to above 0.06 in the near future.
It will be so difficult in my opinion. Because that means the doubled from the current price of ethereum. this time ethereum already traded around 0.03++ If there will be more improvement just like sharding blockchain and the more dapps will be implemented in the ethereum blockchain and it will be possible to see ethereum worth a lot in the future. The very bad news about the ethereum network itself. Just caused by the crypto kitties and so many pending transactions in the network. And what will be happening if there will be more transaction in the network caused by two dapps run at the same time without any improvement to the network. Are there any upcoming forks which are promising? I guess many new users will have BTC in exchanges and would be beneficial to know whether to pay the fees and bring it our wallets.
The only good forks will be the b2x forks, i consider the another fork coin of the bitcoin just another crap coin. It caused by it's not community decision. The important thing about there is a possibility for all of these bitcoin fork to give your a lot of bucks. but it may better to buy the bitcoin as much as you can. |

Bitcion doens't have any inflation. The total supply was limited. The inflation mean if there will be unlimited supply that will be dumped to thge market. Just like lisk coin. Without the supply limit and there will be a lot of the chance to the lisk market gets very high inflation. All of these pumps caused by the new comers are trying to use the bitcoin. |

Ethereum does not have a DEX, which makes Waves much better than ETH. Actually Ethereum has DEX, it's called Etherdelta. There is also IDEX, which is another DEX platform for ETH tokens. WAVES is the future, I'm saying this since 20 cents. Now we are in 12 dollars, expecting 100 dollars.  Idex exchange doesn't have a lot of the daily trade volume. And it's same with the waves decentralized exchange site. The only decentralized exchange site which gains a lot of the volume is only the etherdelta exchange site, But the order book can be manipulated by someone. But is the problem from the old waves dex still not fixed in the new decentralized exchange of waves? |

I don't see any fair logic behind buying altcoins with Ethereum than Bitcoin other than tx fees factor. If you can buy Ethereum directly through fiat and then buy altcoins with that Ethereum, then your portfolio might look like profitable as eth is very less volatile as for now. But your portfolio will look mess if you see it in btc value because of bullish market. In dollar value both the portfolio will look good. So, I don't find any logic about using eth than bitcoin.
The thing that makes sense when the bitcoin becomes very bullish and that will be pushing the altcoin pair into the bitcoin will down a lot. Just like what already did by the majority of altcoins that they are losing a lot of the value in the bitcoin since the bitcoin goes to the moon. There are so many people are worrying about that. |

Yes, me too, I think Cryptokittie is the problem. According to ETH Gas Station the CryptoKitties game accounts for over 10% of network traffic on Ethereum. Like what already did by mew developer. When the network traffic will be very high and a lot of the crypto kitties user will try to put the more gwei and gas price. this makes the average transaction fees will be increase. The old transaction will be on the low priority to be validated by the block. |

Being a decentralized currency,volatility is the main feature of bitcoin.It is due to this volatile nature,more countries still don't agree to legalize bitcoin.For a currency to get used in mainstream,it should not be highly volatile.But bitcoin volatility would remain and could not be solved.
Volatility is not a feature from the bitcoin because that was just a nature from the demand meet the supply. The volatility give uncertainty to the price and that's why majority of government consider it as the investment with a high risk. Because there is no actual price to the bitcoin. I prefer bittrex than any other exchanges,it is very simple and easy to use for the newbies.
In the past I was using yobit and poloniex but after that one of my friend suggest me to join bittrex and told me that in that exchange there are many traders so the trade at there is efficient. Now I am there and that exchange is really a very nice exchange and it has a very good volume of trade. I will also suggest you for that exchange. Polo niex is very bad exchange in this time and how a lot of the polo's volume goes to another place just like binance and hitbtc. But the bank or government will try to use their own crypto as alternative payment or transaction that has used the distributed ledger system. As you can see there are some countries tried to develop the blockchain to make their own cryptocurrency as the alternative to the fiatcurrency.
