201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promising altcoins? on: May 04, 2023, 06:47:45 PM
Out of these Altcoins, I am not bullish on Ethereum, it is just a matter of time before people realize it is an unusable blockchain, all these stupid developers shouting deflation instead of looking for ways to make the transaction fee low and the speed faster they major in minor. I just wasted more than $400 on gas fees, how many people can afford this for something that is not supposed to be more than $1? If this trend is not looked into Ethereum will end up dead.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NFT Speculation on: May 01, 2023, 04:50:31 PM
I am not into NFT proper because I believe it is being used basically for money laundering, the amount of money being thrown at some of these JPeg makes me believe there is a huge gap in the way the world value things and the way Crypto space value thing. I am not surprised this is happening because Art majorly is used for money laundering and digital form just takes it to a higher level. The only NFT I own is the Trump NFT, I have this feeling he is going to win the Republican primary and it is likely going to pump the price significantly everything being equal.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or altcoin on: May 01, 2023, 04:35:53 PM
Your account is small to invest in BTC IMO, if BTC hits $100k from here that is 3x ROI which is a very good return but for a big account if you have $100k and above to invest I will say to stick with BTC, and the top Altcoins but to grow a small account you need to take on more risks, look into projects outside number 1000 on coinmarketcap and research tokens with huge potentials that can give 5 to 10X this is where you should be looking at
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sol GPT on: April 28, 2023, 07:21:26 PM
I don't know why you post this if you can't provide a link to the project, with all the write-up, do you think people will just believe you hook, line, and sinker. There are a lot of AI projects launching in the space recently riding on the success of ChapGPT but have nothing of value to offer. I will advise you to edit your post and provide the necessary links to the project
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi coin on: April 28, 2023, 07:15:20 PM
I was mining this coin early but lost interest in it, I have a feeling it is a social experiment on human behaviour, some people expect this is going to make them rich which won't be the case if the team decided to launch the tokens to trade on exchanges, Billions if not Trillions of these tokens are in circulation, so for it to launch at $1, will make it more valuable than Bitcoin which for now I doubt.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OpenSea investor cuts Platform’s Valuation By 75% on: April 27, 2023, 04:22:12 PM
I have a feeling OpenSea will lose its top spot as time goes by, the thing about the Crypto space is that you are either in or out, the Blur team too is from the US I believe and they decided to launch a token, OS stick to their strategy when they have no real rival, one thing I have learned about this space is that people only follow the money, the liquidity and volume is now on Blur, show them the money and they will jump ship.

I believe we have not hit to Top of NFT hype and more NFT marketplace are going to be launched with time and this is going to continue to eat into their market share and profit unless they restrategize
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next bull market comes in June on: April 27, 2023, 04:12:51 PM
I don't see how this run is going to be sustained, there are so many uncertainties in the world presently, and as we can see people have started cutting their expenses. One of the features of a bull market is free money and it is becoming hard to come about it. With the look of things I feel the economic outlook will start to get better in Q4 with the US election coming next year plus Bitcoin halving next year, I will say the bull market will likely start in November this year, every of my trade now is still a short term play, then I will start to look for long term play
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: FTT comeback on: April 27, 2023, 04:02:59 PM
People behind this FTX are greedy as hell. Why would they consider launching FTX again despite all what they did to people and screwing their investments due to one man's greediness? I don't think people will trust FTX again with this kind of actions, people will not risk again and loss money for the second time around. TRUST will be the issue here, so FTX will not be trusted again!

How many times does this need to be said. If FTX is relaunched, then SBF won’t be running it again. It’ll be run under a new management. Most likely no previous employees will work with the new exchange.

It will run for a while and if it is successful then it will be sold to another company who can take over and those funds will be used to make people whole again.

I have not seen any exchange in the Crypto space that got transferred from one management to another that get better after, Poloniex, Houbi to name the ones that come to mind, another thing is that these new guys don't understand the peculiarity of running a Crypto exchange so I don't see how this is good for users. Though this depends on who you ask for me the best thing is to get the best deal for users, instead of relaunching the exchange. As for $FTT, no matter the way we looked at it from now on I believe it is a good time to buy $FTT tokens, especially this quarter restarting the exchange good news, users getting access to their funds good news.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Carbon NFTs - Climate change tech 2.0 on: April 25, 2023, 07:45:10 PM
I don't understand why people continue to promote this Climate change scam, do you know the number of funds that have been pumped into this, the funny thing is that those people in charge of this climate change fund have no understanding of the environment. I don't believe there is any climate crisis except the manufactured one so I don't see the need for this project if not to scam other gullible investors off their BTC
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How is the chance of $PEPE to become the next $SHIB? on: April 23, 2023, 05:55:49 PM
The chance of the $Pepe token becoming the next $Shiba is very high, the growth seems to mimic the growth of $Shiba, I don't know the people behind it because it is a huge amount of money that was used to pump it from nothing to over $100 million Market cap within 2 days of trading for a Meme token. Most of the second and 3rd tier exchanges have listed it, if CoinBase and Binance decide to list it I don't see how this doesn't,t hit a $1 billion market cap
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: April 23, 2023, 05:41:23 PM
Ripple is one of the most hated tokens in this space both Bitcoin and Ethereum communities ridicule it, but has continued to be one of the top coins in the space, the team must be doing something right, just look at the issue they have with SEC, the team decided to go toe to toe with SEC in court and a victory for them in the court will mean victory for the whole space but have no support of the whole community. I don't hold any $XRP but just feel for the team, some token prices would have dumped significantly if they suffered half of what the Ripple team has gone through
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: FTT comeback on: April 22, 2023, 06:30:52 PM
if ftx as an exchange platform falls under new management then i'd always try to use their platform but if it's the same management like before then I guess i'd hardly trust this platform even once more.
the thing is, their ftt token heavily tanked, even this news doesn't change that fact, i'd definitely not gonna fall for the twice moment.

A lot of people see the FTT token as a good hold because of the positive news around the exchange opening, what most people forget to consider is that most people will rush to withdraw their money from the exchange immediately after the exchange is opened, there will be liquidity crisis and also who will be the Market maker, remember Alameda is gone. I just have this feeling that they are just looking for ways to drive the prices of the assets on the book of FTX up especially those that are illiquid, so as to get enough money out of these assets. $FTT token is a great hold this quarter IMO but not long term
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polygon (MATIC) to $20? on: April 22, 2023, 06:21:36 PM
Matic is losing its edge in the L2 game, thanks it was able to position itself early as a strong L2 player but the influx of new solutions coming to the space is giving it a ride for its money. The issue with Polygon is that it wants to be a standalone blockchain and also a L2 solution. For the price I don't expect much from the price of Matic going forward the narrative to pump the price has played out already, and I will rather bet on a new L2 like $Arb that has not pumped a lot and has the potential to hit the market cap of Polygon which is 10X from the current price level than invest in Matic token
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New L1 and L2 chains launching in 2023 on: April 22, 2023, 05:53:11 PM
The issue with most of these new L1 and L2 is how to attract users to their platform, most of the game in this space is about rotation from one chain to another and this will likely continue until airdrop farming becomes unproductive, the VCs also see these as a cash cow because investing in Blockchain infrastructure has been on of the best investment in this space, most of these L2 and L1 has given huge return to VCs. Ethereum gas fee is another thing driving the adoption of these new chains, since they offers low transaction fee and faster speed as compared to Ethereum
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Suspended NEBL Withdrawals on: April 21, 2023, 06:02:53 PM
I am not surprised that Binance keeps delisting some of these Zombie tokens from its exchange, more and more tokens will be delisted because what most of them have going for them is just that they are listed on Binance, even though I expect some of these blockchains to get delisted with time because some of them no one is using them. About suspending withdrawal, NEBL has its own chain, you can withdraw your tokens to the chain but not to Binance and Ethereum chain, this is not the first time Binance is implementing something like this, it has done it for other tokens before.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorites altcoins these days? on: April 21, 2023, 05:37:46 PM
I don't have any favourite tokens, all these tokens will have their time in the sun and when their time comes ride it to the top and jump to the next thing, I don't think there is a need to get married to any Altcoins for now, most of the 2018 tokens underperformed in 2021 bull run and I have this feeling that the 2021 tokens will also underperform in this coming bull run. Where are the Dash, Primecoin, etc of yesterday? We have more than 5000 Altcoins now and the number will keep increasing IMO
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nothing but a mathematical fraud. on: April 21, 2023, 05:14:49 PM
I missed the $Pepe train but what people failed to grasp is that for every $Pepe token, there have been several hundreds of Meme tokens where they were rugged. I don't cry about losing money because I failed to grasp one opportunity because I am sure there will be another one to capitalize on. I just have this feeling about the $Pepe token that it is likely going to be one of the successes of this bull run, just like $Shiba did in the last bull run
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HK envisions a positive outlook for cryptos, especially altcoins ? on: April 18, 2023, 06:37:07 PM
I think is foolishness of the part of any country presently to be hostile to Crypto, there is more to gain than lose and the funny thing is that most of these people thinking they want to stop Crypto won't be here in 20 years to 30 years. Most young people are warm to Crypto and I expect this to continue and can even become a political issue in the future when a candidate will be asked to state their position on Cryptocurrencies. Hk is a gateway to China and they must have done their homework on this before saying yes after their initial hostility towards Crypto
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC calls Algorand a security - thoughts? on: April 18, 2023, 06:25:11 PM
For Gensler all tokens are Security including Ethereum if he has his way. The only Crypto that is not Security in his opinion is BTC. I will not worry about this IMO, most of these projects invariably end up settling with them out of court. I believe the $XRP case is more significant now than before, if the Ripple team wins its case against SEC that would be a major win for most Crypto tokens. I understand the Ripple team's argument that why Ethereum is not classified as Security and Ripple happens to be.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Have you heard of telos? on: April 16, 2023, 09:12:05 PM
I feel the risk of investing in this token is high, this is not a new coin and has been around in the market for some time and I never heard of it, this is why it is at this level, it is a fork of EOS even EOS was able to gain traction a bit, even if I like the tech, what is there for me to use the chain instead of EOS or even Ethereum for EVM experience. The token has lost more than 80% of its value from ATH, which means there will be a lot of bagholder looking to dump on the market. Good luck, this is not for me
