201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paying using BTC on: November 06, 2017, 05:00:54 PM
Why dont google, youtube pay us with bitcoins?

Everything has its reasons maybe Google and YouTube doesn't want to consider Bitcoin as a payment because of its volatility and a never ending price hike in just a short period of time. Even me if I have a company it is so hard to think to pay my employees with Bitcoin because I may lose a huge amount of money if I will do that, comparing to dollars that the lows and highs are bearable.

Maybe in the near future this 2 huge companies will make an option to pay its workers with Bitcoins and if that day comes then the Bitcoin's price will again increase drastically just like what is happening right now.

203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "The Real Bitcoin" on: November 04, 2017, 02:20:58 PM
What I mean by "The Real Bitcoin" is the one that people will choose. It gives me a lot of concerns about the future of BTC.

The upcoming Segwit 2x hard-fork will deploy a B2X coin and if that coin will gain the majority of mining support what will happen then, will people abandon old BTC?
Coinbase has said they will label the coin with the majority of mining support as "BTC". So if B2X will make it, then it'll be called BTC there.
How will it impact the whole cryptocurrency markets, there will be a lot of confusion I guess - will people cash out or move into altcoins?
What about other forks of Bitcoin - BCH, BTG and more to come?

What is your plan so far and what do you expect?

If existing miners chose to mine the new coin after the coin it will be an opportunity for other people to get into mining since difficulty level will eventually decrease. And it is impossible for those miners to leave BTC since every one knows that it is the main coin and even new comers are opting to buy bitcoin that alt coins because it is more reputable than them. Just heard segwit 2x supporters are backing up.
204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ok guys, Need some help with a negative friend! on: November 04, 2017, 02:14:52 PM
Hi guys, I have a friend who is determined to prove me wrong in regards to bitcoin. Before I respond to him, I thought I would post what he's wrote to me in attempt to "Stump" me and try to get me to stop with bitcoin. I think it will be interesting to see all replies from the bitcoin experts in here and to get a different reply than mine so I can put together a solid reply back. I'll post his email to me below. Thanks in advance.

"I read a lot of the negative aspects of bitcoin and I'm not understanding why you're crazy over it, it keeps appreciating because nobody is cashing out. Since it's not a government regulated currency to exchange, people are getting robbed left right and center going on these black market sites trying to cash out. I don't doubt you can sell the coins, but now people are afraid to try because there's no legitimate way to tell if you loose your money. People are running ponzi schemes because when you trade in the coins there's waiting periods before you get the "cash" and thats when these website wrap shit up and leave you high and dry. I remember you telling me that you can spend the coins in many natural places. That's isn't here in Canada. There is way too much negativity to support the investment for me. The positives are what's making the coin valuable, but in order for something to go up in value dramatically like this we have to think that it's not being sold anywhere and being the rare commodity that is it will naturally go up due to scarcity.
I really think you're making a big mistake with this stuff like everyone else."

Everything has it's negative side and you are going to hear more and more negative about it. How are you getting your bitcoins? are you investing on it from a fiat currency or earning from campaigns? If you are investing on bitcoin from fiat currency I believe you are doing some trading and by that you can see your earnings faster and will have an option to stop whenever you want.
205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Government. on: November 04, 2017, 02:10:26 PM
Is it good combination about bitcoin and our current government? lets talk about this things if these two option was combined in the future, Our government used bitcoin and spread to every people in there countries. For me it is good. why?

Because:
1. Is good for all businessman for good transactions. Buy something and sell something.
2. Is good for payments needs to pay like billings every month.
3. For less time and moved for travelling on anywhere we want.
4. Its easy to transfer money from other country with less taxes. this favor is aprove for ofw's
5. Easy to transfer money if they needed immediately like emergencies. pay for medicine.

Theres a lot of good reason.

What you are proposing is for the government to give away something evenly to every one. Have you tried considering if how would rich people react about it. They spend their life to get the fortune that they currently have and in an instant everyone will be equally worth? What government can do is have the coin somehow regulated.

The suggestion that you have is applicable if ever there will be a holocaust and existing wealth is lost.
206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction taking too long ;-; on: November 04, 2017, 02:03:49 PM
The transaction that you are trying to have has a big byte size and your transaction fee per byte is just 8.058 sat/B, on current transaction processing you should expect the transaction to be confirmed in 55-1800 mins but it may vary when more transaction request are made. Option that you can do is increase your transaction fee to speed it up.
207  Other / Meta / Re: Marketplace Abuse (why is it allowed?) on: November 04, 2017, 01:41:22 PM
Maybe that is why the trust rating are there, to give feedback about a particular member either it
is a negative or a positive feedback for other users reference. Maybe reason why moderators can't
ban the member who are "scamming" is because scamming depends on the perspective of the
person, some may find that action as scammy but some may find it helpful.
208  Other / Meta / Re: Activity & Post decreased ! on: November 04, 2017, 01:28:27 PM
Help please.
I lost some of my activity. As I remember last time that I'm online my activity and post are 112 but it comes to 108. So when i noticed it I post again to gain post and activity as well but something happen, my activity and post decrease again and now it's just 107.
Can you please explain it guys?

If your post counts decreased without you getting a message from a moderator informing you that they found your post spammy, then it was because you replied to a thread that was deleted by the moderators, reasons maybe because the thread is irrelevant or it is a thread that has a lot of similar threads.

I would suggest interact with threads with sense and enjoy posting in the forum not because you want to earn but because you want it.
209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading Bitcoin and other alts still profitable? on: November 04, 2017, 01:21:23 PM
I was a trader awhile back, I want to say about a year ago now and wanted to know what the current state of the market is for the traders that are currently trading to this day? I know a lot of the current exchanges that I used for trading, such as Poloniex, are still around but aren't really being used much as before.

I wasn't able to profit much but would like to hear how people are doing these days. Thanks a ton!

Of course trading will always be profitable as long as you know what you are doing
and how you control your greed. Aside from mining this is the best way to get your
bitcoin, maybe difference from before is more and more altcoin that are worthless
are now in the market.
210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Tips for Beginners on: November 04, 2017, 01:17:03 PM
Hello Friends...

I am a Newbiew In Bitcointalk forum. There are so many people lost their money due to lack of trading Knowledge. So with this Thread my question is! How to trading with local markets or with international markets.

Please provide Do's and Don'ts during the trading.

Same as how stocks from big companies on stock market. You need to buy when the price
is low and sell once it goes high, but unlike those stocks you will be likely trading bitcoins to
other alt coins and rarely to a fiat currency. Just make sure to choose a good alt coin, a more
reputable one has a higher chance to get a higher value.
211  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: btc target on: November 04, 2017, 01:10:30 PM
btc november target is comming soon look at btc is boom Grin Grin
i think after 3rd fork the price of bitcoin will be 8k$ to 10k$ im going to convert all my altcoins to btc before hard fork so i can buy at the dip of all altcoins.

I wouldn't be so optimist if I were you. In my opinion, we can expect a huge decrease in the Bitcoin price the next following week/days when the fork will be out. It will be a good correction and I won't be surprised if the price decrease by $500 $800.
But if you are right, I will be happy to see Bitcoin reach $8000-$10,000

correct, this is already the seventh week for the bitcoin rising trend. and we know that whales are determining the time to take their profits. That means there will be a big decrese with the price. I'm sure, next week is the beginning of the price to decrease, so that by the end of the year bitcoin can touch the new ATH, maybe about $ 7.5k or more. if you're ready to buy altcoin, this is the right time.

If whales are really part of this rising trend, I don't think that $10,000 per coin will be enough for them to stop and release their coins, Whales are hodling hundreds of thousands of coins and once they released those coins for their payday a sudden drop on the price will happen and a price below $10,000 is not a good price for this gamble since price may drop to less than $1,000 and they might not do it again after that.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are hard forks the poor developer's ICO? on: November 04, 2017, 12:42:09 PM
Are hard forks the poor developer's ICO?

Two attempts since August to hard fork bitcoin, two more ahead of us. These developers just want lay claim to the best cryptocurrency and instead of creating it from scratch they feel they need to hijack bitcoin - why?

Developers who pursue hard forks really are trying to get something for nothing. And they give us something for nothing (in the airdrop) to try to get us to subscribe to their sheisty intentions.

Hard forks are great for Bitcoin, because the prove that Bitcoin is right and strong. But I don't see how anyone can have pride in supporting or developing a hard fork.

Can you?
I don't really think so because these days even an ICO developer  does not needs much funds to start his own ICO. Infact people are selling services to create erc 20 tokens in just 0.1 btc. I think anyone in this crypyo world can surely invest such an amount in his own ICO. So wont say that forks are for poor developers.

Yes ICO creation might cost less nowadays but the chance of people buying from your ICO is not that high. but for hard forks what only need to do is hold as many bitcoin as you can and once the altcoin is created you can sell that coin right away with a higher value. Every advantage is on the part of the supporters of the fork since they are the one who owns most of bitcoins.
213  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-03] Big Investors Are Taking Sides in Bitcoin's Great Bubble Debate on: November 04, 2017, 12:25:56 PM
Honestly, I really like the charts which I didn't realize;
- it takes 873 days for bitcoin to reach $1000, and then collapse due to MT-Gox hacked.
- it takes 907 days for bitcoin to reach $2000 on May 20th 2017
- 56 days to reach $3000 on August 2017
- 6 days to reach $4000
- 44 days to reach $5000
- 13 days to reach $6000
- 4 days to reach another ATH at $7000

And bitcoin still on rally to reach $8000, who knows.
But, there are some people who still argue whether bitcoin is a legitimate asset or just a super-bubble waiting to implode? LoL
No matter what they are saying about bitcoin, many people stated bitcoin has died hundreds of times, but bitcoin keep rising, going through all of the obstacles.
As long as there are people who believe and support bitcoin community, it will grow bigger over time.

Also reason for this fast increase on bitcoin's price is the fact that more people
are now aware about it's existence and since more people are now trading price will
go high rapidly unlike before. Plus the FUDs that was released before about the
coin that it overcame which made the people trust it more.
214  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-03] Ukraine Drafts Law to Exempt Crypto Income and Profits from Taxatio on: November 04, 2017, 11:59:29 AM
Meanwhile, Ukraine's National Banks opposes all recent cryptocurrency bills, and they even refuse to call it currency, because in their eyes there's no currencies except national currencies. So, they want to see Bitcoin having a status of commodity or asset, just like in many other countries. But it will be the Parliament who will vote for those bills, so National Bank really has no influence here.
But for now it's hard to say whether those bills will pass or the government instead will try to oppose cryptocurrencies. There's also a possibility that cryptocurrencies will stay in legal limbo for years.

Why are they opposing bills for the crypto currencies are they against it or what.
Ukraine's parliament is trying to pass some bills to regulate the use of bitcoin and
this bill for the taxation will really be a good development which only means that
Ukraine's government recognized the existence of the coin an it's potential as a currency.
Hope the bill will be approved by the parliament to have a more fair taxation for
income coming from bitcoin.

Another good development for the bitcoin market. Statements like these from
people with authority would really have a positive effect on bitcoin's price.
Soon more and more influential people will give their stand about the coin which
will make more people aware of crypto currencies.
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The holy trinity of tech will lead us to the age of singularity! on: November 04, 2017, 10:43:13 AM
Yes it was the goal of the creator of the coin to have a currency that may replace the fiat currency, which can avoid differences on the currency from one country to another. Bitcoin maybe that crypto currency but it will really depend on the people if they will accept it until the end or will bitcoin and the blockchain technology just a currency used to test if crypto currency can really replace fiat and governments will just create another crypto currency to be used in the future.

This is just simple as this, he is not into Bitcoin so I think he doesn't know anything about it or what it is made for and the purpose of it as a digital currency and to that kind of a person is normal for them to hate Bitcoin and always bash it and hate it all they want because they see it appreciating rapidly and they will keep on continuing that hatred until they realize that it is worth a try to invest with Bitcoin.

Don't rely your feelings to others and make a decision to yourself, make a risk to yourself so you won't blame other people in the future. Win or lose you are the one who will benefit from it and not them.

Bitcoin have its own advantage and disadvantage at all aspects and when you use it on a daily basis for buying necessities I think it is not worth a try especially when buying local foods and beverages because you will need to wait for a transaction time to go through and a fees to pay with. Bitcoin is indeed convenient to use when transacting online as it is design for that purpose by doing a faster and cheaper transaction.

Fiat money has still a large role in the world and not all ages can easily use Bitcoin to all kind of things in our modern world especially those elders that can barely understand the usage of it.
219  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is over 7000$ Should i invest now? on: November 04, 2017, 08:32:57 AM
I keep my money with LTC and ETH.
I think to buy some BTC now. Should i buy now?

As for me, i think it will decrease to 6000, but then go up to 10 000

What do you think?

Keep that in mind that the current price for now is so high and I suggest you to wait for a little moment since maybe you can see some dumps on it, But if you can't wait for that then buy with extra careful and do some short trades as much as possible so that you can earn aswell buy again when there's a dump will came after the pump.

How can we say that the current price is high right now? What if the price goes higher on the next days or weeks that means that current price will be the lower price. No one can say if the price of the current price of the coin is high or not. And it is very hard to predict if the price will go high further on the next days, but one thing is for sure Bitcoin never reached the maximum price that it can have since no one can determine it.

So if you are planning to invest with bitcoin better you can do it anytime and just hope for the best on the coming weeks.

Take your guess as to when $7,500 will be hit!

This is a good site hopefully bitcoin price also has these safe limit that when you failed
you will just have the safe limit's amount. And it is really hard to imagine if bitcoin will
reach the level with 5 zeros. But once it hit the $1 million it will be indeed a final answer
and jackpot is hit.
