202  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you earn money online? on: February 24, 2017, 11:39:26 AM
I earn money by making sound effects, some music and stock photos. I also do signature and social media campaign for some extra income. I just wish my online stores will able to accept bitcoins soon.

My stores are listed at  http://zimrmedia.blogspot.com

204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Death & Bitcoin: How I Prepared My Family’s Digital Inheritance on: February 24, 2017, 05:03:41 AM
I like the idea. I think about making a documentary-style video about bitcoin, it's ups and downs and how to use it. I document everything so my business can be sustained. I have a multimedia company that supplies games and films with content necessary for production. I am turning my earnings in bitcoins by exchange.

206  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: February 23, 2017, 05:32:30 AM
It takes a very strong character, to ride from 0,01 usd to 1000 with BTC and not selling during that period of ups and down. It will probably continue that trend, when people get so excited and sure that new ath is coming, it usually backfires.

I'm frequently tempted to trade all my bitcoins for $ when I see the price rise up to $1k but I read that it can rise up to $2k so I maintain at least $4k worth of bitcoins  I too never show my wallet address just to be safe.

So leave at least $4k worth of bitcoins in your wallet because you'll never know bitcoin can rise up to $2k
207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LocalBitcoins !!!! 80 HOURS to confirm !!!! on: February 23, 2017, 05:26:52 AM
Slowly but surely. Just wait it out. That is what I do but if I'm in a hurry, I will add a significant amount of fee for it to confirm faster. $1-$3 fee in bitcoin is OK for me.
208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Going Mainstream Banks Are Disappearing on: February 23, 2017, 01:50:49 AM
Printing thousands of simple 1 page papers explaining Bitcoin and giving to people.

Yes we can do a monthly bitcoin seminar and giveaway fliers to people. I am also thinking of creating a second YouTube channel that talks about bitcoin deeply than other channels. I'm also opening a T-shirt merchandise to design T-shirts with various bitcoin propaganda!
209  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: February 21, 2017, 04:40:26 PM
I never believed in predictions because they fail most of time.
210  Economy / Economics / Re: where should i invest my 0.5 btc ? on: February 21, 2017, 04:35:56 PM
Try investing on a trusted lending site such as BTCJam to gain interest. You can also lend to people you trust and charge them interests That's how I grow my bitcoins.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to the Bitcoin Network if a World war Starts? on: February 20, 2017, 08:55:48 AM
With nuclear weaponry, I zee countries like China, America, Russia and Britain being hit with nukes. Bitcoin will survive and it would be like a blinking light bulb  but it will improve years when the war is over and the nations rebuild. Bitcoin will not die because there are neutral nations using it.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: February 20, 2017, 06:20:53 AM
I think the growing list of digital devices will enable all people to access and use bitcoins. People born in the year 2000 onwards have much exposure to digital devices so they'll have an easier time adopting bitcoin as their second currency should it be introduced to them appropriately. The internet too is becoming omnipresent and someday it will be all arounds us like oxygen thus, enabling easier access to the internet for all people.

214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: eBay / Paypal / Bitcoin Scam!! on: February 20, 2017, 01:30:06 AM
It's not EBay or PayPal to blame. It's the buyers. This has happened many times in the past. Fraudsters have been doing this. You learned your lesson. Only trade with a person you know very well. I would suggest you now only buy/sell bitcoins on more secure sites like Coinbase and Local Bitcoins. I successfully convert bitcoins to PayPal balance with Coin base every time. I avoided being scammed because I do some research and background checks first before going into trading.
215  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive Income on: February 19, 2017, 11:07:03 AM
Yes I make music and sound effects when I'm not busy with trading. My site is http://zimrmusic.bandcamp.com I've afforded some audio processing tools because of bitcoin!
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: using old phones as cold wallets on: February 19, 2017, 10:16:08 AM
why not paper wallet , if you want to go through all that trouble, electronic components can fail over time.

Yeah and keep them locked in a safe. That's what I will do next. I too don't throw away my previous phones and they are from good brands so they're very unlikely to fail easily because of quality

220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins? on: February 18, 2017, 11:08:06 AM
I keep my bitcoins on trusted wallets such as Xapo, Block chain and Coinbase. Yes I use all the three. I split my bitcoins to prevent more loss if one wallet address is hacked or the wallet service shuts down. I only use trusted and proven wallet services because one time, I used snappybtc wallet service but then, I can no longer access the site. It says it is down. Fortunately it is empty.
