Bitcoin
Bitcoin breaks support at 8625/8600 as expected keeping bears in control targeting 8500 & 8350 before the low at 8210/00. A break lower is expected eventually targeting 7800 & the the most important of the week at 7550/7500. We should bounce off here on the first test to ease oversold conditions. I do not think this level will hold for ever though.
First resistance at 8600/8650 now likely to hold any bounce in the bear trend. A break higher however allows a recovery towards resistance at 8850/8900. The outlook remains negative - try shorts with stops above 9000. However we then meet quite strong resistance at 9120/50. There are many strong barriers for bulls to over come with resistance again at 9250 & 4 month trend line at 9450/9500.

#BTC UPDATE. It find support around 8100. 7800-8000 is key supp for #KING and should not broken, if that happened, we will go to 7000-7200$, and bearish market will start (alts dump more). But i think that will not happened, im bullish on #BTC becouse of coming hard-fork, and few more good news! Also i am mid/long term trader so i dont worry about BTC becouse im pretty sure that new ATH is coming in this year

Arthur Hayes, the co-founder and CEO of Seychelles-based BitMEX, the bitcoin mercantile exchange, has a bullish prediction for the bitcoin price, which he believes will skyrocket to $50,000 by year-end 2018, he told CNBC.

When I previously analyzed the daily chart, I discovered a support/lateral resistance line that is currently in control of the trend that is at 8790 (at current levels), and on May 11 the price actually failed a support on the line, and broke under that.
Today, there is what looks like a morning star signal configuration.
So the question now is whether the morning star indicates an impulse that could break us above the resistance of the side neighborhoods and go back up again. Or is it the morning star signal that indicates there will be some positive short-term side, just retest the new resistance of the sidewalls once again before breaking. |
