No problem at all. I have kind of the same policy. I use different VMs to execute wallets.
Is the rich list still being updated? Maybe I could check the balance that way. Nah, doesn't look like it. Don't really know how to check other than using the client. hmm. Would the client allow you to check my balance? If you would be so kind of course. actually I have no Idea how to do that. There is no search feature and when you import your key that is the address you see stats for...

I'd like to move some CHA from an exchange to my BTC address. Should I simply withdraw it from the exchange to that BTC address?
Is there a CHA block explorer?
Yes. directly withdraw it from the exchange to your BTC address. You can check it by using the CHA wallet. I actually don't want to run the wallet. Is there a blockchain explorer or other method? The new wallet is super easy to use!

The thread ignore function isn't working on firefox anymore. Also the rating feature isnt showing all the time.
I can't register for the rating feature too.
OS? Version of Firefox? The rating feature now works, but it still doesn't show up all the time. Ignore is still broken. Win 7 professional 64 bit. FF 29.0.1

The coins never made it to my address...so my guess is that they are still in the main sharecoin wallet with no record of the purchase without having their DB....I may be mistaken.
But my QORA was sent directly to my ShareXcoin address from outside of the exchange. Here it is: http://coinia.net/qora/blockexplorer.php?q=QfBoh77US6pUb9ae1pHCgDyTrEfPasdZ9yApparently it was 10M that I bought from TwinWinNerD. He sent 100 to test and then the remaining amount. I would have purchased the rest on the exchange. You deposit coins and they are credited to you account. If you now sell them and the other person doesn't withdraw them, you have no way of knowing who owns the coins in that moment. Understand that?

I am still waiting to hear back from the Qora dev about whether it is safe to continue trading Qora. When the recent Sharexcoin transaction vanished from the block explorer, only to reappear hours later, I decided I needed to hear from the dev about the current stability of this coin. That is why it is still frozen--it has nothing to do with ShareXcoin.
Regarding ShareXcoin, at the moment it looks like I have seized about 24 million Qora and 0.80 BTC. I'm not sure what should be done with this money, as we don't have a record of people's ShareXcoin balances.
As I posted pages back, I lost 23M+ Qora to ShareXcoin and I would very much like to have a fair portion of those seized coins. Those coins belong to ShareXcoin users and to spend them on anything besides reimbursement would be ridiculous. The majority of my coins were bought directly from TwinWinNerD who has a long and excellent reputation in these forums. He transferred them directly to my ShareXcoin address. I never transferred any coins out of my ShareXcoin account besides a 1000 QORA transfer to Poloniex which was lost due to the forking issues. Can any of this be proven by examining the blockchain? While the transfers into ShareX can be proven without a doubt, we can't know 100% that you didn't sold those coins. That is the main problem. Not that I don't trust you, but there will certainly be bogus claims. You gotta understand that! We need a good solution.

I did set this password up and saved it in my profile.
Still I can't vote.
Where would the vote buttons even be? -snip-
This is some weirdass behavior. The vote buttons should be next to the +5 and it should look like this: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F8XPmjSC.png&t=663&c=4nYwdlQRlEYT9Q) What version do you have (don't ask me how to check that, because I don't know). my greasemonkey script has this in the header: " // ==UserScript== // @name BitcoinTalk++ // @version 0.2.86 " But the BT++ SETTINGS* has a asterix that says it is out of date....

PS: Sind frisch gedruckte 100-er Scheine ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) , also bitte passend die Coins anbieten.... Farbe schon trocken?

Thanks to everyone who helped me on the technical support. I had been needing to update my NXT wallet client for a while anyway. When I downloaded the latest version I found it had a section for trading--this must be the decentralized trading that the NXT people have been talking about.
Anyway, the NEMstake was a bit out of my price range, but I did find a different asset to try out--so I bought a share of that and it all seemed to work fine.
So I have my first decentralized NXT denominated asset AND a working NXT wallet. Yay!
Thanks again!
very nice! But you do know that the NEMtoken can be split up in 10 parts and you can buy 0.1 NEMtoken too?

2011 was pretty scammy too. It actually cleaned up a bit in the latter half of 2012 (pirate notwithstanding).
Gotta go back to 2010 for things to have been mostly pure.
SHHHHH! Don't tell him that! He might realize there were people here before himself! SHHHHH maybe he knows already but doesn't make a clown of himself like you do! SHHHHH
