He can use Binance if he is ready to do KYC and provide his personal data information like identity document for it. He should make sure that Binance allow people from his country to use the exchange.

For some privacy ways, he can check this site: https://kycnot.me/

There are some like Bisq that are very good decentralized exchange, but I do not know about their trading volume.
2002  Other / Off-topic / Re: So AI are now capable of this on: March 15, 2023, 09:59:38 AM
This is off topic or move it to board like serious discussion.

Is it true that scammers are now using AI technology to create videos online? Someone warned me about videos online that comes with links under them, he said the videos look so professional that are easier to confuse the eye, have anyone seen anything that looks like it? They can use any faces of real people in the video and you won't be able to tell the difference if they are fake or not.
I do not know the tools that are used for it, but it is possible.
2003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A costly gambling mistake on: March 15, 2023, 08:22:20 AM
This is a habit that new players have, and it's not only in casinos or gambling I have no idea what people typically think when they skip reading the rules and regulations, which is why it usually doesn't work out well and you see them breaking the rules or losing money. Because they neglected to read the forum rules, most newcomers end up being banned from the community. It's either ignorance or negligence.
Some are not ignorance or negligence, some people only want to take advantage of some promotional offers, especially the newcomer 100% deposit reward, some people do not use it to joke and they can like to create more account to collect more offers for deposit because the offers are limited to certain amount of money in some gambling sites. The last gambling site I opened recently to take advantage of the offer, it was limited to $133.

Some people are from banned country but they want to gamble and if they use some of the gambling sites, they may be able to gamble, but if they win, the gambling site will check for all these and if found to be playing from a restricted country or having multiple accounts, they will not let him be able to withdraw his money and also ban him from using their gambling site.

In these scenario above, you can see how some people may know the terms of service but just want to be smart.
2004  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Warning be aware from Bestcloudsellers on: March 15, 2023, 07:26:32 AM
How could you trust a person with not even a single reputation in this forum with $40?
I wouldn't even trust such a newbie account, with $1
That is the problem with people's ignorance, that account for the scammer was created just a month ago, not having any good reputation or positive trust. Even as the account is young, I can not trust it yet even if it has one or two reputation. I have always prefer old accounts which is active and of good reputation, or especially the ones in campaign worth more than my money which would be small to what he is collecting weekly.
2005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SEC did not regulate security market (SIVB case) but want to regulate crypto on: March 15, 2023, 07:19:06 AM
But this does not change that cryptocurrencies are security too, they are centralized and controlled by developers, they are using PoS and also premining some of the coins. Altcoins are securities.

Only the cryptocurrency that is not a security is bitcoin, bitcoin is a commodity because nothing like it was pre-mined, it is not using their PoS that is centralized and bitcoin is the most decentralized.
2006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A costly gambling mistake on: March 14, 2023, 08:02:11 AM
Exactly, the assumption of the fact is what have led thasny issues today, because gamblers believe the terms and conditions of casinos are the same, so they bring in the mentality from casino A to B even though A is different from B in some aspects and functionality.

-So it is important to read each term and conditions properly before venturing into any casino because their all have their own peculiar conditions that make up for their term of service.
You are right that it is good to read the terms and conditions of a casino before joining, but this more applies to beginners. Like me that I have read like 2 or 3 casinos rules, I may find it not hard to fully read another casinos rules, only what I will just check for is if the casino is legal in my country, if the use of VPN is prohibited, my country support gambling though and I am not using VPN, but there can be sometimes that I may forget to off VPN but not likely. I am not ready to cheat or have two accounts. There are many rules that are the same about gambling sites, just few are different. But if you have one account and make sure that you do not cheat, not in country the gambling site do not support, you may still be able to get what is in the rules. But my best advice would be to always read the T&C.
2007  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Am glad I Found my Account on: March 13, 2023, 08:32:33 PM
What is the difference between your old account and if you just create a new one? If it is an achievement, it would have been better. Sorry if you see this in another way, but just trying to tell you to post something useful or interesting and fascinating instead.
2008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Is for the strong. on: March 13, 2023, 08:27:34 AM
Your friend just needs some rest. He must be stressed out with all his losses and it is clouding his mind now. Perhaps regrets are sinking into him and it's not good mentally.
Should I say there is positive regret and negative regret. If you regret and do not think of anything bad like killing yourself, but believing that there is still hope for you that you can start new and be a better person, that kind of regret is good because it is like a mad person that has finally realized that he is mad and getting to his right state of mind back. Those that see gambling as a way they think they can make daily, weekly or monthly income are like a mad person. He has realized his mistake, this can help him against gambling addiction that put him into trouble.

Meta is about what is related to this forum, it is not what is related to you. If you want to post about you or other members, go to reputation board for it.

Congratulations.

About my ranking up, it was easy and fast for me to get a hero merit which was my intention, but I still always enjoy this forum.
2010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A remark on casino bonuses on: March 13, 2023, 08:02:18 AM
The problem with these promotions is that you need to achieve specific goals, like betting a certain amount to get qualified, which means sometimes you need to spend more money.
Yeah, no matter what platform we choose, whether we play at a very popular casino or a new one, whether we choose an online platform or a land based, we must remember one thing, there is nothing like free money in gambling.

Bonuses are only given so that you make deposits and play on the casino, and casinos know that those that start playing won't easily stop and the house-edge will make the house win at the end. So any kind of a promo or a bonus a casino offers, they will surely have some requirements for it, and mostly it's a wagering or deposit limit. If you can't fulfill that, there is no bonus for you, simple as that.
I deposited $33.3 into a gambling site that I just registered on recently to bet Dortmund versus RB Leipzig, it was a lucky match for me as it was more than 2.1 odds for Dortmund and it was a won bet. I was lurd by the casino because of their 100% deposit bonus, I won the match but the bonus was very discouraging, I was given $3.3 bonus 10 times to be used on different bets. Is that not discouraging? I was also only given just 7 days for the bonus expiration. Recently because of the rules of the bonuses, I lost all and I was unable to bet until I remember today when I read this topic that I had bonuses on a gambling site which expired on 11th of this month. Gambling sites wants people to just join, try all ways to make sure you do not use the bonus, even if you use it, to be in a way only little reward of the winning will be the result.
2011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Too harsh on user? on: March 13, 2023, 07:33:38 AM
Is it right to call a gambling platform a scam for confiscating users account with the deposited balance because you use more than one SIM card to access the platform? The SIM cards aren't from same network provider, so their IP addresses are different from one another.

This happened to someone I know very well, but I found this to be too cruel,  different IPs on the same device shouldn't cause this ban, what do you think?

There are some gambling platforms that pray that users make this mistake and use the opportunity to sit down on their money.
Do not mind that I am late to have a reply on this thread, but I want you to know that I have used different network for gambling before and there was no problem at all, but I do not violate the gambling site rules. Sometimes you may think one thing is the cause of the problem, but the problem can be as a result of another thing, it may be because the person is having more than one account or violate another rules. Is the person not having more than one account?

If an action violates the TOS of a gambling site, then the user cannot complain because they agreed to those terms when they signed up. However, good gambling sites will provide warning to their users about changes to the TOS. As a gambler, one can voice their concerns or disagreements with the site's decision, but if it's not illegal, then there's no chance of recovering funds. It's important to note that different countries have different laws when it comes to regulating casinos.
But have you seen a gambling site that include it in their ToS for gamblers not to use more than one sim or network provider? I have never seen that before on gambling sites. I have used many gambling sites before and no problem like such. If such happens to me, I will be doubting the integrity of the gambling site and find out more of the gambling site if real one or fake, likely to be fake.
2012  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 13, 2023, 07:23:12 AM
In fact, it is difficult to be consistent with the few remaining matches, but if you want to win the EPL this season, of course, Arsenal must be able to do it, considering that Manchester City always overshadows them at the top of the standings with thin points and of course Manchester City can slide them at any time.
People are only over praising Manchester City, all the clubs started from 0 points and yet Arsenal is leading Manchester City with 5 points, which means Manchester City have their own lapses too. With how Arsenal is playing, I do not think this season EPL belongs to Manchester City, let us wait and see how it would end. This will only means more competition in EPL too because the last two seasons were won by Manchester City. Arsenal has done greate this season and I hope they would win this season's EPL.
2013  Economy / Gambling / Re: How succesful will AI projects be to win the house? on: March 13, 2023, 06:52:10 AM
AI can help gamblers in terms of predictive strategies that allow getting better results compared to human prediction results.
That is not true, AI can make use of some strategies to analyse but it can not do more than the prediction sites. If you check predictions sites, you can see how many predictions were made but only put gamblers that fully have believe on them into losses. In gambling, as you can not fully believe in predictions, you can not also fully believe in AI, you can just try to use it to get some information fast which can aid your analyses and prediction.

But that's not necessarily all you can get 100% victory as we hope and certainly a more precise win depends on our luck at gambling.
Actually, I have never tried Chatgpt myself, but seeing from several people who have used this AI strategy they say that all results are not certain and cannot beat the house.
I have preferred not to use anything but myself analysing a match. I do not go for most of the match but just few or one. I do not bet frequently and discipline myself. I win than lose.
2014  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is self-meriting possible? on: March 12, 2023, 05:10:57 PM
but I do not want to default, so I decided to come ask first.
I have tried it several times but I was unable to merit myself.

No, its not possible to merit your own post and its also frowned upon to merit your post from your alt account (meaning you gonna get negative feedback).
Is it possible to frown about what is not possible? Only what I know some members frown about is to be meriting alt account with another alt account, I guess that is what you meant.
2015  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of project we shall look into to prepare for the next bull?? on: March 11, 2023, 10:01:36 AM
Just take this as an advice, look for promising coins like bitcoin and other coins with very high marketcap, there are many new projects that are risky. If you want coins that can do 10x in the future, there are coins that have been existing that can give you that.
2016  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Setup from big Whales on: March 11, 2023, 08:46:58 AM
After a bit of research, I saw a video but he didn't mention how and in what wallet did he store his crypto but my guess since he has multiple coins it should be a hardware wallet.
To me this is just a waste of time, I mean the OP post. Do OP have to know about how Micheal Saylor hold his bitcoin before he can start to buy and hold bitcoin too? How can he know the total amount of the bitcoin that is owned by Michael Saylor, you know bitcoin can be a privacy coin is used in a privacy way. It is simple, he can read about cold storage, multisig wallets and how to use full node with tor, or he can start to learn about bitcoin privacy and how to secure wallet than bringing Micheal Saylor topic about how he is doing it. I do not learn about Micheal Saylor before I know all these.
2017  Other / Meta / Re: Merit questions on: March 11, 2023, 08:41:49 AM
You have been here since 2017 but you do not know about how merit and smerit work? That is funny. If you have quality posts and visiting this forum, learning about what newbies supposed to learn, you would have gone far than being a newbie.

Start to learn and read more about this forum for you to be able to send merit to people to.
2018  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don’t buy Bitcoin when FUD is over on: March 10, 2023, 04:28:59 PM
How did you know? There is no way to know if Bitcoin can touch again to 14k if you know what happened in the past about the price of bitcoin there is also someone predicting that the price of Bitcoin won't drop below 10k but after a few months, it started to drop below 10k. So there is still a possibility it may drop to 14k or lower than that.
Anything can happen, but that is based on my analyses and how the price of bitcoin has been in history. But let me put it like this: if the price of bitcoin get to $16000 again, will you not buy enough? If you did not, it would only be a missed opportunity of the next bull run, although the price may still fall again and reach $16000, but getting below $14000 is highly not likely at all.

What does mean by this FUD actually? As I know it's something like a piece of false news but hyped on the internet. So it could good news or bad news. Most of the time it acts as bad news I assume. But you are suggesting buying bitcoin when FUD is upcoming. So a Big chance to lose your fund because most of the time FUDs are bad news and help to crash the market as I know.
Did you remember the China FUD on bitcoin and crypto ban? The price crashed from $46000 to $29800 at that time. Did you remember the one that happened during FTX implosion? Bitcoin price crashed from $22800 to $15500. I think that is what OP meant. During the FUD, the price will fall significantly. After the FUD, you can still wait, but you will notice that bitcoin is not going beyond certain price again after massive bear market.
2019  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don’t buy Bitcoin when FUD is over on: March 10, 2023, 12:31:44 PM
Or instead of trying to time the market (which you will most likely fail to do as a newbie anyway), why not use DCA method so you don't have to worry about any of things you mentioned?
That is the good idea.

But if bitcoin can decrease to $17000 next, I am buying big amount, it is a good buying price. If it falls back below $16000, I am using the 100% money to buy. This is more than DCA because that price is the list price if bitcoin. Likely bitcoin is not going to $14000 ever again.

If the price of bitcoin is still at $18000 to $25000, I will continue DCA.
2020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you Bet on a Fight that is Scripted? on: March 10, 2023, 08:58:08 AM
A fight scripted such as one in WWE doesn't necessarily mean a fixed match.
You are wrong, a scripted match is likely to be fixed, there would be many people that will know that the match is scripted, also many people that will script the matches.

Gambling should be what no one should know the result until the match has finally ended
What a single person knows about is still better
What two people knows can go viral in just a day

In scripted matches, there are many people that knows about it which can make us conclude that scripted matches are fixed matches.
