2001  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fortune.st Upcoming Updates (Happy New Year) on: January 05, 2023, 10:40:45 PM
You need to mention more about this offer or promotion. I mean what’s the wagering requirement? And If we make more money from this bonus, then will we be able to withdraw it? Also the domain and casino name looks very premium, just make sure you market it smartly. Moreover No KYC feature is also like a cherry on the top. Do you guys allow users from all over the globe? Or do you have restrictions for people of some specific country? Moreover if you can also hint about your new upcoming games, then definitely more people will wait to try it. Wishing you all the best for your future.
I always wonder why a lot of casinos in this forum don't provide complete details on their opening post. Is it one of their tactics for us to visit them directly? I already tried different bonuses but most of them do always have a catch and they are not accurate based on what the casinos presented on their ann threads. $1k looks decent so expect that the requirements are also going to be tough on this one.

And if you read above, some users are already complaining that this casino asks for their mobile numbers. Wait, I thought they don't support KYC? Maybe for them KYC isn't only about uploading an I.D but phone numbers are still a sensitive data.
Phone numbers are indeed still a sensitive data and you would really be seeing the reaction of people on here when it comes to that which on the time that they've been asking it on the time you do
make some register then it turns out that it is really a huge turn off for most people who do love being anonymous.Come to mind that we are already making it a big deal of anything that do really
oppose anonymity and one is asking a phone number.Speaking about those bonuses show ups  then not all arent really that honest on what they are claiming into their ANN thread but one
thing is for sure on which these bonuses are really bound to those high threshold for you to make up a withdrawal.
2002  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What you really think about trading bots? on: January 05, 2023, 09:35:03 PM
I personally don't have any experience with bots as I think it's time consuming to have one works or it's just a hassle in my opinion especially setting it up. It may eliminate the behavior towards trading especially the emotions but with market right now that's is not in good condition and volatility could spike in any moment I don't know if there's really a profitable one.
I dislike bot, using bot for trading is like stress for me, the way I'm seeing it from my way of understanding, bot i do hear some people say of the advantages of using bot app, but the way i do see bot application, nothing serious or advantages that will come into bot application, so instead bot application do consume  funds through the rechargable fees, so people i know do complain of the subscription of the bot,  so it's discourage able to me.
why are there bots? because there are still many who don't believe in their abilities, so bots are used to be able to provide assistance. Logically, the maker of a bot system, if it's really good, why not just run it alone. why release it to the market, because they themselves also do not believe in it but hope to benefit from using it.
agree with you buddy, I also don't like bots because they don't hone skills that we might be able to use, but once again it all depends on each individual and no one can prohibit it but only to encourage it.
I dont believe that this is the reason because bots are created on making things to be automated and its not that people doesnt trust up their skills or believe on their abilities because its not really something
that would really be patching up those lacking things because it was never intended for that in the first place.Just like others been saying that it is for automation which it would really be that relevant for someone
who do really make use of it just to make things even more simpler and convenient. It is really just that there are people who are really that having that wrong belief or mindset that these bots could
bring out or generate some profits which is really a wrong common misconception with these bots. You would be still needing up that skills and knowledge towards trading for you to be able to efficiently use
of these bots.
2003  Other / Archival / Re: What casinos are safe on: January 05, 2023, 08:33:51 PM
on this issue of good casinos to be used from what I could see the new casinos have been the most dangerous not to be used, that's because many scammers started to see the creation of casinos to rob people as a gold mine that they didn't they will get caught after robbing people, and knowing that people are greedy these scammers are giving high bonuses to attract people and then put TOS in which favor them

that way scammers make people deposit, play, and lose money but when people win a lot of money they close the person's account and claim that they person had many accounts or that he was entering the casino of a country that is in the list of restricted countries

Scammers are now using casinos as another way to scam and fool people so we can't blame players who are avoiding newly built casinos. There were scamming issues before who took huge funds from players. That's the reason why players nowadays prefer trusting old and well-established casinos to get rid of being scammed. Casinos like Duelbits, Roobet, Stake, and other casinos that are being promoted here are good to trust.
Fear and doubt is really there because we do already have that bitter past when it comes to those newly built or launched whether a casino or any service which do offers something on public.
You cant really remove out on someones mind on having those kind of thoughts specially for a new platform but not all would be considered to be scammers. This is why its really always been that suggestable
that you should really make out some indepth research before making some deposits or trying out to look for some concrete experience and feedbacks from other players which it would be ideal
to have that kind of behavior rather than on rushing up yourself on making some deposit without even knowing those risk probabilities which is something that we should avoid.
2004  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price guess, 2023 on: January 05, 2023, 07:49:49 PM
I would go for the most practical and realistic and that would be 20-30k?

in 2022 we have crossed 20k how many times in the 3rd quarter and even some in 4th so it would be best to see this happening again this year but that would be the highest for me as we are closing to the 4 year cycle and there are more to expect in 2024 I guess than this year.
A more realistic viewpoint is around $20k since there's nothing on line for this year's market pump unlike with 2024 wherein the next Bitcoin halving is anticipated. Right now, the market is still stagnant but I'm quite glad that there are tokens being released gaining high rate of increase despite of the bearish trend, such as $Bonk which is for me a good market indicator. But I hope there will be a new trend this year which could save this industry such as with what happened last year with NFTs and P2Es which triggered a huge demand inspite of not having a halving since last time. If ever there will be, things might still change or even positive news could uplift the direction of market prices which we should look forward with, for this year.
Yeah, im really seeing and assuming that we might be sitting on this level and would really be having that sideways movement for this new year.Every assumptions and speculation would really be not precise which
anything could really happen on this market and price could neither be going up or down when the time comes and this is why we should really be that easy to adjust and make out immediate action on what we
are currently seeing.Dont make yourself to be that passive when it comes to price changes because you wouldnt know if its already the bottom, the peak or the start of the rally.
It is really hard to make out some conclusions on a market that had been unpredictable and totally random since from the start if we do speak about its price movement this is why everything and anyone
shouldnt really be making up some periods or fixed prices.
2005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is playing national lottery smart or waste of time? on: January 05, 2023, 07:38:42 PM

Well, yes. The problem is always the mindset. There are people with fixed mindsets who, even if you were to confront them with facts, physical and mathematical evidence, then there would still not be a doubt in my mind that such a person is going to spend money on a lottery ticket in hopes of changing his life, based on a miracle.

Lotteries depend on the desperation and hopes of people who believe in ridiculous things. But then again there are more than enough of such people (crystal gazers, astrologists, fortune tellers and so on).

Basically its impossible to convince those who do not wish to be convinced.
I agree on this one which there are lots of people whom i do know to have that kind of fixed mindsets which there's no way that you could influence them or do changed up their minds once they do target out on a
particular thing.I cant see myself to be that reliant and keeping on betting with national lotteries just because i do wish up for some miracle. It is really just enough that im really that aware on what are those odds
and chances on getting the jackpot and just been said by most people that odds or chance isnt really that something you could waste your time on going into those lottery booths and would make a bet.
Even if its cheap but overtime those amounts would be significant specially if you are already betting for years already and this is should how people do look into it.
2006  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin banking is more preferable than normal bank. on: January 04, 2023, 11:36:05 PM
Bitcoin banking is more secure than normal banking, because you are the only one that has access to your personal wallet but in normal banking customer cares can login into your bank account without you're notice and use your money for any kind of businesses.bitcoin banking is more reliable than normal banking because money that is in your normal banking can be deducted or withdrawal without you're notice but that can not happen in Bitcoin banking everything happens with your authorization.
Word "BANK" doesnt fit out on Bitcoin.
If we do make out some definition of Bank then here it is;

A bank is a financial institution that is licensed to accept checking and savings deposits and make loans.
Source

Bitcoin does really oppose on what Bank does offer, you could be your own bank where you do have the full control of your funds
without having 3rd party involved on the time you do make out some transactions which it turns out to be a revolutionary stuffs.

2008  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Many signals don't work now like they use to be on: January 04, 2023, 09:30:57 PM

If you look at the bitcoin price, it seems that it is somewhat stable and not giving any trading opportunities due to which you will feel that trading signals aren't working any more.

Secondly, we are in the bear market, so long signal won't be profitable as compared to the short signals. By the way, this bear market won't last long now as already we have seen one year of bear market. Better invest in good coins and not take leveraged trades at this moment.
One of the hardest time or moment on making up some investment decision is on the time where market is really moving sideways or doesnt really give out any hints nor behavior which you could make out some
analysis through it.This is what challenges most of people or investors/traders on this field which it is really that hard to make out predictions on a market behavior on where the price isnt really moving
or doesnt really go with technical analysis.Come to mind that there's no strategy that would give out 100% prediction which it is really normal that analysis arent really tend to be on that way but rather
they would really be that prone to failure and misses. This is why its really that understandable that we should really be that versatile and make out adjustments basing up on what
we are currently seeing and experiencing.
2009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is playing national lottery smart or waste of time? on: January 04, 2023, 09:20:53 PM
Do you play national lottery games (Powerball, EuroMillions, Lotto etc)?
No I don't play national lottery, but I think I did play few times in my entire life.
I think that national lotteries are legal way for governments to take more money from people, as if all the rising taxes are not enough.
Let's say I win 1 million dollars in national lottery, than I would have to pay huge taxes on that amount and you win much less, it's like voluntary robbery.
This is true but people like this and there are people who take chances on winning this kind of national lottery. I personally don't like joining in this and I'm the same as you that only tried it only for a few times, Majority of my tries is when I have a friend or a family member that made me come to the outlet and asked me to join them on betting. I have a family member who's doing daily betting on this national lottery and trying hard with his luck, It's a consistent thing he do and I can compare it to being a habit. I hope he knows the odds of winning it. Yep, It is one way of government getting a huge taxes on people on a legal way and people thinking it's fair enough given that majority of the joiner of this kind of event is not thinking about it or doesn't know about it.
Honestly, i do have experience on betting on national lotteries and it did last for a couple of months and on the time i do realize that it is really that something too close to impossible on hitting the jackpot then it

do comes into a certain time that im tired on going into those lottery outlets to make a bet yet it do comes into my mind that it would be pointless and something that would be a waste of time
and stressful on expecting on something specially on hitting the jackpot.Yes, its absurd that you are expecting to make yourself hitting the jackpot but cant really be denied that those hopes are
really inside your mind and with your emotions and this what excites you whenever you do make out a bet, if you do miss out a certain draw and it do keeps happening any further then
you would really be feeling out that kind of discouraged.
2010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: At What Age You Got into Bitcoin and also Trading? on: January 04, 2023, 08:59:30 PM
I was my self Wondering that there a re a lot of people who gotten in crypto makret in how much age?
As for as I am concerned I was only 17 years old in 2017 when I got some news about Bitcoin and It took me almost 3 years to learn and do something good for me and also my future.
According to me mostly people that came in crypto are mostly young aged people that range from 15 to 30 years. And I have seen less old people that first gotten in crypto. Because they think that crypto is not good for them.
22 years of age as i do remember and this is the time where i do start up about learning on Bitcoin or the whole cryptocurrency market.Yes, its really that mind confusing and boggling but all over the years you had
been spending up your time on engaging on something which is unpredictable then you would really be able to have a good grasps to it.Trading isnt something that you could handle it out on a short time, you would be experiencing lots of trials and errors along the way before you could really be having a good grasps to it.People should really be removing into their minds that engaging or dealing up with this market is easy.
You would soon realize it on the time that you would be making out some mistakes and errors which is something that inevitable and this is why you should really be that realizing off these things.
2011  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fortune.st Upcoming Updates (Happy New Year) on: January 04, 2023, 08:22:57 PM
We want to express our deepest gratitude for your trust and cooperation in choosing us as your No KYC Casino platform.
Why are you asking customers to register accounts with adding their phone numbers if you say that you are No KYC Casino platform?
This is not really anonymous unless people use some kind of burner numbers, but I don' think this is needed at all.
I registered in many casinos and only a few of them are asking for phone numbers, and I think you should remove this requirement.
Claiming out to be anonymous but not actually it is because of these things specially asking out various personal informations like phone numbers is a no go.Yes, we've seen lots of sites as of todays but those top

ranking or known ones arent asking out these kind of information which this is also a reason on why people do love to engage nor stick with these places due to being that anonymous.
We've seen some newer sites asking this type of information which is really highly frowned upon into this forum.People would find it not to be that interesting if we do speak about
these things.People would surely be avoiding and would be getting away because  its never been that good to ask out such thing.
2012  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is hodling top 10 Marketcap coins a good tactic? on: January 03, 2023, 11:37:41 PM
If i'm going to playsafe a bit, i'll go with btc and eth only. But then if I want a higher reward, I will take a higher risk and go with those coins from top 3 and so on. Aside from btc and eth, I don't personally like other altcoins before but last year made me think of going trx, xrp, and doge. I think i'll go with doge first, i've been wanting to hodl it since the hype of Elon and since I guess the hype is over, i'm gonna target it this year.
With having a limited funds then i would only choose up 1-3 coins which would be including Btc and Eth automatically inside my portfolio but if you do have that lots of capital or something you could invest on then

it isnt really bad to bag off the current top #10 ranking coins in the market which it might be resulting into much better profits on the time that the market would be making out some bull runs but
you should really make yourself believe nor being sure that it would happen. No one would be able to point out on what would happen in future years to come. If you do see that this one would be a good tactive
then its up to yours whether you would be taking such action or not.Just make it sure that you are really be able to bare up with the risk for whatever decisions you would be taking.
2013  Economy / Gambling / Re: What sort of Weekly & Monthly Bonuses do Bitcointalk members want? on: January 03, 2023, 10:37:59 PM
Currently we offer level-up bonuses for our VIP and rakeback. However, due to popular demand, we are looking to implement weekly and monthly bonuses as well. Do you guys happen to have any recommendations for a formula we should use in determining what an appropriate weekly/monthly bonus should be?

We would love to hear feedback from all bitcointalk members!

Hope you guys have an awesome and safe New Years! Smiley

-Punt Management

Well, a good formula would be to take the average of a certain sample size of bonuses in other popular casinos and add a certain percentage of your own to beat out the competition when it comes to bonuses. 15% sounds like a good number for the percentage to me, although feel free to raise the bonuses higher as long as you stay above the usual "market value" of bonuses. I am not expert in casino strategies or calculations when it comes to bonuses, so take my advice with a pinch of salt. I just think that higher than average bonuses will attract more players. Smiley
Very basic concept and understanding that if you do want to make yourself to be better than on the current competition then you should really make those offerings a little bit more or increases compared in todays

standard which it would be understandable that you should make out those adjustments but somehow this doesnt guarantee that people would flock away immediately into your site because there are other
factors where people do consider before they would do such act like offerings and designs and other common factors which could be seen on a platform. If they have seen that these things
arent present or something not that good looking then those increase on bonuses arent really that enough for you to convince out people to play on your platform and this is why it do really varies.
2014  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anyone out there doing money by trading? How? on: January 03, 2023, 10:31:15 PM
The more I learn I am kind of coming to conclusion that trading in the long run is not profitable. I mean I don't know any single person who is doing decent amount of money for living by trading in crypto. Hence the question: do you know anyone who is successful trading in crypto? or are you doing well by trading crypto?
If trading wasnt profitable then we wont really be seeing sellers and buyers in the market specially on exchange platforms. Pretty sure that there are people who do make out money out of trading and able to be
profitable but this isnt something that someone could easily attain or achieve since this would really be requiring that extreme skills and knowledge when it comes to buy and selling your coins in the market.
We do have that technical analysis and we do have those fundamentals and other things which are relevant and helpful on your trading journey or career. It is really just normal that lots would be losing their money
if they dont know on what they are doing. This is something that cant really be achieved by someone so easily and on the time that they do make out some engagement then losses then they would be
creating these kind of thoughts that trading doesnt really give out some income or not profitable which is really very wrong.
2015  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is playing national lottery smart or waste of time? on: January 03, 2023, 09:32:52 PM
But the reality is, such lotteries usually have way worse odds than any casinos or gambling sites. So, mathematically speaking, you're better off gambling your money there.

Thoughts?

Odds are close to impossible which means that you do need all the luck of this world for you to be able to hit up the jackpot which is something that it is really hard or something that couldnt happen even if you do tend to buy up tickets for the rest of your life.If it wasnt really meant for you then hitting those combinations would really be not that something that you should hope for because it would really just make you
that annoyed or disappointed every draw results just because your number combinations didnt hit.Its not bad to spare up some amount for tickets but this is something that wont really be resulting into
huge spending where 1-2 tickets everyday wasnt that so bad but its up into yours.Mathematically speaking about odds then it would be understandable if you do make out some comparison.
Lesser risks then less money would be gained and vice versa.

it is understandable why based from the poll, most voted for never or almost never. as they know their chances, they are not spending money on this game. but there are people who are indeed betting on lotteries all throughout their lifetime, where they allot money on this game. they have certain numbers that they are always taking care of.
i guess, it is up to your preferences on this matter. most are just spending it to other basic needs. but for lottery patrons, they won't be considering this as a waste of money.
A waste of money is simple considered into those things which arent really that giving off any benefit and since lottery betting could really give out that chance of changing their lives on hitting up the jackpot then

you are definitely right on what you had said. There are indeed patrons who do really still keep betting even they do know the odds or chances of hitting the jackpot is almost close to impossible.
This is why just let those people do on whatever they do like or want basing up on the situation that they are in because we do have different interest and approach when it comes to certain things.
It might really be looking non so interesting on betting on lotteries and its not something  you could enjoy but cant really deny on the possible things to happen once you do hit the jackpot
but you would really be that discourage if we do know the chances are really that so slim.
2016  Economy / Economics / Re: How much longer until paper money is no longer in circulation? on: January 03, 2023, 08:37:02 PM

Everything is going digital, so I'm pretty sure paper money will disappear sometime in the future. I know CBDCs won't replace paper money right after they're launched, especially when not everyone will want to use it for day-to-day payments (like the elderly). We already have decentralized digital currencies (Bitcoin and its variants), so why should we care about Fiat going digital anyways? Once CBDCs take over the world, you can say goodbye to privacy for good. Who knows how many years do we have left before this happens? Just my thoughts Grin
It is unlikely that states and their governments will abandon the use of cash in the foreseeable future. Cash also plays a positive role in the development of the economy of each state. In addition, in some cases and for certain categories of people, paper money is simply irreplaceable. Of course, the volume of their circulation will decrease, but to a certain level. Their further fate will depend on how quickly our civilization develops technically. But if cataclysms and troubles, wars continue, then paper money will not disappear at all.
Unlikely or really that impossible because government cant really just let it happen on which they would really be allowing that something which is decentralized and anonymous would take place and would replace up

fiat.We know that they cant just let it happen because they would really be losing up that grasps or control into everything specially on financing sector which they wouldnt really let that happen.
Money or paper fiat would really be continue to exist and would really be in circulation no matter how crypto or BItcoin would progress out.

They would both co-exist and crypto would remain as an alternative. It might reach up some high recognition and adoption on some point but it wont be an enough reason for it to be
replacing fiat anytime soon so its better not to make yourself anticipating that much.

2018  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do we manage our crypto trading strategy on: December 30, 2022, 08:17:48 PM
Hi guys
Nowadays there are so many crypto trading strategies in practice but the true challenge here is how to continue trading with out being obsolete as we know efficiency brings profit
Stick with your own made analysis (dont make yourself boggled up with other speculations around)
Dont really be emotional (normal for a human being but dont tolerate it)
Never make yourself easily get dragged with some Hype or Fud
Be versatile (Market does move randomly which you would need to adjust)
Dont hope or be desperate ( If you do have these emotions then you are most likely to fail)

Managing ourselves within our crypto ways and methods would be entirely be depending into you.The more experience you do gain the more awareness you could have
on trading world. You cant really just make yourself that too confident on every actions been made since this isnt something simple that you could deal with.
2019  Economy / Gambling / Re: If you were building a Sportsbook... on: December 30, 2022, 07:59:06 PM
Following on from one of my previous messages here, one thing I really like on some sports books is a partial cashout feature - its definitely something to think about in my opinion for new sportsbooks

I would never conceive a sportbook that would not allow a cash-out. It is quite elementary to allow full freedom to the users, as they are going to play on the grounds that eventually they can fully withdraw if they have some serious luck on their betting, or even if the simply get tired of the site and decide to look for alternatives. I think that feature is a given.
Its a standard thing and who the heck would really be trying out to make that partial cashout feature if we do know that majority of gamblers wont really be that doing so.It would really be just pointless or useless

feature since no one would be ever using that.Whether it is really involving some huge or small amount then gamblers do really tend out to fully withdraw their money in according into their own decisions
on what they do have in mind.It would be no sense on adding up such option if it wont really be that be used on or simply its not really something that gamblers or bettors would really be doing so.
Instant and full withdrawal is a standard, dont know on why try to change up something or adding up which isnt really that needs to be changed.?
2020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ethgames.fun ! no deposit required on: December 29, 2022, 11:34:14 PM
According to this thread https://ethereum.stackexchange.com/questions/110704/what-happens-when-you-connect-wallet-to-website connecting metamask to website isn’t do much. It is giving access to ethereum node to get history, account balances, contract states, all this information is available also on etherscan explorer.
That's about DEXs. However, connecting your web3 wallet to an unknown site could lead to your funds being stolen.

Have you ever heard about wallet drainers? This is a few lines of JavaScript code that first asks you to connect your wallet and then it'll ask you for spending permission once you give that permission/click on "Allow" your funds will be transferred to the scammer's wallet. ( many people have lost their funds in this scam)

Lots of people never been aware on this because they do believe that whenever they do connect out their metamask and as long they arent making transactions or doesnt expose their keys or phrases then they cant really be hacked or scammed. Its true that if you arent really that too mindful about those permissions which you do always accept nor allow it then you would really be having the high chance on getting hacked.
If we do look closely which this one is clearly suspicious.Who would be the one would make up some log in on their MM on an html page? This isnt how a decentralized casino or platform do work
on or how it do functions. Therefore, people should really be that careful on logging in their metamask and trying out to confirm some permissions.
