If he has two sides now and one of those sides wants to stay in F1 then maybe he could surprise all of us by signing for Alpine. He can still race for a few more years normally but it is up to him after being 35 years old. Raikkonen raced even after being 40 and Hamilton also might reach nearly that age before quitting F1.

By the way I have seen a new update that Vettel won't be a part of this test by Alpine. But if there are really some ongoing talks between Alpine and Vettel it feels really exciting.    It is always good to continue to watch one of the most valuable drivers in F1 even if he doesn't have a too competitive car.

m0NESY is really a player who is hard to stop these days. He played a big role in the win against FaZe also. I even see him the most impressive AWP player recently because s1mple has lost his usual form in the recent times. Of course he is 24 years old while m0NESY is 17 now. This is a big factor affecting the reflexes of professional players. However s1mple is still a very special player so this is a big success for m0NESY already at this age.

About the Nuke choice I also think the same as you. In fact, G2 have a 50% win rate while Vitality have 60% on this map. These might not seem impressive for people. However for example every person who watched the G2 - FaZe duel on this map knows how amazing G2 destroyed a Nuke pro there (FaZe won 9 out of 9 matches on this map before playing vs G2).

There are still some rumours linking Vettel with Alpine for 2023 season. It would be lovely to watch him driving a faster car after struggling with Aston Martin most of the time. However I don't think that Vettel is thinking of changing his mind seriously about retiring at the end of the season. Besides I believe that he should be a part of a team that are fighting for the championship even if he continues in F1. Maybe he can't be the main driver of such team now but he would still do a good job as the second driver.

Mercedes were linked with him some time ago to fill Hamilton's place when Hamilton decides to quit F1. Maybe this could happen in the future even if Vettel retires. But they would need to make a big effort to convince him to return to this sport again.    I wonder if they would make a good duo with Russell also.

The reason for the postponement of Arsenal - PSV match is really due to safety reasons as it seems. Because I have checked the Champions League matches of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City on this week and none of them has been postponed. So this has nothing to do with mourning.

After this decision I see Sheriff Tiraspol - Manchester United being one of the most attracting matches of the week. Manchester United's winning odd is like 1.21 but I don't think that it's worth taking the risk. Because Sheriff Tiraspol are a very unpredictable team as we saw this in the Champions League the last time. Even if they don't defeat Manchester United they might get one point. It feels like they will score at least one goal in this match. Manchester United would make some rotation I guess. This might be a good chance to prefer a both teams to score option @2.12. I know the odd is quite high but it seems sensible for this match to me.

It was a really horrible day for Besiktas today.

They had 21 goal attempts but only 2 of them were on target. N'Koudou and Gedson Fernandes had two absolute goal chances but they both couldn't benefit from the chances. Basaksehir scored on their first shot on target and the goal came because of making a mistake in the midfield. Basaksehir are on a such a great run these days by the way. They still haven't conceded any goal in the league matches and sharing the same statistics with the leader Konyaspor.

After all those weeks with very effective performance in offense, Besiktas couldn't even score one goal here. This was an unlucky day for them at the same time. But their next match is going to be against Istanbulspor so they can make up for this loss by a solid win I guess.

Bayern Munich - Barcelona is the most interesting match of this week. Things are not like in the old times between these teams anymore. I mean that there is a much stronger and consistent Barcelona after Xavi's touch. They are already doing great in the La Liga and coming to this match by a huge 4-0 win against Cadiz. Lewandowski is really unstoppable these days. His scoring performance is very similar to Haaland. It will be quite difficult for Bayern Munich to stop him. They are already having problematic days recently in the Bundesliga. However they were quite effective against Inter by that 2-0 win. It seems like they have special strategies for the Champions League.

Taking all of these into account, the most reasonable choice for me is both teams to score. Maybe a 1.43 odd is not very high for a single bet but I'm thinking of adding it to a multi betslip. It would be very surprising to see one of them not scoring here. Maybe Barcelona might find the first goal comparing the productivity rates of these teams these days.

So far in the ESL Pro League, G2 have been the most impressive team very interestingly. They performed even bigger than Vitality which are one of the striking teams in the recent times. If somehow G2 even make it to the title it would be a huge turning point for them. This isn't impossible these days. Because not only FaZe but also NaVi are fragile recently. If they don't have their usual consistent performance back then this could mean an opportunity for some different team to win a championship.

A finale between G2 and Vitality wouldn't be bad honestly.    They are both amazing these days and we might be bored of seeing a FaZe - NaVi finale nearly all the time also. Anyway it is still early to make such assumptions of course but the current look of the tournament is like a sign for some change this time.

Yeah it was a really poor ending for a special race like this.

Verstappen was already much faster than Leclerc though. Ferrari made their move by changing Leclerc's tyres to softs but this didn't change anything. Verstappen still stayed ahead of him very comfortably even though he had tyres which were worn out much more. Ricciardo's incident made the race more exciting for a second but it didn't last long. I don't know how they can't move quicker than that to pull his car out of the track. They waited for the car to be towed for a long time. We should have been able to watch the last lap at least.

Maybe Leclerc wouldn't be able to overtake Verstappen but for example Sainz would have a big chance to do so against Russell to be on podium. Russell is really lucky by the way. He waited for a SC to enter pit and he got what he wanted again. It wasn't a good day for Ferrari as a result.

I have read that Verstappen's position might still change. I really don't understand what FIA are after now. 

I don't know what is taking them so long to make the final decision about this. He changed his internal combustion engine and got a 5-place grid penalty as a result. That must be it as this means starting in 7th position. If he starts in 4th position then it would be a bigger advantage for him. Because he can catch up with Leclerc more quickly. This time I don't want to see a different driver winning the race like Ricciardo and Gasly did so in the past two races on this track. It must be Leclerc or Verstappen. It would be better to see Leclerc doing so as this is important for the Tifosi. Hopefully the pit crew won't forget any tyre this time. 

I see that Galatasaray's odd is decreasing slowly. I saw it like 1.80 before and now it is 1.69. Of course there is no guarantee but this might be a sign for a Galatasaray win today. Kasimpasa impressed people by their performance in their last two league matches. But I don't think they will be able to keep Galatasaray away from a win in this one.

Galatasaray are one of the least conceding teams in the league (2 goals). They were 1-0 behind against Gaziantep in the previous match though but they turned it around still. If they can do this against a more powerful team they can perform even better against Kasimpasa. Besides Kasimpasa scored 3 goals and conceded 11 so far. By this performance they might stay really weak in offense and defense both. Galatasaray's only problem was with scoring and they have Icardi now. I expect see him in the starting eleven and his effort would play a key role in a comfortable win.

You did good by betting on that because G2 picked Dust2 for the first map and their performance was really great. Twistzz and broky had really poor performances on this map and dragged down their team even more as a result.



I was confident about a FaZe win on Nuke. They were much better than G2 there. However FaZe still continued to play badly on even their best map. m0NESY was really unstoppable here with 28 kills. broky's 1v3 clutch was really delightful but FaZe were still very inconsistent during the match. After the first half ended 10-5 FaZe needed to win the pistol round to make a comeback but they failed again. G2 kept their dominance and defeated them. The final round was really interesting. FaZe couldn't win that easy round and missed the chance of playing OT.

I also believe that Real Sociedad didn't deserve that penalty. I accept that Martinez's arm wasn't next to his body but the ball came from his leg to the arm. Martinez had nothing to do in that kind of situation as it wasn't on purpose. The decision was too harsh as a result. I can say the same thing for the penalty Ronaldo was expecting to be given as well. He also fell too easily and it was obvious that he did it himself. I didn't see the defender pulling his shirt etc..

Even though Martinez's situation was checked by VAR the decision still didn't change. I really don't understand how they can make this kind of mistakes while there is a very useful system like this. No penalty should have been given in this match. This cost Manchester United three points in the end.

Yeah there are some grid penalties for quite many drivers right now. Verstappen can't take pole position for example as he has as a 5-place grid penalty. This could be a big chance for Leclerc to start in pole position easily. Ferrari supporters already want to see such result in this very important race for them. However this wouldn't be a big obstacle for Verstappen in the race also. Because if you look at the results of FP3 he is still faster than Ferrari drivers. It wouldn't be too difficult for him to catch up with Leclerc in the race.

Leclerc won't have Sainz behind him to stall Verstappen also because Sainz also has a grid penalty and he will start from the back. I wonder how good Leclerc will do alone against Verstappen. His rivalry with Hamilton in 2019 is still unforgettable and we might see a similar one between him and Verstappen this time.

PSG have a really strong squad but they have a problem that is not cared about much for now at the same time.

I mean that they don't have very impressive players in the subs especially for the attacking line. For example Neymar doesn't even have any replacement who plays as a left-winger naturally. Sarabia can play on both wings of course but he isn't a very good backup player for a huge team like PSG. The situation is the same for Mbappe also. They have sent Icardi to Galatasaray on loan and now there is only a youngster named Hugo Ekitike as Mbappe's replacement. If even one of the Messi-Mbappe-Neymar trio gets injured then they are in big trouble in especially the Champions League. I really don't know how PSG can't think of every scenario while they are fighting for the Champions League title.

This is today's program in the ESL Pro League. I see only one match that might be competitive and that is FaZe - G2 obviously. G2 have impressed people a lot by their recent performance. HooXi and jks started to get better after some matches and the team are in a good form recently. FaZe are still a very tough team to defeat for G2 of course. But G2 can at least show some resistance even if they lose here. Winning one map and not getting embarrassing scores would still be good for them against the number one team. Outsiders and BIG should be able to win easier. BIG finally won a match after a long time. It was still not very easy against MIBR but this was very important. With the help of this win they can play more confidently against FTW.

I think FaZe @1.52 and Outsiders @1.31 are great choices for the day. BIG have only a 1.03 odd so I don't think it's worth betting on.

This is not important for PSG at all. They just want to get rid of him as you said and they are ready to do whatever it takes. Paying 6-7 million euros isn't a big deal for them. They are one of the richest teams in the world. Even after offering that enormous contract to Mbappe they are still too rich now. Galatasaray are lucky about this as a result. They might be able to extend his loan contract easily too if they like his performance. Or maybe they might want to sign him on a permanent deal later on.

Mertens and Icardi hopefully become a good duo here. They are players who played in the same league (Serie A) for long years. I think that it is easier to have a good chemistry in this kind of situations. They know each other well so Okan Buruk might build a special game plan to benefit from both of them at the same time.

Ferrari might do a very good job in free practice sessions. They can do the same in qualifying also but I'm not so sure about the race. Because we all know that Ferrari still have a problematic car compared to Red Bull. They are even slower than Mercedes these days. Unless things go their way this weekend neither Leclerc nor Sainz have much chance to win here. We saw how quickly Leclerc was far behind Verstappen after not so many laps were left behind in the previous race.

The thing I hope to see from Ferrari the most is that they don't make simple mistakes at least in this race. If they do the same in this special track for them then it would be much more embarrassing than the other races. Having clean races can still help them be on podium at least. As for Russell, he is the most consistent driver now and it wouldn't surprise me to see him on podium. But it depends on Mercedes' strategies with Hamilton also.

Darwin Nunez still needs time to adapt to Liverpool's game. Even Liverpool don't play well as a team these days so it would be unfair to blame things on Nunez. He was a wonderful striker while he was playing for Benfica. He was like a goal machine I mean. However the Premier League is a completely different environment. Teams here play with very different strategies and the tempo is always high here. Liverpool are one of the teams that love to play fast. After some time Nunez would start to adapt hopefully otherwise of course his end might be like Werner for Chelsea.

Haaland is a way more skilled player than Nunez. He was already playing for Dortmund that liked to play really fast so he didn't have any problem on adapting also. He is most probably going to have a much higher level of performance than Nunez during the whole season. But Liverpool wouldn't care about this comparison. They'd only like to see Nunez meeting the expectations after spending a huge amount of money for him. For now, Firmino seems to be better than him in the team.

I really don't understand how Trabzonspor can play this much poorly. They had a huge opportunity to win after Ferencvaros got a red card in the 16th minute already. However Ferencvaros scored two more goals after the red card. And it would have been even worse as they wasted many more chances. Trabzonspor normally have a much better squad than them but their recent form has been really bad. This must have played a big role in this 3-2 loss. If their third goal wasn't disallowed due to offside they would have got one point at least. I didn't understand what Trezeguet was doing in the last minute also. He chose to turn back instead of whipping a cross and the referee finished the match after that.

This can't go on for Trabzonspor like this. They aren't joining this tournament for the first time. Ferencvaros have been an in-form team these days but normally they are not a team that Trabzonspor can't defeat.

Before the G2 - BIG match which is starting in an hour, I was looking into the comparison of the players of these teams. The picture below shows the statistics of past 3 months in a comparison between m0NESY and syrsoN.



Even though BIG are having really bad days syrsoN is still proving how skilled he is even under bad conditions. Except his Dust2 performance yesterday, he has been playing great as one of the biggest AWP players of the game. His statistics are very close to m0NESY despite this form. I think that m0NESY is one of the best players to compare with because I think he is already like the second most performing AWP player right after s1mple.

Anyway today we are going to see these great players fighting against each other. Both of them can make a big difference in this series. If it happens then I think m0NESY can make a bigger impact than him. His insane reflexes have like no match these days.
