2021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Historical data on 'delisted' or 'failed' alt coins on: September 11, 2017, 03:36:44 PM
I think it is a really good idea to have a list or a database of the dead coins. A Wikipedia article or something like that. But i don't know who has follow every coins... It is a very long investigation. And we don't have the name of every new coin on Coinmarketcap. It could be great if the dev of thoses coins do and maintain an updated list.
2022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | NEO Smart Economy⚡Now a Top 10 Cryptocurrency⚡| Official Thread |Updated Aug10 on: September 11, 2017, 03:24:48 PM
Its not delisted. Stp lying pls

I'm not sure about Yuanbao, but Jubi delisted NEO. You can see it yourself: https://www.jubi.com/coin/ans/. Trading is suspended and there is a notification in red above the chart. Yunbi, 19800 and 51szzs echanges delisted NEO even earlier.

If Bitfinex hadn't listed NEO, it could fall much lower.

It an official announcement from YuanBao. I have posted the link https://www.yuanbao.com/news/detail/?id=1576. Use a translator to read it.

They are going to stop trading NEO and asked the user to transfer NEO to their own wallet or other exchange, no transaction fee for withdrawal.

This is not a good sign, more and more Chinese exchange are now delisting NEO. Dev team should look out for other exchanges outside China. US or European base exchanges would be a good option.
Please don't magnify the matter. They are just a few unimportant exchanges who have never been trusted. They are worthless against Bittrex and Bitfinex.
I know very little about NEO, knew something about ANS, but NEO is not a Chinese token? Why is the Chinese government excluding NEO? Was it not thought that NEO was the Chinese ETH? Are there chances that prices will take another way with these implications?
NEO is an international platform with Chinese developers. NEO doesn't need to China's name to be successful. NEO is more powerful and useful than ethereum. for e.g NEO is decentralized but Ethereum isn't and dozens more...
NEO is a rebranding of ANS. So it is the same. ANS (AntShare) was the older name.
2023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should We Be Panic Of ICO Ban? on: September 11, 2017, 03:16:39 PM
I don't know what's the plan of the chinese government.
Maybe people will have to go to the Bank of China to start trading Bitcoin after they close the Exchanges in China? Bank of China will grow faster...
And there will be surely lots of fees to pay and no anonymity. With Exchanges there was already no anonymity, but with a Bank it will be impossible to stay anonymous if they do something like that. The chinese government will be able to control every transactions if it is like this...
2024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best ICO at present for long term investment??? on: September 11, 2017, 03:08:28 PM
I would say Bitcoin and ETH, but they are not ICO. For long term investment, it is difficult to say which ICO will be the best. I think HERO Token is a very good ICO. But i don't know when the ICO will be active, and if they can do an ICO. As they may be affected by the chinese ban (or temporary ban) of ICO. I don't know if chinese companies can participate in ICO. As they are part of China. And Alibaba is one of the sponsor of this project. The company is based in the Philippines.
2025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ETH wallet do you use? on: September 11, 2017, 02:52:19 PM
I use Jaxx wallet. But i think MyEtherWallet is the best. As you can add all ERC20 token. Jaxx has only some coins. And the transaction fees i think are too high.
I will surely next time use MyEtherWallet. Jaxx has a nice graphical interface. But it is not the best wallet. And sometimes it don't display correctly the good amount of coins. But it displays how much dollars or other money you have. And you can use ShapeShift to convert the coin to another one. It is not bad if you don't want to use Exchange to exchange your coins.
Or maybe Mist is the best Ethereum wallt? Is Mist the first developped Ethereum wallet? If it is the original Ethereum wallet, it may be the best as it is the EthereumProject team who is in charge of it.
2026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES, QTUM, OMG, STRATIS - Who's the GAME CHANGER? on: September 11, 2017, 10:07:31 AM
I vote for Waves. Why? Because so many ICO depends on Waves platform. It is growing little by little. People buying participating in thoses ICO will need Waves for the transaction fees to send their coins to other peoples or Exchanges.
So, definitely Waves will be the game changer.
QTUM and OMG are not too bad too. There prices are growing fast. But i don't know if they will be used.
2027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: September 10, 2017, 08:52:45 PM
There is an airdop for HUG coin if you are interested. Just make a search at the Annoucement forum.
2028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DDOS & SWAP - Increase ETH network congestions! (Join the Airdrop list!) on: September 09, 2017, 11:41:57 AM
I sent a pm for the airdrop, thanks!!
2029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SwissBorg | The new era of Swiss Private Banking with Smart Contracts on: September 09, 2017, 07:54:39 AM
This project looks very promising. I will follow it. And why not, maybe participate in the ICO.
This team has real people. It will be the next best ICO.
2030  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So I just lost 5.000 $ right? ETHEREUM Destination address typo error on: September 09, 2017, 06:21:04 AM
I was doing my first ethereum transaction right now as I got paid this way for the very, very first time.

Received my coins here on my mobile wallet:
0xeE183DC2242b25ef8AE86caf4FEF6d18794893c8
https://etherscan.io/address/0xee183dc2242b25ef8ae86caf4fef6d18794893c8

And sent them right away to an exchange as I was familiar way more with bitcoin than ethereum. As the mobile wallet's QR code reader function (Coinomi) did not work at all, I had to manually type the destination address and of course did a typo.

It was supposed to be sent to: 0x3f13171bedaf7a2b6e69fc12e08ff0429d8b058b

And I sent them there: 0x3f13171bedaf7a2b6e69fc12e08ff0429d8b059b
https://etherscan.io/address/0x3f13171bedaf7a2b6e69fc12e08ff0429d8b059b

I think I am going to die now, what the heck. with bitcoin you cant send to wrong and invalid addresses how is that going with ethers??? Embarrassed

Anybody knows what to do? How on earth could this crypto currency be send to invalid / non existing addresses???

I for sure will never use ethereum again, this is crazy wtf..

Sorry to tell you that you lost it already dude. Damn that guy is so lucky to get that huge amount of ETH from you. If I made that mistake as well, I think I'm gonna die as well. LOL. If the wallet hasn't been used already then maybe you have a chance to recover it back. But if someone has already been using it, its his gain. Its only showing 1 transaction only so likely it has never been used from the looks of it. But I don't know how can you get it back though.
You can't generate the same address, as you need to know the private key... It would be too easy to hack every wallet if you could choose the address...
2031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So I just lost 5.000 $ right? ETHEREUM Destination address typo error on: September 09, 2017, 06:19:00 AM
I lost 1 Bitcoin Cash by sending it to a Bitcoin address. I thought it was my Bitcoin Cash address, but it was different of the Bitcoin address but was a valid address, as Bitcoin Cash is a copy of Bitcoin. It was just after Bitcoin Cash appeared on the Exchange. So yes, everyone can do a mistake. It is better to copy and paste the address if you can. But sometimes we can't copy and paste if the wallet is not on the same computer. So, you need to triple check(or more times) what you type before sending it. And verify that this address is a valid one. If you are tired, you can make a mistake. So it is better to not be tired before doing this kind of operation.
I am sorry for your loss.
2032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we in a bubble? on: September 08, 2017, 08:09:14 PM
The bubble is not finished i think. Everyone is waiting about the decisions of the chinese government about the Exchanges in China. If they are really going to close them or not. It will have a big impact for the future of the crypto world. I don't know if chinese people from China can access Exchange outside China. They will be the winner if it is the case. But the government can also block their access.
2033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] New eSpecial Coin: HUG on: September 08, 2017, 07:33:16 PM
HUG is great!
Thanks!
2034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] New eSpecial Coin: HUG on: September 08, 2017, 07:29:29 PM
Hi dev,
i sent you a pm with my wallet address.
Nice project!
2035  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: September 08, 2017, 03:16:34 PM
The future of Bitcoin is uncertain. It can be great, but also worth nothing if governments close every Exchanges. But i hope it won't be the case. But we need to be careful to not only rely on Bitcoin or altcoins which are not well recognize by the governments. They want to control the money and don't want people to leave the banks. They can lose a lot of money.
2036  Economy / Speculation / Re: Have I missed something?? Markets tanked in minutes! on: September 08, 2017, 02:46:26 PM
No wonder that price of Bitcoin and altcoins are falling. Thanks for the information.
Or maybe some people are manipulating the market to get more bitcoins and altcoins. But it is a sad news for people having money in this Exchange.
But maybe they were real scams. China want to control everything.
2037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is MinerGate a good mining software as well as a legitmate cloud mine? on: September 08, 2017, 02:13:26 PM
I don't know if cloud mining in MinerGate is good. It seems that they depend on Genesis-Mining? I don't think that cloud mining is a good idea.
Mining with MinerGate software is okay. But there is a minimum amount before you can send it to your wallet.
But mining with GPU doesn't work with my Nvidia gtx1080.
It is only good for CPU mining. So coin like XDN which doesn't have a lot of value... And i don't think the value will grow up.
And mining XMR with the CPU is really difficult. But you can earn some satochi. Mining Fantomcoin seems a little difficult too.
I didn't try to mine on minergate pool with another software.
2038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves future on: September 08, 2017, 01:17:33 PM
I think Waves has a great future. Lots of ICO are going to use Waves. And the wallet is not bad and easy to understand.
People will use it more. As other thoses ICO coins holders will have to buy some Waves to send there coins like Ethereum.
Waves is a good coin for the future and seems to have a solid foundation and a great community.
Waves is a good investment for the future.
2039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] (QTUM) - A Scalable PoS Smart Contract Platform - TestNet Live! on: September 08, 2017, 12:50:22 PM
As for me  I have just lost half of my money with btc-e.com website, who's founders promise that they will return the remaining half half in next few months. Also I have big debts and 2 small childrens.
If I lose my qtum tokens, I will need to sell our home to pay for debts.
Seems like you broke the first rule of investing, are you insane? Even when you're poor, you can still be a bad role model.
It is really insane to invest half your economy on something which didn't really exist at that moment... I think you didn't hear the expression about investing only the money you don't really care to lose... And how can you be sure when the value of the coin will grow as you expect? Invest only the money you don't need. And don't expect to get a profit. It is better to get a profit, but we can't be sure.
2040  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best airdrop you ever got (or didnt get) on: September 08, 2017, 11:15:52 AM
The best actual airdrop i think is DeepOnion. But i can't and couldn't participate as i was a newbie. And i still can't participate as my account was created after a certain date. Lots of airdrop conditions are like that.
I think, they are afraid that newbie just vanished after the airdrop and don't participate enough. That's why they want older members.
You can maybe try bitcoinx or bitcoin love. The value of bitcoinx seems not bad and the dev seems a nice person. I think airdrop are still active.
I got some bitcoinx and bitcoin love. So it is a real airdrop. The only problem could be with the wallets, because the antivirus detects some kind of virus.
But i think it could be a false alarm. I hope so, we never know.
The value of bitcoinx seems ok. It can be exchanged at Novaexchange.
For signature campaign, i still didn't receive coins (or maybe i didn't check?). And for Facebook, you should not hide your friends and your post...
So i think you can participate in Facebook airdrops if you don't care about sharing your life and data. We help them reach more people by liking and sharing
their post.
And some ask to have more than 1000 real friends... Is it really possible to know well so many people? I think it is exagerate. Maybe for bloggers or youtubers.
But they are not real friends. Just people who want to have more a certain information. But it can help them spread the news.
Have anyone get airdrop of OmiseGo? Too bad i didn't have Ether in my wallet at the date they decide. But i think the airdrop was very small and not really worth. Only if you had lots of Ether in the wallet.
