I agree with you, though Inoue won that fight but that is the hardest or we can say that Inoue has been tested on his young career.

Avenge or Repeat will the banner of that rematch if pushed through but i doubt Donaire could duplicate his performance against Inoue the first time because the Japanese will now be well aware of what Donaire could do to him if he won't adjust so i think Inoue will win and possibly face Casimero in the future.

Speaking of Casimero, seems the training of Quadro Alas is looking good so far and the team said that they are now 80 percent on his preparation against Butler.

Yeah, that sparring session is history now on the two of them but the experience could help them on how to prepare for this upcoming fight as they now have a glimpse of each one of them on how they move because even though they have videos on their respective fight, an actual sparring/fight is different.

One thing I don't like with the proposed GGG vs Canelo trilogy is that they are overlooking things. Canelo and GGG both have dangerous fights ahead and either one of them could lose and might derail/cancel the trilogy which for me is a likely possibility.

This fight will go on as plan because of the amount of money involved here. The only thing that some of the people have concern about is the sanctioning of this fight because of Bivol being a Russian. Some don't want this to be a title fight, some want to cancel but the promoters is keen on proceeding whether there is a belt or none as long as Canelo can fulfill what is written on the contract.

Wow, i never thought that Ginebra would advance to the semis by defeating the TNT Katropa twice and it was not even a close game.

Scottie Thompson as usual did the damage for the Kings with his hustle and rebounding prowess hehe.

Congrats to all who back the Gin Kings to win and advance to the semis and hopefully to the Finals, seems like the PBA office is smiling at the moment as they expect gate revenues to skyrockets when the semis began.

Even if the Death 5 of SMB is still intact, the result will be the same i think. Fajardo and the rest of them are getting older and the wear and tear of the games have taken its toll on them but we should also give credit to their opponents especially the locals of Meralco who really showed up when needed like Newsome.

SMB -2.5 @1.85 vs Meralco, I'm an SMB fan so I'll take this risk. They might win game 1 but advancing into the semis is a herculean task for their import as he only played a few games for them and the chemistry is not there yet. Just hoping that the locals of SMB would play a big role, especially Fajardo but knowing that their import is a "score first" type of player, I'm skeptical about that one hehe.

Magnolia -6.5 @1.77 vs Phoenix, the Hotshots are just too much for the Fuel Masters. The question here is will they cover the spread?

Jeneath Aro is a good nutritionist too and if I'm correct she is the nutritionist of Magsayo as well. What Casimero really needed in this Butler fight is a good nutritionist as we all know that he is gaining weight far from his fight weight whenever he is on a break which could entail heavy work to bring back to his weight limit for a fight thus causing him troubles.

I'm mentioning this on my previous post that the real opponent of Casimero is himself. If he could get his weight limit before a fight with a well condition body then Butler will have trouble in the ring facing him.

I could say now that Casimero is busy training rather than talking and hitting on social media some of his supposed to be opponents like Inoue.

He should be because this is his last chance to prove to the boxing community that he deserves to be the king of this bantamweight division and a shot for that money fight against the Japanese Monster, Inoue.

If we look at Casimero's training on his youtube account, I think we can say that he's on the right direction now but that nutritionist and conditioning coach issue is still not clear to me. Did anyone get the news on this?

Magnolia, TNT, NLEX and Meralco, these teams will advance to the semis IMO and Magnolia vs TNT will slug it out in the Finals  .

With that being said, NLEX will dispose of Alaska in tonight's game so my bet is NLEX -2.5 @1.8 vs Alaska.

This would be Alaska's last game as a team in the PBA so don't forget to watch it live guys  .

That was not an easy win though and their next match-up is not an easy one for SMB as they are on a do-or-go home scenario. If we have followed this SMB's history recently, they are one of the teams that is hard to beat in a series but they are also easy or having a hard time winning in a do-or-die battle so this next game for them is interesting but still i would go for SMB but of course with a handicap if they are the underdogs.

Also think the same that SMB has the edge on this series but i think in the bookies, the odds will be even or maybe the SMB will be the slight favorite because of the talent level of their import.

I never thought that NorthPort will be eliminated at the hands of Phoenix, it is just unexpected because they are the giant killer of the PBA and yet they have lost to a low-tier team, this just shows us that PBA is really unpredictable.
