2021  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BFG is listed on CoinGecko|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|🐒 ApeSwap partnership on: September 13, 2021, 05:14:15 PM
they usually surprise us with their updates and progress on their site. i have the feeling that sooner or later, they will make it in binance or binance dex. they opted using bsc network instead of their original plan under tron network. so i believe, their plans are heading to the direction of listing to the top exchange. and along the way, they are already launching activities that can continue the interest of their players. from the looks of it, they are really planning to exist long term in the gambling industry.
Marketing is not about going into some place new, or suddenly adding new stuff, or even making the website better. Those are business and development parts of the deal and that is great, I applaud that and I appreciate that. However marketing is the act of letting everyone know about it. For me, betfury improved a lot in the past summer, from may 2021 to today they have improved a lot, but they had nearly zero marketing to announce that to the world. So it is not about doing something, marketing is the act of letting everyone know that you did that thing.

If nobody knows then the idea of doing something new doesn't make sense at all, doesn't really compute with me. There are places that does absolutely nothing new at all, but does marketing and can get more people than betfury can even while betfury is constantly improving and getting better, only because those places do better marketing.
2022  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19 vaccination becoming a criteria to live in the world on: September 13, 2021, 08:22:14 AM
I now see a situation that the world is changing and is coming to a level where if you don't have a covid-19 vaccination clearence or means to verify that you have been vaccinated or have received the latest jab of the vaccine, you won't be allowed to buy or sell. I had in my mind that face mask was going to play this "devil's advocate" but no, the vaccination is getting serious with huge restrictions and therefore looking like it is the devil's advocate.
The idea of vaccination is a good one, but I don’t think it is something that they have to force people to do. Getting vaccinated should be something of choice, you should decide whether you want to do it or not, if you want to do it then you can go ahead and get vaccinated and if not you can leave it. They shouldn’t be forcing anyone to get vaccinated, and more of a lot of people are scared and they don’t trust whether they vaccine is reliable or not and the after effects of it is what you don’t know.

We have heard a lot of bad stories about the vaccines and the kind of effects they had on some people, although I can’t  really say for sure if all those  stories are true or not.
2023  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling license on: September 13, 2021, 06:42:42 AM
I'm not sure if such a thing exists. How do you intend to use a license that is not rightfully yours knowing that you will be rolling out an entirely new gambling except you plan to run similar gambling but even then, I thought financial reports were required by regulatory authorities to avoid unnecessary fraud, how do you intend to get around that?
Well, yeah technically you cannot rent a license. It's either issued to you or otherwise, it's not based on the requirements they want you to fulfill.

I haven't seen anyone, but it might have happened somewhere else in the world. You know, when you have a license, you get authority to operate by law, and that legislation governs your casino with limits to specific jurisdictions, so you don't want to go outside of where you're not allowed to operate.
Mostly I have seen USA players not allowed for most licenses but yeah there are always limitations.

I seriously miss the days when crypto based casinos were just operating without any licensing and shit. I know it's risky for players because the casino may scam in those cases but even today there are sites like 1xbit(scam) operating without any problems at all and I believe they have a license.
2024  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: September 12, 2021, 06:34:55 PM
I dont know but hitting 4300 sats ( even lottery tickets or rewards points) nowadays are not coming on my way although im saving my free spins atleast 5 before I spin it, not effective still.

Anyway im planning to buy additional FUN because of the cheaper price, a good time to accumulate.

That does not work the way you doing it. It's just about your luck and what number you roll when you are spinning it and most probably when you spinning it! The system draws the random conclusions so you can try to change the time of spinning.

However, I am not looking after WoF as some sort of strategy. Whatever it gives me is an extra bonus and I am loving it. Lets not forget you will have this thing for next 365 days and it's enough to earn huge amount of free RP's, Satoshi's etc in addition to your APY of FUN tokens.

Just keep rolling and wait for your turn,  someday you will hit big someday you will not hit anything at all.  Smiley
Honestly I do not use the email that I gave to freebitcoin too much and do miss my chance for WOF time to time, but I still agree that it is free, so there is nothing wrong with it. The amount of people who say negative things about something that is free is staggering, I mean this is a free wheel and you get something in return, even if it was 1 satoshi that they were giving each time you spin it, that is still a fine thing because it is free money that you are getting. Plus each time I do free faucet part that gives me some money too.

When you combine all the free money you can get here, it turns out to be a huge number in the long run. Imagine all the people who used this place way back in the day and did it constantly and didn't cash out their bitcoins and just kept them, those people literally got rich for something they did not paid for at all.
2025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is physological price only 100k btc on the year end on: September 12, 2021, 11:52:16 AM
As we know, all over the crypto space all are talking about btc wil be 100k on the year end.

I believe that hope is not a strategy. So realistically most new investors loose money.
I do not believe that it will be 100k by the end of the year. However that doesn't mean that there is a zero chance that it will be 100k, I just think it is low chance ,but not zero chance. Plus if you make an "investment" to sell at 100k then you will be fine because instead of waiting until the end of the year, you will wait a bit longer but eventually one day it will be 100k no doubt. This is why I feel like it is totally understandable to make those kinds of investments.

I personally have bitcoins and I won't sell even at 100k, that doesn't mean that I will lose money, I bought way before this period, so I am already in good profit, and I am still not going to sell at 100k, so if you make investments long term, you will not lose.
2026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Solana still bullish now? on: September 12, 2021, 10:14:18 AM
Some people want to invest Solana now because of the huge rise few days ago. However, some people think that today is the end of the bull market of Solana. What do you think?
I imagine that investing into something just as it has already skyrocketed never made sense to me at all. Does that mean that Solana will not go up? Of course not, it could still very much go up, or it may go down, nobody really knows. However irregardless of going up and down, it doesn't make sense to invest into something that shot up so much during the last periods.

I mean yeah sol and ada all made the news because their blockchains are developed in a perfect ecosystem way, and other projects are starting up their projects on sol/ada chain as well, so that is why it made sense. However that doesn't mean that you should invest into something that saw 200+ dollars when it was under 100 bucks just a few weeks ago or so.
2027  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Some trading mistakes beginners make on: September 12, 2021, 09:32:46 AM
Trading pump and dump coins: There are a lot of coins out there now that are mostly pump and dump. You should always avoid pump and dump coins when trading. If you're trading, make sure you're exchanging high-volume coins and stay away from low-volume coins.
If a beginner is really going to try to make use of pump and dump coins as a way to earn, then they are really taking a huge risk. They don’t know anything about the market yet and are likely going to be the ones that will have the coins being dumped on them. It is very important that when they are starting newly they should start with a good coin and not just any coin they see in the market which is very bad.

As for analysis, not every beginner knows how to do analysis, majority of them don’t know how this works. In cases where they don’t know how to do it, it’s best to learn it or rely on a friend that is well experienced. I wouldn’t advise them to be paying some random groups and all that, since most times those groups fail them.
2028  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading skills on: September 12, 2021, 05:58:39 AM
Well, we all know how technical crypto trading is and how hard it has been for newbies traders. That made me want to know what are your best trading skills and techniques that can aid a newbie in trading?
For people who are newbies is best to go for a long term trading. And before you start reading you need to learn everything that has to do with  trading. I also advise newbies to make use of stop loss whenever they are trading, that way they will be able to reduce the rate of risks that they’re taking. The reason why I think every newbie should start with long term trading, it’s because long term trading is easy and also they will be able to have the time to learn the charts and how it works. Then when they reach to an extent where they feel they are very good at it,they can decide to go for short term trading.
2029  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Renewable Energy sources the future? on: September 11, 2021, 05:48:03 PM
Bitcoin mining consumes approximately 0.50% of all electricity consumption worldwide. That's more electricity than the whole of Washington state on a yearly basis. If we also take into account other, Altcoin mining operations, this number is severely larger. It would certainly be more beneficial (And more profitable) if these mining operations were using solar panels, or another form of renewable energy source.
The tricky point there is the fact that mining uses energy, and yes that is correct their energy consumption is high but they are not the ones that generate that energy at all. They are not asking if it is solar or hydro or wind or oil or whatever, they just use it. It means that it is the problem of energy companies to stop with oil, and work on getting renewable energy everywhere around the world. If they could do that then miners would be using renewable energy as well.

So, the problem is not that miners are using too much energy, it is that they are given the wrong type of energy to begin with. Thankfully world is going more and more green every year, not enough yet, but still greener is a good start.
2030  Economy / Economics / Re: El Salvador has just bought it’s first 200 coins on: September 11, 2021, 05:05:04 PM
Nayib Bukele had stated that El Salvador would require around $225 million worth of BTC, if the government wants to airdrop $30 to each of the adults. I think they have purchased $25 million worth of coins so far, so that is only around 1/9th of the required amount. And reports indicate that despite some well publicized protests sponsored by the opposition, the implementation has been very smooth. Locals in San Salvador are reporting that a lot of people are paying with the Chivo wallet for their coffee and fast-food. Actually I was worried that there will be some technical snags or other issue which will then be weaponized by the media, but nothing of that sort has happened yet.
The math is nearly correct, since they have a bit under 6.5 million people, and a bit over 550 bitcoins already, that means it is closer to 1/8 or 1/7 depending on the latest situation. Of course, there is still a long way to go, but a poor nation nearly ready to airdrop $30 to everyone in their country without even printing money? That is definitely unheard of. I mean think about it, if they could keep doing that forever then they could find the solution to keep the public rich while not printing money and making it worthless.

Look at USD, the government printed trillions upon trillions and they are more in debt right now than any time in history, and they still do print money. This is obvious that El Salvador has done something marvelous, and the transition being quick is also amazing as well, it is definitely going to be a great example to all other nations.

ESL One Fall 2021 - Unexpected champions 🚨

READ MORE: First big win for Tundra
Actually Tundra is one of the recently growing teams who play the game seriously. For some reason, a lot of teams are playing these tournaments for fun and testing new drafts and making roster changes and some players making rash decisions but Tundra is somehow among the only few teams who are working hard and are among the most consistent team right now.

They have among the most sincere carries in Skiter who won't make bad decisions and matches the skill level of guys like Ame (the chinese player) who often outplay the opponents. Skiter can make such plays but he will just make the more percentage plays and aim to win the game than making flashy plays.
2032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Seriously! three times...the individual vs. combined probability. on: September 11, 2021, 01:38:08 PM
If it happens 2 times, and it is less strange that it happens consecutively (1/1369), but 3 times or more, at least I had not seen it. And I asked myself, how difficult is it for this to happen?
To be honest, as strange and near impossible it is to land the same 3 numbers one after the other, it's the same odds of any number landing. I will explain with an example

Imagine if numbers 12, 18 and 30 arrived in 3 random spins of the roulette wheel. Now, what was the probability of each of them occurring? It's again the same 1/37 x 1/37  x 1/37

Getting three 0s can be devastating for a roulette game where casino doesn't give the choice of betting on 0, believe me, there are such roulette games. I don't remember where I saw it but they consider 0 as their house edge and give you the rate-rate odds for the other numbers. So, basically you get 2x on red and black instead of 1.98 or so but then you lose if green 0 is the result.
2033  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin ever go down like 2018-2020 on: September 11, 2021, 08:23:40 AM
It will never be like that, that was 80%+ drop that stayed like that for months, we still do have drops, just like very recently, but we are not going to drop 80% and then stay there for months. That was a very difficult period and it took us a lot of time to recoup those losses. I believe that we should not be worried about the price drops though, because we have seen that even during those times if you had absolutely no money at all, then you would be able to work for it, but if you had money then you would definitely bought some and profited by this time.

Even with the recent drop we are nearly 10x higher than the bottom of those periods which shows us how strong bitcoin is. Which means if there are big drops this year (which I doubt will happen any further) we could simply keep it going and buy more at the low price to profit later on.
We can't say that it will "never" be like that, but it does look improbable right now. I understand that people rather not see bitcoin drop too much ever again and whenever it is about to drop, people end up buying even more. Like just recently the crash wasn't from 52k to 46-47k levels, it was actually from 52k levels to 42k levels, it was a serious drop.

However from 42k to 46k it recovered very very quickly, like nearly instantly. The reason for that is the fact that we are were in a bull market and people are not willing to let it go just yet. We still had a bad day, the recovery didn't last very long, the 47k+ prices dropped to 46k again and equally in other coins as well. However the reason why I believe it will not be like 2018 is because we don't have the same feeling towards crypto as a community. However I still think it is not never", it could still be a small possibility.
2034  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: September 10, 2021, 05:08:29 PM

Corruption in the sports sector is linked to the political system where the entire government, from election to governance, is corrupt. This has affected the sports activities in most countries and even the premier league.

FIFA and other sport governing bodies are not left out in the corruption.
I think now that corruption has entered all sectors of government including sports, and of course this is what actually destroys the a country sporting achievements, and I think the impact of corruption has finally made the athletes who have been victims all this time.
I agree that corruption exists in almost anything and the corruption at the governmental level is the worst. But I am not sure how a corrupt government will influence a sportsperson because usually, the government corrupts things that aren't related to sports. Usually, the corruption that happens at the government level is - nepotism, extortion, and bringing.

Maybe the selection process can be corrupted for a sportsperson and it's hard for real talents to shine. But once you are selected and playing for the country there is nothing that can force you to rig or tank matches other than greed.
2035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do not make curiosity to people around you while you are playing gambling. on: September 10, 2021, 03:16:41 PM
I’m a shy type person and I don’t want to gamble with anyone not unless I’m with my friends going into casinos but if its my family, I wont play around them.
I don't think shy is the right word for this.

It's the same like we find it fun to watch adult movies with friends but can't do the same with the family members. Awkwardness and hesitancy are the right words for such instances where you can do something with friends but not family.

We should understand the effect of this one to anyone who’ll see our gambling activities especially on the underaged, if you gamble irresponsibly then you might influence them badly, so I choose to gamble alone at home, by this I can enjoy my own time.
Well, yes if you are doing things that aren't healthy for a particular age group then it can have adverse effects on them. But a matter of fact, adults are more addicted to gambling than young people because to get addicted to something like gambling, you need money.
2036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice multiplayer theory on: September 10, 2021, 12:45:04 PM
I think it isn't clarified on OP site regarding this multiplayer game but what YOSHIE shared make sense (somehow) if it's being played by two or more players? I think it wills still be the same aspect of play even if it's on multiplayer game, nothing much new I guess, correct me if I'm wrong.
I wonder if OP means a giant dice game. I have played bustabit many times and we can see other players making their bets at the same time as we make ours. So maybe OP wants to ask if there is such a dice game where many people can bet on each round, something like a roulette probably.

I personally hate to wait for results and prefer instant results for the bets but I know some people want to bet with others live because it is more fun playing that way.

Any casinos I have played so far do not provide such a feature of betting with other people on dice. There is flash roulette I think at bitsler with a similar feature where many people can place their bets and there is a slide game at stake with similar feature.
2037  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is helping out Cubans and Venezuelans on: September 10, 2021, 11:46:49 AM
I am not that sure about Cuba. Their national currency is not very strong, and it may create issues for the government if Bitcoin is made a legal tender. That said, ordinary Cubans may find it easier to receive remittance payments, as sending them to Cuba in the form of fiat is not very easy (thanks to sanctions and embargoes). The same is the case with Iran as well. Initially the regime there supported Bitcoin mining, because they thought it will help them in circumventing the sanctions imposed by the United States administration.
I think just the opposite, their money is worthless so they should be taking bitcoin as legal tender. That way instead of having a fiat that is losing value constantly, they will replace it with bitcoin that gains value over time, and they would get richer instead of poorer. This will also allow more and more bitcoin in the nation, both in the pockets of the regular people but also it will allow government to gather more and more, even if it is just for tax payers that pay in bitcoin, they will have a stronger treasury as well. This is why when you are doing as bad as Cuba financially, it just makes sense to move to bitcoin legal tender, that way your nation will become richer and richer over course of years.
2038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs and how it works on: September 10, 2021, 10:23:22 AM
I really feel some of these NFT sales are rigged to create some hype, how can someone buy some kind of JPEG for as high as $10m, well that is crazy, selling or buying some renowned paintings of humans and places are understandable not some kindergarten sketch. Well, I just join the hype to make some dollars though, my only issue is the high gas fee on ERC20.
I am sure that there are some to make it rigged, after all if you have the money to do that then why not pay yourself 10 million dollars to make the news, easy marketing. However I can guarantee you that there are idiots who do pay insane amount of money for these kinds of stuff. Not long time ago someone bought an NFT for 69 million dollars.

It was all of the paintings from some famous painter all combined into one file, and the NFT went for 69 million, can you imagine that? That one wasn't fake, it was real and that painter probably made more money with that one single painting than all of his life earnings combined (I am guessing). Even though there are some fake ones, there are still some idiots who end up spending millions on some computer file, the real painting at least has some physical value, the data that you are paying so much for definitely doesn't have any at all.
2039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The introduction of NFT has made the world become selfish, called it adoption on: September 10, 2021, 09:53:31 AM
I am a keen watcher of NFT market since the very beginning. And I have strong feeling that NFT market of artworks will be vaporized and destroyed sonner than later. People may argue that art could have different meaning and appeal to different segments of people, but digital art makes literally no sense to me.

90% of the artworks listed in various marketplaces, are not original. Get a subscription of Veectzy or placeit, you will get millions of such artwork at nearly free of cost. Add some random  shapes to those, boom - you have a digital artwork ready to be sold in NFT marketplace. Since I have been designing artworks for my own t-shirt business, I can relate to these.

NFT will only live in games market where people will buy in-game accessories from the game's developers. Otherwise, the whole NFT things is a hype and nothing else!
NFT is not just artworks, that is the thing about prices. I understand that some monkey picture should not go for hundreds of ethereum, that makes sense but there are games you can play with NFT now, which should be the point. I understand that there are way more stuff that we could do with NFT nowadays and focus on that. Axie Infinity is the only one that made the big news, but that is just one example, there are so many games out there in the world right now doing so much great stuff.

As long as you offer people an option pay a little, game a little, earn a little trio then they will do that because what else could make you money while having so much fun. Obviously some people are doing it as a job, but that doesn't change the fact that they are still doing it, and many are doing it because it is fun as well. I have seen people get rich with NFT games and still continue just for fun instead of selling and turning that money into cash (or other crypto).

Yeah it's funny that those with about 10k tickets haven't enough chance to win 1/10 lucky ticket  Cheesy
Based on the number of lottery tickets that some people have, the chance of winning the lottery becomes more realistic to some, especially the prize pool will be shared between ten winners. Although, by the number of tickets collected by free spins and wagering, the prize pool seems to enough small that let anybody think that's it's almost impossible to win among thousands of tickets (some even have about 10k tickets and didn't meet his chance)

It really takes full luck to be a 1/10 winner.  If you already have 10K tickets but don't become one of the winners, then I, who only has hundreds of tickets, is enough with empty hopes.  Although luck no one knows in the end to whom.  For the next, maybe have to undergo some special rituals to be 1/10 winner Smiley lol.
Honestly, I do not think winning with few thousand of tickets is that interesting, it happens all the time. The ones that I am still keep getting shocked about is the ones that win with less than 100 tickets. 100 tickets is nearly nothing, if you claim WOF like once a day, you will have so much tickets, and it is nearly free as well. I have to say that not having more than 100 tickets and keep winning is something we get to see nearly every week these days as well, last week there were 2, but I am not getting used to it. Like anything above 10k is already a boring result for me, and yes all winners under 5k at the same time was a weird one but individually it is not that weird.

However even though I have seen it a million times, I am still getting shocked whenever there are people who wins with under 100 tickets, the sheer odds on that is insane.
