So your theory that everything else are Bullshit.... actually stink, because real-estate had it's share of bullshit too.. and this happens in cycles in many different countries. (Real-estate are very complex, with a lot of things that can go wrong... example : Natural disasters / Rent not being paid / vandalism of your property etc...)

I agree with the German government that some measures should be put in place to prevent scams, but it should be limited and not over regulated like the New York "BitLicense" that was introduced back in the day.

Bitcoin should be "Self-Policed" by the people who are using it, because governments tend to over regulate "new" innovation and thus causing a scenario where they slow down or kill adoption. 

Is this a "Bitcoin" problem or a "Human" problem?

The Bitcoin Protocol are pretty solid.... and with a little bit of research, anyone can safely store their coins. The centralized custodial services are run by humans and that human element bring risk to Bitcoin. (Weak code / Internal corruption / Mismanagement)

We humans are also very lazy and forgetful, so we add the human weakness to Bitcoin use. We want convenience with third party services handling our wealth.... but when we are offered the opportunity to have financial freedom, we humans drop the ball. 

Bitcoin are currently the "King of the Hill"... but it is not guaranteed that it will stay there. There are also other Alt coins with very good features, without the head start that Bitcoin has ....as the first coin that were released.

It is not bad for Bitcoin to have competition, because it keeps the Bitcoin developers on their toes. They have to continuously improve on the features to stay ahead of their competitors. (Example : Tx speed was a problem, to they developed the Lightning Network to improve the tx speed)  

Just remember one thing..... The Oil / Coal / Gas giants have invested their profits into many other industries too, they will most probably invest their money into "new" technologies like this and continue making massive profits.

Proprietary code provides more security in my opinion.... where Open source has to go through Peer review, before it can be pushed into full operation. The financial institutions need more control over this whole reviewing of the code process, where they can hire certified external developers to alpha and beta test their software.

Let's take "Power failures" as an example... my friends in South Africa has what they call, "Loadshedding" ... where they do not have power for hours every day. (The main power supplier cannot generate enough power, so they switch off the power at different stages to keep the power grid running)

Well, I have been gambling all my life.... but it has become a little easier to gamble, since I invested in Bitcoin early ...and made some significant profits. I think you might gamble more, if you were successful with your trading and you then have some disposable profits to gamble with.

I was the typical "hamster in the wheel" ..when it came to finances... running & working and getting nowhere with my finances. Then I bought some bitcoins.... it's price went up almost 800% and I was able to pay off most of my debt. (This put me in a position to have some spare cash to gamble with) 

Develop a "casino" that are 100% anonymous and requires NO ..KYC information. We are sick of all these casinos that claim that they are "anonymous" ...but when you want to withdraw money, they start asking for KYC information.

Also.... create something where you can actually "validate" the RTP that are configured... at any given time. I currently play at several Crypto casinos and all of them display a RTP that cannot be validated. (They change it all the time... but the RTP displayed ..stays static) 

Well, Satoshi Nakamoto (let's refer to him as a man for this discussion) ... wanted Bitcoin to be an alternative currency... and he succeeded with that in many ways. A lot of countries have officially accepted Bitcoin as a payment option or legal tender ....and in the countries where it is defined as a commodity.... people can still use it as a medium of transfer for their wealth. 

Unfortunately for most people.... Bitcoin is seen as a store of value.... and they hoard it. They also speculate with the high price volatility and use it as a commodity. (which is fair.... but our focus should be to make it a reserve currency) 

Elon Musk and his shareholders are business people and they concentrate on making profit. This is a business decision to open up more disk space and not to spend millions on more storage space for "new" and "active" users. (for a while...)

I think people should take screenshots of his most famous tweets... and they should archive it for prosperity on a website that are specifically used for the Bitcoin history. (We know these centralized platforms censor history to suite their agenda)
