2021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Doesn't blockchain technology makes gambling easier? on: February 26, 2019, 01:49:17 AM
Currently many gambling sites and company are developing blockchain base gambling sites and that brings many cryptocurrencies enthusiasts to develop interest in gambling.  I think blockchain technology is making gambling easier! What are your thoughts concerning this.
I think through blockchain technology, gambling becomes acessible and limitless for everyone. It is because as long as you have cryptocurrency, you can play it. Unlike in real gambling, you have to buy their chips, and the chips they can provide are limited to the amount they have.
In addition, to your statement we both know that block chain is an open and transparent ledge and theres been alot  of argument online about the house faking result. Every gambler believed the provably fair is totally executed through block chain gambling site, the implementation is quite easy and anyone can gambling on the go with out fighting which might occur through physical gambling.
2022  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk calls crypto “quite energy intensive” on: February 25, 2019, 10:59:05 PM
I agree with Elon musk that the blockchain structure is amazing and also that Bitcoin mining cosmumes a lot of energy as of now. But maybe with time the energy to consumption might reduce quite a lot compared to that of now.
I don't really agree with Elon Musk speech about the energy consumption of Bitcoin because i also find out that Bitcoin mining don't consume much energy than money print press but Bitcoin does consume 3x energy which the Visa and MasterCard consume. However, people are overreacting about Bitcoin energy consumption.

2024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: February 25, 2019, 05:17:42 PM

Whether you are a Jordan fan or not, that was a fact Smiley.

And I'm not even a fan. I heard too many bad things about the guy.
But before every season started, you knew a few things :
-the Bulls would win the title
-Jordan would be the top scorer
-he would be the Finals MVP
-and unless some other team performed great and the jury felt that for once, someone else should get the award, he would be MVP of the season

Nowadays, unthinkable. Kobe, Lebron ? LOOOL

I also supported what NavI said base on the level of Jordan experience in terms of playing, his record and accomplishments. But, there something I'm not quite understand concern your statement. Are you saying Jordan does not worth the accomplishment and titles giving to him?
2025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2018-2019 on: February 25, 2019, 04:38:59 PM
Yeah, in this round we won't see big teams facing each other,

True, there are lots of mismatches, on paper at least.
I put in bold my favorites.

Chelsea - Dynamo Kiev
Eintracht Francfort - Inter Milan
Dinamo Zagreb - Benfica
Naples - RB Salzbourg
Valence CF - FC Krasnodar
Séville FC - Slavia Prague
Arsenal - Rennes
Zenith SP - Villarreal

If I had to pick one to win the Cup, I'd go with Napoli.
Below are the team I choose to be the winner of Round of 16 match.

Chelsea - Dynamo Kiev
Eintracht Francfort - Inter Milan
Dinamo Zagreb - Benfica
Naples - RB Salzbourg
Valence CF - FC Krasnodar
Séville FC - Slavia Prague
Arsenal - Rennes
Zenith SP - Villarreal

Football is game and the team we dont expect might be the winner of the cup but chooses Inter Milan to be the winner of the cup.
2026  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which gambling sites offers investment on: February 24, 2019, 11:51:08 AM
if gambling investment i recommend bitvest. Bitvest gives you many options on how your money will be spent in the investment. Time lock or the duration, what games are you going to invest and such. The minimum investment is 0.01 (can be affordable)
0.01 is really affordable to start investing to the gambling site. But I think once you invest only 0.01 bitcoin that payour or the profit that possible you get from them is very little.  So better to bigger the amount that possible to invest maybe 0.1 bitcoin is minimum for your investment and return will be good or enough. Bitvest is good gambling site that can you really invest money while you playing games too.

It is good for everyone as not every one has money or has very little investment being done as mostly people would be holding from the highs of 2017 and due to which their investment would have fallen significantly. Not bad to stay invested in it as for long term holders they would get some earning from it.

Getting the point that instead of holding your funds while waiting for the rise to happen again, that's a good idea especially to those who really holding the coins until now, those investors who ride between 2017 till first quarter of 2018, bankroll investment can bring them passive income, unlike storing it alone without doing nothing.

Not that much risk unlike trying with trading where the potential of losing more is higher without any knowledge.
Investing into gambling site seems to be less risky than crypto trading but crypto trader with unique knowledge can also passive income. Mins you, the two investment have it own potential and no investment will ever guarantee ones profit every time. However, knowing the depth of the two investment is every essential though.

I really hope you really don't think that way, if you're trading in normal situations you can't possibly lose all your investment, but putting your money in some betting website hoping that they don't exit scam ?, most of the sites that offer decent interest on investment are one way or another scam anyway, and if you ever going to do this you better be sure that they're legit.
You're right with what you said about trading in normal wouldn't lead to loosing all investment but that only apply to experienced trading because the key to crypto lied on the time of entering and exiting the market which was the same thing that applied to gambling either cause alot of gamblers find it so hard to exit the game which is the best way of cutting losses. However, the site you mentioned that offer interest on investment are usually a ponzi site in the long run but investing into reputable gambling id quite right if know the basic rules and regulations involve.
2027  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling - Eating your Brain and Money on: February 22, 2019, 08:54:15 PM
this can be the proof that chasing your losses is not good at all and it should be avoided.

That will be a big mistake for gamblers to chase their losses even if they know that they are already losses in a big amount. I hope that you know the mistake so you didn't make the same mistake and it's better to avoid playing gambling for a while because I am sure that you still get the pain of your lose. Right now, you need to take a rest and search for the other activities, or you can try to search for a job to cover your daily needs.
The OP have probably learned from his mistake but if he dont apply a basic strategy which will make him know the time to stop gambling at the right time he'll definitely continue to gamble in other to recover his losses and I'm saying this because I have been there before.

I hope so. He cannot stay too long in gambling especially if he has lost in many times and I think it's better for him to get a rest for a while because playing gambling needs the stability of emotion. Many things he needs to do in gambling and he should prevent himself not to become addicted to gambling especially if his purposes are only for chasing the money and I guess that he will only get losing more money.
Chasing after money is always something bad for every gambler because there wont be a way for such gambler to reason and it better for such person to quit for the day but if it the situation that have to do with emotion best thing such gambler can do is to take a break of about 15-20 minutes.
Having a break wont really be that bad but the results or feeling would really be just the same.If you are profiting already then its wise for you to quit but this is the hardest part
for a gambler to make. We know that we have still money on our pockets and it cant really be avoided to have the thing on mind that if we bet more we can still possibly get even more
which it ends for us to go back.

You're right about the profiting and feelings to be the same but the reason behind taking a break is for gambler to have a genuine thinking which will literally help him the right thing to do next maybe to continue, quit or the strategy which could help him win.

2032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a way to send all ETH tokens at once? on: February 21, 2019, 07:14:58 PM
There is a way. But you probably won't like him. You need to write a contract that will make the operation you are interested in.
If you are interested in how to do this, you can see, for example, here: https://medium.com/coinmonks/build-a-smart-contract-that-transfers-erc20-token-from-your-wallet-to-other-addresses-or-erc20-ee8dc35f40f6
But in your case, it is better to do several transactions manually. Not so many tokens you have.
I'll try this at the first chance.

Everyone says it can't be done. I know we can't. The purpose of opening this thread was to see such new ideas. Thank you for your attention.
It good that the issues was raised so that the community could find a solution to fix limitation of sending multiple transaction once through a ethereum wallet but after doing alot of research I found something which seems interesting i'e a site which was said to provide the mass transaction over ethereum network but I havent try it out to confirm if the does work fine though.

As a hero member I don't think you should asking the simply question, most of the member already answer the question, we can't move all the tokens in one transaction to another address, not too much token, just do it one by one.
No one understand the cryptos better so ranks are not determining the knowledge here.

And if there is no way for doing something it can be found by raising a quation about it just like we found all the things now invented are asked by someone and made them into an idea later.
Some dont know that members ranking doesn't justify the level of ones knowledge about crypto market, code, developing etc.
2033  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Fun! 🏀 Fast! 🎾 Fair!🏆 on: February 21, 2019, 03:17:59 PM
Joined the site. The website is super fast. Deposits were instant and the price boost gives the best odds available. I am pretty much enjoying this  as I have been to very few Bitcoin sportsbooks. Thank you for notifying about the free spin promo. I hope that it would be updated on this thread too. Anyway, I will be keep visiting the casino because you offer almost every major events worldwide.

If you are going to participate in the free spins promo, make sure that the slots game chosen is available to be played from your country. So far, they use GameArt slots which has many countries restriction for some of their games. Actually the free spins promo is always announced in this thread, but if you do not want to miss it then you should check the website regularly as there will be notification for every promo.
In addition to what you said. People should first ignore the act of gambling so bad while consider the fairness, reputation of site and the rewards/ free spins game restriction which are best chance to prolong their time of playing, increase their chance of winning and reduces their losses level.
2034  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: February 21, 2019, 12:33:53 PM
Don't be so naive marlboroza, obviously no red flags can arise when people deposit and lose as there's literally nothing in place to trigger such things (it is up to the user to make sure they are in compliance with ToS). You saw just earlier in this thread a guy that tried to withdraw 1.7 BTC and the KYC was triggered, after he had lost.

I've been gambling online for over 10 years and this is how it works in the gambling industry. You as a player are liable when you deposit, the house is liable when you want to withdraw.
Based on laws the house is also liable when someone deposits, but the scam tactic is to let everyone in and when won draw the KYC card! Cheesy

Here is a couple scenarios game...

1) What if a minor goes in and pulls a slot and wins a million bucks?

2) What if a player self bans for life from a casino then wins a million bucks?
That is why casinos are obligated by laws to check the identity prior to accepting bets!

Wrong. Fake news. Do you know how many people place bets at casinos without having there ID checked?

If you win a certain amount on a slot in Vegas KYC happens after the win. Not before the win!
You're totally right and it business hype used by most casino for the ease of their gamblers because they wont want the ID check be a barrier for their players and is why most casino and gambling site will wrote no registration is require on their website but once you win huge amount of money registration and ID verification will be required.
2035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Is Your Worst Moment in Gambling? on: February 21, 2019, 01:10:02 AM
my worst moment in gambling is when i bet on the lottery then i already win, but i will bet again so it happen i lose all my money. I can stop betting, because i know i will win, but i'm not that lucky. Instead of earn profit it lose, so think well, and control self is the important that we have in gambling. It feels very disappointed, because of greediness, and that is the most worst moment.
You called it greediness but in the gambling sphere it called gambling without limit and not setting a certain amount of money you're going to gamble with causes overspend which literally lead to greediness of gambler. In addition, take a breaks also helps either in some cases and like the saying "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" not talking a break wont make gambler think right.
2036  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading market trend on: February 20, 2019, 11:49:33 PM
In my opinion, technical analysis is work better in crypto trading especially for coins that has high trading volume. Use  Price pattern and candlestick pattern to predict the price  is more accurate in swing trading.
Technical analysis do really need on this kind of industry, where money value involve patterns should be traced and tracked according to charts. Cryptocurrency with high trading volume is lot easier to follow the ups and downs unlike the uncommon ones present in the market. As for me i dont trade low volume coins because of low volatility and the price might just stay stable in a long period of time.
The candlestick pattern is a way that should be understood in trade with patience that is owned, so it allows traders to be able to make good decisions. So, whatever the trend is going on and when a trader understands each indicator on the chart, they will still remain calm with all the analysis they have made.
You're right with what you said about the candle stick but crypto currency market has gone beyond relying on the pattern poses by the candle stick because the good news about upcoming event in the crypto sphere also need to be added in other to achieve a tangible result.
This was the strategy applied by someone acouple of days back and he end up making huge $$ in few days.

2038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any valid reason to continue gambling? on: February 20, 2019, 03:36:55 PM
The valid reason gamblers has to continue gambling is the benefits they drive from gambling.  Most of the gamblers are in gambling not because of the money in it but because of the funs and mind development. I think we should allow the gamblers to do what they like to do.
No doubt that in very beginning people enter  casino for fun and entertainment but gradually they become addicted and then they even find it difficult to quit gambling or even to suspend it for some day, in fact gambling is not suitable place for getting fun and entertainment, I think that there are so many other ways  of getting fun.

We should try to give attention to some healthy and creative activities for getting fun and enjoyment.
Giving attention to some creative activities is good but what you seems to be your best food might be like poison to someone else and we cant all like the samething. Let's look at the bright side, gambling help in developing to thinking, mind and smartness. Do you know the level of mind and smart development people like Elmer Sherwin, Carlie Wells go through before they are winners of all time.
What happen to kids of this is that they dont follow the certain protcol which will save them from danger in gambling.
2039  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many BTC Satoshi Nakamoto own? on: February 20, 2019, 01:33:28 PM
Just wondering why people are thinking of Satoshi Nakamoto bitcoins (might be lost , might be dead).
The biggest bitcoin holder is FBI and guess what will happen when FBI will dump 1.44 million bitcoins.

that's old news from 2013, right after the silk road bust. that number was 144,000 not 1.44 million. all those bitcoins were already auctioned off years ago. that's why when you see them auctioning off coins these days, it's only for a few hundred or a few thousand at a time. they don't own that many coins anymore. (at least not publicly)

the satoshi question is relevant because iirc a lot of the early coins are held on public keys. if quantum computing breaks the elliptic signature algorithm, those coins can be stolen and dumped on the market!

Checking the link to the article it all happened in the year 2015. But, this is the first time I will hear that the FBI have already auction out the BTC which was said to be in their custody.
Nevertheless, incase the situation where Satoshi wallet might be break was the reason why Theymos suggest that the coin should be destroy.
2040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: February 20, 2019, 01:10:03 PM
I don't think that casino and gambling is a hinding place for gambling and casino and I do believe that some people are really doing legitimate business in gambling and casino.  Many people take gambling as one of the bad habits but they are many people making money from it.

That will happen to people who have a lot of money, and they build a gambling place so gambler can come to their places. This will give them more and more money because every gambler who lose their money, it will turn into the income to the owner. But for gamblers itself, it can attract them to make a crime because they need money, not because they use that money for their needs, but it's only a way to them to continue to playing gambling.
One point that makes millionaire to gained more, instead of going to other casinos they build their own and attract more gamblers to play around
the more players to visit the more money will flow, they just need to accommodate all the needs gamblers may asked, and like what you have mentioned the more the gamblers got attached, the more aggressive they become, to the point that they will do crimes just to keep coming back.

Yeah, for people who have a lot of money, they can easily to build their own casino. I watch a movie about the casino have related to the crime too because they have the other business as a drug dealer and turn over some of the profit into the casino and run the business.  Maybe in real life, we can find about that but I am sure that they will hide their illegal activity from the law.
All your saying might be right but it not all gambling site owners that's into hard drugs and most offline gambling site are those that are usually into hard drugs because there's no point in doing for online casino owner due the potential and the opportunities crypto currency. Concerning the statement of gambling turning people into criminal, you're wrong because everything a man does is the reflection of his thought, one of the golden rules of gambling is never gamble without knowing the rule and those gamblers that turn into criminal definitely dont know the rules and regulations of gambling but after the money involve.
