2021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which crypto and platform do you invest in in June??? on: June 05, 2021, 07:25:11 AM
Bitcoin is no question that needs to be held.
It may not be June, July, or even this year but there will always be a future for it.

Now for altcoins.
NFT's caught my attention and I like how they put them in arts and games. Instead of paying up for in-game items or diamonds in MMORPG's and will have nothing in return in years of playing, NFT games could be a good option for putting a market for every item you will buy or invest with.
If it gets old it might even have a higher value in return and for me that's way cooler while enjoying the game.
2022  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a tool for enlightenment on: June 05, 2021, 05:33:47 AM
That's the spirit. Be careful though when you are selling at high points.
Dividing your assets into different wallets will a good idea to avoid moving the investment part with the trading capital.

You can apply it also in different areas of life.
Jobs or businesses have their up and downs too. Food businesses, for example, customers will get fed up with what you serve (down) and you need to bring something new on their plates. Something that will spark up their taste buds. (up)
You can't just give up midway, being optimistic will help while looking for future gains.

Everyone on the Nuggets are stepping up, their defense is their key to success, so being an underdog, should not be a problem for them.
People still see a Nuggets less Murray as a weakness but in reality, it's not anymore.
Super agree.  Wink
They adapted to it. Every player is stepping up. Hell, I don't even know about Shaquille Harrison (named after Shaquille O'Neal) and Markus Howard before but now I do because of their efforts to be known by contribution for the team.
Denver Nuggets will win this 2nd round but that will be a biased analysis since I am a fan of them.
I doubt a Game 7 though if the Nuggets will play the same way they did with Portland Trail Blazers.
2024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This is best time buying SHIB token or not on: June 04, 2021, 10:11:27 AM
$0.01? Too far.
I would not expect a quadrillion amount of coin to go that far.
The best to could get might be $0.0001 and you should be selling at that point without a doubt or regret.
It was high last time a bull run with all the coins happened, like last month. Yeah, buying it might still be profitable in the future, but just not much like other coins.
Coins like this are prone to be played in the market by whales and being in the middle of it is not a good idea.
2025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: June 04, 2021, 04:13:30 AM
It’s still early in the first quarter so anything can happen. I’d be surprised if this isn’t a blowout from the body language I’m seeing already though.

LAKERS 19 SUNS 47 2Q (as of typing)

Looks like the end of the road for the Lakers. Booker is on fire and the Lakers have no answer to it. Anthony Davis still plays even with injury but there's still more season to him. It's a good decision for him to take an early exit rather than take the risks of being injured more.

Everything can happen until there's a time but knowing Suns they can protect that large lead.
CP3 only needs to start the engine for the Suns and they could go wild, like Booker with 7/8 at 3 point lane.
I don't think AD will be going back. That's it for him if he still wants to have babies in the future.

Nuggets on the other hand did what they are good at. Defense. With Lillard having an off-night unlike Game 5 it's easy to focus the defense with Melo and McCollum.
Trail Blazers' problem was foul trouble and this is not new. Nurkic and Powell got 5 with a lot of minutes in the 4th quarter.
We can almost tell it's the Suns they will be up against if the Lakers won't have a good run.
Ayton vs Jokic? Exciting!
2026  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on climbing challenges on: June 04, 2021, 02:34:05 AM
Man, that will be cool if they will add a gambling option for that sport.
I know little about "who" will play this game but I will try to learn them if ever they will make it available.
Next time we will be talking about how much of a "lizard-like" these players are.  Grin
It's a good sport to watch and you will not sleep on it while looking at climbers trying their best not to fall and looking for the best route possible.
2027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doge and coindbase on: June 03, 2021, 01:50:06 PM
Bitcoin pump happened and it was also pushed up.
Elon Musk tweet so much good about it and even tried to ask if it could be a payment option for his company.
Is adding it to Coinbase enough to make a bull run to $1 without the help of other cryptocurrencies?
Maybe not, maybe yes. But I am on the side of "not". Coinbase addition could be a double-edged sword.

Have you thought about the possibility that Elon Musk is also the reason behind the dump? If you do, will you trust a coin that is being manipulated by one person?
2028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Discipline hodling altcoins in the face of challenges. on: June 03, 2021, 05:16:05 AM
Will you Judge someone who sold his altcoins in the face of a situation
which he did not see any way out of financially other than to liquidate some assets as not disciplined enough?
Basic question. No. Money is still money. Life is more important than it.
In the face of a life threatening situation that finance is the solution to, will you still hold on to your coins knowing that liquidating some or all will get you out of the situation? Or will you wait for help from above or somewhere else?
Again, no.
You have the capability to help yourself or help your family in a life-threatening situation so take it out, sell it.
Remember, there will always be a way to make money again and invest with new altcoins, or if you want you can buy it back someday.
If you are not breathing anymore, can you still do that?
I won't suggest loans too, because you are digging your grave slowly by doing that. Use whatever you have when it's needed even if it's for food on the table or the bills that need to be paid.
2029  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: June 03, 2021, 04:22:01 AM
And obviously, someone need to stop Young, just the question of what game plan they have against Trae and then Simmons bringing his A game without Joel. But I think Sixers is going to win ithe series in six games.
No doubt. 76ers are way above the Hawks when it comes to offensive strength. Even minus Embiid.
All they need is someone to stop Capella, and Howard is still there for that position, he may just want to take care of his fouls.
Simmons is there to stop Trae, which is actually a mismatch.
Then, Curry and Green are good defenders too so even with a switch Trae will be having a difficult time scoring.

Luka Doncic making his own record at Clippers' home.
Winning this game will give them a chance to end it at Dallas for homecourt advantage.
2030  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price since 2021.05.31 in about 7 months on: June 03, 2021, 03:00:48 AM
What's with 7 months and 2 years? Do you love those numbers?  Grin
Okay, I voted for the third option but I don't think it will happen in just 7 months.
There's a possibility it could happen in a longer span of time as we are hit hard by the correction.
What I do expect to happen is a slow movement upward to $40k until the end of the year and then going $50k at the starting quarter of next year.
After all that, it's still going to be dumped again but be aware because it's not a correction anymore.
2031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: June 02, 2021, 02:05:53 PM
Lillard was so hot, he was fighting all night and bring the game into double OT, unfortunately, the team came out short as they have no defense on Jokic. It's a very bad move by Nurkic, he should stay patient as he is the only one who can stop Jokic in the paint.
Yes, but if he stayed on the bench it could easily become a blowout game.
Melo can't take Jokic, Kanter is not good of a defender against him too. What could possibly be the adjustment Trail Blazers will do next time?
Michael Malone let Dame do the damage by not switching Austin Rivers. He knows they could answer back using Jokic and Morris.
It can't always be at Dame's hands though. He will be a target on the Nuggets' offense due to exhaustion.

Back to Suns, there's an update about CP3's injury.

2032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO the best way to invest in cryptocurrency? on: June 02, 2021, 11:42:14 AM
Initially, you'd want Bitcoin and Ethereum to be kept.
I won't move that just yet if I were you or even sell it for another coin. But, if you are in profit then you could do so if you cannot wait for a pump to happen again.
Although, if you are still making money and don't need to force yourself to sell those Bitcoins, I would recommend that.
Think of it as a brand new investment.
ICO, IEO, Defi, or even NFT's. They are all the same. High risk is included with whatever project you pick.
You can't justify that ICO is the most profitable since you only used one example out of millions of project that was created. This is a bit of old advice, DYOR.
2033  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Passive Income - My Experience on: June 02, 2021, 08:30:52 AM
That's so much high-risk you got in there.
If I am to pick one, I'll choose the staking process in Binance and that's it.

What I won't choose is a different story, there's a lot of them that I don't want to get my hands on and check daily for updates and current news.
That's just too much workload.
But I would erase cloud mining without remorse. From inception, that's the worst investment choice you will make and you better stay away from it to avoid getting rekt.
2034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: June 02, 2021, 06:49:46 AM
Poor LeBron James that’s two games in a row his teammates have all but disappeared on him. Chris Paul took a bit of a hit tonight that might hurt the suns going forward. If the Lakers can’t get some help around LeBron James though it won’t matter. Hopefully Anthony Davis comes back soon it was really obvious that he was missed tonight.
He is not the old Lebron anymore that could shoulder the whole team.
It sucks to be in that position right now and he badly needs Davis' youth to be the aggressive type while he can dump all the assists to him.
Chris Paul though is looking great. First was a hesitation shooting at three and he didn't force it but somehow he cannot stop himself and did it and it hits.
That's a good sign that his shoulders are already healing. Same with Bron and AD, Booker is also effective when CP3 is around.
The Lakers need to figure out a way to win Game 6 even as AD is questionable to play.
2035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk and his invention on: June 01, 2021, 03:54:40 PM
Burn. Ding! Ding! Ding! That's correct.
Include also the batteries that are not environment friendly. Is he going to recycle all of those or just dispose of them in some third-world country so that his place will still look clean.
He just did that manipulation for his own greed. I would not trust everything this guy will say for it will not really be for the future of mankind but for his own.
Or, it's just his marketing scheme which is the worst kind. Cryptocurrency or to be precise, bitcoin revealed his true face.
2036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: June 01, 2021, 10:57:41 AM
Ja Morant has really taken over his role as the superstar of this grizzlies team. He has got to be one of the youngest leaders of an NBA franchise and he is taking it well. The Jazz are currently beating Memphis and it hasn’t looked good for them since Donovan Mitchell came back, but their future looks bright as long as they can keep Ja Morant under contract. Now is Utah’s time though I think.
Yes, I agree with you.
It might be early to say but he plays like in his prime already. Damn, he is just 21 and he can do so much when he receives more experience.
The Jazz will end this series next game but it won't end his career. This playoffs game is a good stepping stone and now he knows how it's like or how tough it is unlike the season games.
Even analysts are having a difficult time with whom NBA player they could compare him. He's just too unique.
The kind of player where you want to build a team just for him. A strong team that would highlight his skills.
2037  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you making money online? on: June 01, 2021, 01:52:23 AM
First of all, good luck to you. I admire those working students like you who are putting in all their hard work and effort into their future.
Keep it up.

I have been in this situation before but minus the internship.
Working 8 hours and sometimes it goes further, for a company and going home exhausted.
Opened my eyes to the possibilities of online jobs and here I am working as a freelancer for different companies and trading when I have some time to spare.
No doubt you will find one as long as you won't stop looking.  Wink
2038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: June 01, 2021, 12:44:26 AM
I agree with that Sixers, they might sweep that  Wizards like The bucks had recently done with the Heat, however, the Memphis team is quite different, they won one game against the NBA's best team in the West and they also gave a good game in the last 2 games, so game 4 should be a close match in my opinion.
Yeah, and that's even with Mitchell around.
Grizzlies have good chemistry and well-rounded players playing at any position.
It's a matter of defense that would determine the pace of the game.
If the Grizzlies could create stops and cash it out with a fast break opportunity they might win this game.
Gobert is not that fast to set a defensive position, they should attack the paint at a fast pace. Don't settle for outside shots especially for Ja Morant.
2039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: May 31, 2021, 12:57:18 PM
Tatum was the only one who is consistent in the team, in game 3 when they won, Tatum scored 50 points. Kemba Walker actually did not play in game 4, so they really are undermanned, if Kemba was there at least he can provide some good offense for the team.
Injuries. Unexpected and all are part of the game.
We don't like it to happen and be the reason for a team to lose the game. Nets will surely finish this at their homecourt.

I am trying to figure out why the Heat was swept by the Bucks. It's not Eric Spoelstra's style and in fact, this is the first sweep of his career as a coach.
So what does Heat lacks? Power Forward. A big and experienced one.
Using the replays, I saw Bam Adebayo having a hard time defending everyone under the rim and if he did well contesting the shot, no Heat player is waiting for the rebound or boxing out.
Total Rebound/Offensive Rebound
Game 1 - 64/15 Bucks - 51/12 Heat
Game 2 - 61/21 Bucks - 36/9 Heat - Worst
Game 3 - 55/10 Bucks - 42/7 Heat
Game 4 - 56/15 Bucks - 40/8 Heat

Forbes shooting a three. Look who is winning the box out. You can't even see Butler behind Lopez.  Cheesy
Lopez got the rebound and clean it up for Forbes.
2040  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which blockchain network has the highest TPS? on: May 31, 2021, 06:29:01 AM
Harmony ONE will reach 2million TPS. It is the best blockchain out there.
it sounds BS for me and i don't even think that's a real TPS. there's no actual audit about that. It's still a speculation dude and none able to reach 2 million TPS. one just reminds me with some garbage blockchain like eos which already giving a very non sense result on its testnet and so many people have been putting very big expectation and it doesn't meet what they have expected before.
If it's still in test net and it must not be counted.

Yeah, remember this post of yours for the future. Cheesy Harmony is not a test net, it has working cross chain bridges already. It is so cheap now and you will be buying it at 2$.
Great! Now that's shilling already if you are marketing and even talk about the price of each coin.  Roll Eyes

TPS. I don't really look deep into this kind of setting of each blockchain because it's sufficient for me if my transactions will just go in.
BSC is all I know with high TPS because of new projects inserting BEP20 as the chain for cheaper and faster transactions.
Without Ethereum or let's just say because of the high traffic and transaction fee of it, BSC had taken control of most transactions from DeFi, NFT's, and even from one exchange to the other.

Is TPS important? Yes. Should it be judged how good a project will be? At some part and in the long run.
But cryptocurrencies should still aim for security first. A bigger slice of pie to determine the value with that.
