2041  Economy / Gambling / Re: Land base slot vs Online slot RTP on: May 06, 2023, 06:32:15 AM
All through I have only had the experience of online casino. Some times it's a happy moment and sometimes it is just like that. I think I would try the land casino and see how it goes but one of the major things scaring me away from land casino is privacy which I do much cherish most but however, I will still give it a try first.
Privacy that no one knows that you are gambling? Is there anything bad to gamble publicly? If I gambling on an land based casinos, that does not mean my privacy is compromised as long that I am using just the little I have to gamble. But I understand you though, with online casino, no one knows that you are gambling, but the KYC that many gamblers overlook alone breach privacy.

I think both casinos spend heavily to go by but online casino likely spends more than the other looking at the features in comparison. I have no doubt about that.
Online casinos sees more traffic and they spend more in my opinion. Also online casinos gain more though and no congestion online.
2042  Economy / Gambling / Re: Land base slot vs Online slot RTP on: May 05, 2023, 03:56:26 PM
Do not make it sound like online casinos are easy to set up. They are not easy too. There are still many expenses that online casinos pay for too. They still use electricity for their servers, and also for the games they are offering. They also pay workers too. But just that online casinos see more traffic than land based casinos.

It is true that online casinos are for those that are unable to visit land base casino, maybe because of work or other reasons. But in today's world, land based casinos are shrinking while online casinos are increasing. Many people are becoming to prefer staying where they are to just gamble instead of visiting land based casinos. Although I understand what you are saying, it is fun to bet on land based casinos than online casinos.
2043  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A nob in trading needs help on: May 05, 2023, 03:47:25 PM
But at this point, I will really like to know whether or not Bitcoin trading is a means to gain profits during market speculations, and how possible it is to make passive income through cryptocurrency trading.
You can have a million dollars and lost it in some hours to trading. You have to be disciplined and do not let emotion control you. Learn the basics and do not use more than the amount of money that you can afford to lose to trade. Use lesser amount less to start.

It is true that some people gain from trading but you have to learn and you will first lose and later you will become better to know if you have to continue to trade or not. Do not use high amount of money to trade, avoid that.
2044  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin trading be my sole source of income? on: May 05, 2023, 11:52:16 AM
As a young person, I am overwhelmed by my curiosity in trading Bitcoin, but I'm not sure if it is appropriate for me to resign my white collar work and return to trading exclusively Bitcoin.
You can only answer this question yourself. Have you been trading for like a year and able to earn 70% or more, more than losing? If yes, you can try it.

If you are trading with just little amount of money, do not quit your job.

If you are trading with high amount because you are a professional now and earning, you can quit your job.

If you have your own job as a means of additional income you can quit your job.

Do not trade with the amount that is too high that can result to bankruptcy of trading fund. Assuming you have $100000, just use $5000 for trading.

If you are a beginner, do not quit your job.
2045  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why Opening an Account in a Bitcoin Sportsbook is the Future of Sports Betting on: May 04, 2023, 08:51:56 AM
I think they had both opened for years and then closed Nitrogensports.
This is what I found on the link that I posted which you can see in my previous post

Quote
In July 2022. the brand switched from being called NitrogenSports to NitroBetting.

Okay, let us leave domain name alone because it is not that matters as the site is old to some level.

But according to what I found out, it has a rating of 3.3 out of 5 on the site. On Trustpilot, it has a rate of 2.5 out of 5 while many people have negative review about the site. On rating sites, people believe more in negative review in case like this because some people can pay many people for positive review.
2046  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why Opening an Account in a Bitcoin Sportsbook is the Future of Sports Betting on: May 04, 2023, 08:45:14 AM
They switched from Nitrogensports to Nitrobetting which is why you don't see 2012. Their business license is as good as a Curacao license.
When did the gambling site switched? Not 2022?
2047  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why Opening an Account in a Bitcoin Sportsbook is the Future of Sports Betting on: May 04, 2023, 08:40:36 AM
Nitrobetting has been in business since 2012.
The doamin is 2018, how come the gambling site has been operating since 2012.

The casinos in Curacao with a license may not pay you. It happens all the time. Nitrobetting is provably fair. You can't say that about most of the Curacao casinos.
Oh! Not even licensed.

Security and License: Is NitroBetting Legit?
So, we were initially a little concerned here because we couldn’t find any evidence of there being any licensing or regulation at the NitroBetting site. This is usually a red flag for us as an unlicensed betting site doesn’t give you a guarantee that you’ll have a safe or fair betting experience.

Thankfully, we looked through the betting site’s small print and found that NitroBetting was bound by the laws of Costa Rica. We’re not totally sure what this means in terms of online gambling, but we are happy to report that NitroBetting felt like a professional and responsible gambling operator.

I will prefer to use a licensed casinos.
2048  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with Binance's "Convert" tool for $0 fees? on: May 04, 2023, 08:20:05 AM
Thanks for mentioning OKX. I am using the exchange too and I check their convert page which let me know more about the reason the exchanges provide convert service for their customers. You can check this which is what I found on the convert page of OKX:

If you check 'no slippage' and simple conversion.

I noticed that it can be a good option for people that do not know much about spot trading but just having little knowledge or almost no knowledge about sport trading which requires more knowledge. With convert, anyone can easily convert from one coin to another.

The market price is good and the same as spot trading market price too, but with the benefit of zero trading fee. This is a good option for traders that are trading coins like bitcoin, ether and others that have high trading volume on the exchange.

Because I see the simplicity of how to use the convert. I check Binance lite and OKX lite. See what I found:

Binance lite at the left while OKX lite at the right side

I press on convert which is the only way to trade on the lite version. The spot trading is only available on the pro version. I think convert is just for people that do not want to learn much or go deeper into how to trade. Even a novice can easily use the convert to exchange from one coin to another.

About the convert on OKX, only market order option is available, unlike Binance convert that has both market and limit order option.
2049  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why Opening an Account in a Bitcoin Sportsbook is the Future of Sports Betting on: May 04, 2023, 07:46:18 AM
Nitrobetting has horse racing and no KYC. They are the only casino to be a casino, sports, poker, horse racing and no KYC.
You are funny. A casino without KYC but which you can not trust because it has no good reputation yet in a community, compared with a casino with KYC but which has excellent reputation. Which one are you going to follow and prefer to use? Maybe this might be the preference of people from different countries though. In my country, gambling is legal and going for KYC is not a problem if no reputable no-KYC casinos.
2050  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with Binance's "Convert" tool for $0 fees? on: May 03, 2023, 12:35:58 PM
In sport trading, you can choose the price at which you decide to buy or sell. I can choose sell order at $29044. All I can do is place an order to buy or sell at that price and wait, if the order is executed or I will cancel it and another price is set. In any case, I control selling price At a low fees. I can place the order and go to work, gym or any place with not need to wait to be executed.

In the convert page, the set price is obligatory.
Either I sell it now or not, and it is an option for those who want money quickly and do not have time to wait.
You are not getting it correctly. Look at the image below:

That is the limit order for the convert. If you use limit, the order can stay up to 30 days before expiration, although if you use spot trading, no expiration. I think most of you are using the market order of the convert that makes the order to fill immediately.
2051  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to maintain profitability in crypto trading on: May 03, 2023, 06:26:27 AM
1) Decrease your waste : if you want to maintain constant profits in your trading, you must reduce some special time you spend in some activities that will distract your attention in crypto trading because, crypto trading need constant attention so that you will not miss your profits at the moment.
But did you know that trading can lead to addiction which can be health threatening? Do not let trading take your quality time from you.

3) Increase your capital: if you want to maintain profits in your crypto trading, you need to work hard to increase your capital so that it will help you to buy huge amount of coins that will help you to maintain your regular profits in the market.
You do not have to increase your capital. Traders should not use more than the amount of money that they can afford to lose. But if they see more positive outcome like winning than losing, they may increase the amount of money that they are using to trade. But the increment should be gradual, it should not be abruptly and they should not be greedy.
2052  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halving effects, how long they will last? on: May 03, 2023, 06:20:17 AM
Every 4 years, we expect bull market just because of halving. What do you think when is this chain is going to broken? Ie, halving no longer equals that bull market is coming.
Do not bother yourself about this because no one that knows when it would be broken. The only advice I have for people that are investing in bitcoin is that they should still believe that this would still happen again after 2024 halving. It is good for investors to be positive about this. If there would be another bear market before the 2024 halving, it would be a good time for people to invest in bitcoin.
2053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Questions of the day for gamblers on: May 02, 2023, 05:01:42 PM
If a online casino claims to be a decentralized platform does this mean that their games are fully decentralized too?
No game is centralized or decentralized, just that the game providers should not manipulate. If talking about centralization, games is not an example, but casinos themselves can be centralized or decentralized.

Do you guys know that some casinos regulates their own slots machines themselves, can you gamble with ease of mind on such casinos?
The best are third parties

If slots games is all you are good at, are you really good at it or you are just lucky? Can you use the word 'good at it' with slots game?
I am not good in luck, so I play wisely.

What is the most convenient games you play on gambling platforms?
I like Roulettes.

Is using leverage about luck or skills? Or even a rigged game?
What do you mean as leverage? I only leverage while trading, I have it seen it in gambling.r
2054  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Sentimental analysis explained! on: May 02, 2023, 11:57:59 AM
The sentimental analysis on the other hand relies on what other traders have analyzed and concluded through Technical and Fundamental analysis and research.
As an investor, you believe in bitcoin four year cycle and also believe in bull market after a massive bear market. If the price of bitcoin reach a very low price after a massive bear market, then use it as a analysis that the bull market is coming. Then what type of analysis is that? You do not rely on the fundamental and technical analyses, but just believe that after a massive rain, that the sun will come out and shine again. That is what I see as sentimental analyses. Sentimental analysis is the type that an investor do not rely on fundamental and technical analyses but still able to use other means to predict what the price of a coin can be in the future. I am not saying you are wrong though, but I am just giving the broader overview.
2055  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with Binance's "Convert" tool for $0 fees? on: May 02, 2023, 11:20:42 AM
Hello, and thank you to all of you, I see more clearly.. I didn't know there were hidden costs.

Indeed you are right, as a trader, you have to use stop losses which do not exist with the "Convert" tool.

Thanks again
That is wrong according to what I posted above. Check what BitMaxz posted which I think is correct about it, most especially as there are some trading orders and options that are not in convert page. About the fee, SamReomo is completely wrong is what I see.
2056  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with Binance's "Convert" tool for $0 fees? on: May 02, 2023, 11:10:42 AM
It varies according to what you want. Do you want to trade or exchange cryptos?

In spot trading, you choose the buying or selling price at which you plan to execute the order at, and therefore, with a little technical analysis, you determine the buying and selling points, and from them you achieve profits by buying at a low price and selling at a fair price.

by using Convert you cant trade crypto in that way.

In spot trading, instead of exchanging cryptocurrencies at a specific price, you can choose the appropriate price with you and wait for some time until the order is executed in the order book, and thus you will get a better price.

It is true that Convert does not contain fees, but there are hidden fees, which is that the price of executing orders is chosen by exchange and it can profit from the price difference.

it is closer to say

spot trading:  exchange 1 BTC for 101 USD with 1$ fees
Convert: exchange 1 BTC for 100 USD
You mean that the price on convert instead of the spot trading page is in a way it will not favour the trader and render the 0 fee to be useless, or to be in a way that using the convert will make a trader lose instead if compared with spot trading.

I have not used convert before, but this is what I found out.

I checked the price of sport trading now and it was $28044, sam on convert page.

See spot trading (left) and convert (right) trading fee for BTCUSDT pair:

Like I said, the price is the same. You can also use limit order on the convert page too.
2057  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading not a get rich quick on: May 02, 2023, 10:51:08 AM
- prison is not enough he should be made to spend some time in the Library reading some recommended books on Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
Nobody cares about him knowing more about bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, all the court care about now is for him to go to prison to correct him not to make such mistake again. Anything that has to do with crypto will be neglected about him.

Trading is not easy, and it takes time to master because the market is always changing its habits
I do not see the market changing at all, but trading is just not easy at all. Trading is easy to learn, but to use it to make money is not easy. The scariest thing about trading is that you can be professional and still lose.

Trading, investing, buying or doing anything with money that is not really yours can put into a big legal issue and also will affect your mentality about future so be responsible and do whatever you want to do with your own money.
Also because the money is not his, and probably want to return it after making some money. That can bring him bad mind towards trading that can lead to irreparable losses.
2058  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for May on: May 01, 2023, 01:10:05 PM
Why creating similar thread again after we have started one: Month of May. Bitcoin price guess. Join discussion on the thread instead.

Next time, you do not even need to use search engine, just scroll down the speculation board to know if anyone has posted such a topic before thinking of creating one. Today is the first day of new month, you will see it among the topics that has been created on the first of new month and likely would be at the top of the page one on speculative board.
2059  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto Gambling OK HASH on: May 01, 2023, 11:56:25 AM
Which one are you? Login gambling site or web3?

I can see on your gambling site that anyone that wants to make use of your website has to register and I have not seen anything like connecting to a noncustodial wallet.

Can we see the terms of service? I want to read it.

Your domain is very young, it was created 20th of last month.
2060  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Your thoughts on crypto exhcnages. on: May 01, 2023, 07:52:57 AM
But what do you think about it?
I know that many people hate centralized platforms so I want to hear your thoughts.
People like me do not hate centralized exchanges, but telling people how dangerous KYC can be and how dangerous to leave your coins on exchanges can be. Also that exchanges are centralized.

I think the best way is to use the exchange to buy crypto or like a P2P platform, but hold all crypto on the wallet, preferably a cold one.
There are also decentralized exchanges that you can use to buy and exchange. The most usefulness I see about exchanges is trading.

Third, altcoins are centralized and they don't mind follow the regulations or licenses. But, Bitcoin is used without need to touch government or licenses, those countries aren't asking a permissions to Satoshi for accept, tax, or ban Bitcoin, they just do whatever they want. Bitcoin doesn't need to get licensed or regulated, it's only need the government will not doing anything to Bitcoin adoption.
Bitcoin is traded on exchanges too, but you are right though, just that this is not what the OP is talking about, he posted the topic on the wrong board also. The topic is more about exchanges.
