I remember people saying the exact same thing about Bitcoin when it went from $33 down to $1.9X. "Bitcoin is dead" ROFL.
Don't mistake "dead" from a buying opportunity.

Requesting a small loan of 0.20 btc Will repay 0.225 btc within a week from time of loan given I do not have collateral, I plan on purchasing btc on Tuesday. Can't do so momentarily since banks aren't open. I will be purchasing via cash deposit on LocalBitcoins, however, Here's a recent thread in which I repaid a loan early and in full as promised: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=310177.msg3345218#msg3345218If you decide to provide me with this loan of 0.20 btc, Please send to my payment address: 1JP2yPVpkYM2qkUQUuvFu722jhPbrFSgAa and provide your BTC address that you'd like to me to pay the 0.225 btc (or PM me if you'd like to keep your btc address private) Thank you for your time Denied.

Mtgox has been doing some shady things recently...
If you think they're bad, you should see most of their users.

You're seriously trying to "restore wrong doings" by borrowing MORE?
I can supply this loan for 300 LTC collateral. LMK if you're interested.

I sent 3.7 BTC to asic-technologies.com for an asic miner blade . It was well packed. The blade arrived this morning I am very happy but now need some help to set it up . Well pleased ! not a scam afterall. When you provide the TxID and photo proof of the received unit, I'll remove my trust rating.

Dunno why everybody is panicking. The exact same thing happened to Bitcoin a couple years ago (2011 some time) when it slowly slid down to $1.96'ish. The non-early adopters were crying about how expensive BTC was, even at $1.96. Those who bought at the peak were crying about how much the price diminished from the $32 high or whatever it was. Seemed like everybody was crying about something, but a few of the wiser ones (or really lucky guessers) were saying, "You want cheap BTC, here's your chance." Turns out they were right, and it looks like LTC is following a similar trajectory.

My goal is to have the loan paid off as soon as I can make the funds to cover the payoff. I estimate 20 days but, may be as long as 30 depending if I can get the number of trades I need in that time frame. Why loan you 70 BTC, and risk you running off with my coins, when I can just buy a 2TH unit myself and mine for 20 days (your estimate) and sell the unit off afterward? Loans for mining equipment are absurd.

I can do this for 1 LTC collateral. LMK if you're interested.

If I recall correctly, there have been several loans where Steam accounts have been used as collateral, and in all cases the borrower defaulted and took back the Steam account.

Hey BTCTalkAccounts, remember our convo early on? I bm'd you about the hacked accounts. We never followed up, we could've caused so much damage together. Here's a hint on how the forum was really hacked: moon@justmoon.dePassword reuse is bad, okay? Wait.. Moon as in the guy who ran that SolidCoin exchange a couple years ago and ended up bailing with everybody's money?

You haven't really been around for that long, so I'd advise you to steer WAY clear of lending. You're going to end up getting burned.
