He says it shows how smart the public is. “I want to thank the public,” Trump says before thanking the people of Mississippi and Michigan. Now he touts his friendship with Jack Nicklaus (good play for Ohio–who knows it was intentional or not). He also recognizes former Yankee Paul O’Neil in the audience. Trump says it is very important that our Senators and Congressmen are re-elected even though not all of them are on his side. Trump says he is happy about turnout. Trump says the biggest story in politics is the huge turnout in GOP primaries with Democrats and Republicans coming over. He says a lot of voter are first-time voters. I hate to support someone like Trump (mainly because I think the chemical product he uses in his hair has made him insane). I just don't see any other choices. Every time I hear Bernie Sanders speak all I can think of is, Who is John Galt? Hitlery Cunton is clearly just an outright unqualified flounder. So who's left to vote for?

I do not see any cult of enthusiam around Trump. I see people leaning toward voting for him for practical reasons. For example, Republican voters have not seen Congress or the Senate effectively working against any of Obama's proposals or legislation, even though they promised they would. That makes no sense.
So leaning against the "establishment," they lean toward Trump.
That was the center of my question. And that's what I understood from Galdur. I had the impression that people really loved and trusted him and I didn't understand that. "loved and trusted?" I see him as a businessman, looking and talking and acting like one. That's completely a different point of view than the perspective of a politician trying to get votes.
