2041  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you buy for money won? on: April 04, 2017, 01:30:47 AM
I don't often make money from gambling maybe I'm one of the people who have not been lucky in gambling but if I make money from gambling I prefer to spend it as if there will gamble again maybe it will run out without a profit.
2042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what bet size do you start with when gambling dice? on: April 03, 2017, 01:49:36 AM
I chose 1001-10000 sathosi. I usually start to bet 1% of bankroll and incidentally my bankroll 0.01 - 0.5 bitcoin every time gambling because to minimize when losing streak and time gambling dice I'm just taking a little profits like 5% of bankroll, according my view the dice not to do in a long time.
2043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people use dice bot? on: April 03, 2017, 01:36:52 AM
Whats the point of buy it ?
from what I saw why using a bot because we no longer need to click on the roll by using a bot we only need one click to run a lot of roll. and some bot users interested with setting shared through social media, whereas the setting was not entirely profitable and I think it is easier to use the manual because we can control if something happens beyond calculation
2044  Economy / Economics / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto should be richer than Bill Gates. on: April 02, 2017, 01:28:43 AM
We all know Bill Gates the owner of microsoft is the most richest man in the world. Total wealth of $80 Billion US dollars. While satoshi nakamoto the owner and founder of bitcoin only have $1 billion US dollars, Why he cant just generate indefinite amount of bitcoins for him and exchange it to real cash, right? Any thoughts?
satoshi nakamoto is unknown and anonym maybe he was richer than bill gates or not, no one knows. and I think it is not worthy to compare the wealth of people unknown
2045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ANY STRATEGY TO WIN IN GAMBLING? on: April 02, 2017, 01:13:14 AM
my strategy in gambling (like dice games) is bet a huge amount then have a 98% chance of winning. with huge capital you will surely win for 98%. just play or roll it  for 5-10x.. then just hit and run. dont be greedy. small profit is enough. money is money. profit is profit regardless if its big or small..
If you are betting huge amounts and winning all the time than why are you writing 25 posts/week for 1$?  Grin

IMO this strategy is not worth of risk because when you lose (and you will) you will need hundred more hits to recover, and in those hundred hits i am sure you will miss at least 1 time.
This strategy really not worth it. I've used this strategy is to use a 98% chance of winning will give many victories, 5 days of hit and run and one day only 10x roll when the day 6 of my have lost and a profits that is not comparable to bankroll. it's a waste of time
2046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can u lose with gambling? on: April 02, 2017, 12:57:42 AM
It is really hard to know how much we can lose because i never count about my lose you it is painful Tongue
That's the problem most of the time in the players of gambling. They cannot control their loses everyday, so in the end instead can be maximise it ended at big loses. and it is really painful to be lose all the time.

i think this is my problem too as i don't count how much i am loss, but sometimes if i have loss, i still continue playing gambling but not until my money is empty. i think its difficult to control my loss as i enjoy the games and there are many times for me to win and to get loss. but it would be pain if in one moment i loss too much of money.

The best solution is always gambled with small fixed amount to enjoy those games and try not to load any extra money if you lose that money quickly on that day. Try to keep yourself busy with some other activity. Otherwise soon or later you may lose a lot of money gambling.
playing with a small amount of it makes it even enjoy a game that will end up with an addiction. your money will be drained every time little by little and slowly wasting your time, better manage your finances so that you can minimize the loss and most importantly try to accept losing
2047  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Kenapa Sih Kita Masih Butuh Altcoin, Gan? on: April 01, 2017, 04:57:59 AM

2048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: April 01, 2017, 04:54:34 AM
Since most of my gambling medium is soccer, I make sure i analyze the team playing, head to head between them, recent matches and i make sure i know the players who are playing the games. It really helps in choosing the one who may eventually help you win the bet.
but analysis sometimes do not provide satisfactory results. some games even ended up with the unexpected. it all depends on luck. I believe 50% of gambling game is luck and 50% skill is influenced by an analysis.

I don't know exactly what percentage is luck and skill are needed to win money in gambling. But one thing is very sure that luck will overwrite everything in gambling. If one is lucky then surely can make a profit in gambling without any skill as well. That's why always one should gamble with small amounts instead going with bigger bets to make more profits.
When I analyze games I do not consider my luck, it cannot be one of the factor to analyze my chances because it will just come and go. First you need to determine your skills and what you really like to do, I do sports betting and I feel I need to analyze games on a daily basis as I do it that regularly.
So far, I can say that every time I analyze games it gives me a better chances of winning than when I just bet blindly.
analyzes make us more confident and increase the chance of winning and the gamble had to be accompanied by an analysis of where the gamblers learn how to win. gamble by not having to rely on skill and more to luck it's only a careless action. indeed luck that could determine the results but analyzes make us closer to luck
2049  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: April 01, 2017, 04:43:11 AM
Bitcoin is something radically new. Nothing like Bitcoin has been possible until now. I would go so far as to consider it sui generis; "in its own class".  This makes it important to understand what Bitcoin actually is before we try to describe it to others.

We're getting a good handle on the code, and of course on Bitcoin's function and utility, but what words should we use to describe Bitcoin itself? There has been some debate in other threads [mostly my doing] over how it is like/not like money, cash, dollars, etc. I'd like to start this thread by focusing on the term "money", and play Devil's avocate by asking for your best arguments that Bitcoin IS money.

My legal dictionary states "In usual and ordinary acceptation it [money] means gold, silver, or paper money, used as circulating medium of exchange, and does not embrace notes, bonds, evidences of debt, or other personal or real estate." [cites omitted]

Wikipedia says "Money is any object that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts in a given country or socio-economic context. The main functions of money are distinguished as: a medium of exchange; a unit of account; a store of value; and, occasionally, a standard of deferred payment." [cited omitted]

Webster's Online Dictionary defines money as:
    • 1. The most common medium of exchange; functions as legal tender; "we tried to collect the money he owed us".
    • 2. Wealth reckoned in terms of money; "all his money is in real estate".
    • 3. The official currency issued by a government or national bank; "he changed his money into francs".
    • 4. A piece of metal, as gold, silver, copper, etc., coined, or stamped, and issued by the sovereign authority as a medium of exchange in financial transactions between citizens and with government; also, any number of such pieces; coin.
    • 5. Any written or stamped promise, certificate, or order, as a government note, a bank note, a certificate of deposit, etc., which is payable in standard coined money and is lawfully current in lieu of it; in a comprehensive sense, any currency usually and lawfully employed in buying and selling.
    • 6. In general, wealth; property; as, he has much money in land, or in stocks; to make, or lose, money.
    [links omitted]
    [/list]

I maintain that per these definitions, Bitcoin cannot possibly be described as "money". And further, I think that those who do describe Bitcoin as "money" are doing this community a disservice.

But that is just my point of view. Are there any that can convincingly argue otherwise, that Bitcoin IS money?

I think bitcoin already exists in points 1 and 6. we life in the modern era where digital is considered something of value then bitcoin also exists in points 2 and 4. bitcoin users covers almost the entire world and the nature of bitcoin is more to personal so long as the transaction if both parties ( the seller and the buyer) approve bitcoin as the payment then also bitcoin in points 3 and 5
2050  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Sudah berapa lama kalian berkutat di dunia Bitcoin ? on: April 01, 2017, 04:08:30 AM
saya udah lama mengenal bitcoin sampe udah pernah ngalamin waktu bitcoin hanya seharga 2jt sempet berhenti menghasilkan bitcoin karena hanya dihargai 2jt dan setelah berhenti lalu melihat harga bitcoin membaik jadi semangat untuk menghasilkan bitcoin lagi
2051  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Apa Yang Membuat Bitcoin Pantas Untuk Pilihan Investasi Masa Depan? on: April 01, 2017, 03:46:34 AM

Tapi yg dikhawatirkan tuh peristiwa2 nya gan yg bisa ngehancurin harga btc. rawan kena hack, kaya dulu mt.gox sama bitfinex kena hack.
    btc langsung kena dump.
konflik antara bitcoin core, ultimate dll. ya yg semacam2 itu lah.
untuk investasi jangka panjang sih masih meragukan buat ane.

iya mungkin ts taunya slama ini btc setiap tahun up..
waduh BTC pernah down ke 2jt yah om? Ane jadi takut om investasi ny...
Semua ada di tangan agan,,pilihan yang agan buat pasti ada resikonya..jadi kalau agan ingin invest mending setengah2 aja kalau memang agan ragu,,misal bs profit agan masih bisa menikmati, sebaliknya kalau scam/terkena hack agan rugi hanya setengah
pintar-pintar aja kalau jadi investor dan jangan panic saat btc drop mungkin jika nilai btc jatuh malah jadi kesempatan bagus buat yang investor buat beli btc karena adanya halving nanti akan membuat nilainya naik. semua investasi memiliko resiko tersendiri jika ragu untuk berinvestasi mending jangan investasi dulu
2052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: March 31, 2017, 03:04:56 AM
I usually gamble on holidays because of the holiday's time to cool off from routine activities performed in ordinary day it made more focused and I gambled online so I don't have to go out looking for a place where I was gambling and also in my place gambling is activities that are ilegal

    2055  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin progress in 2017 on: March 31, 2017, 02:42:10 AM
I think bitcoin has a great future and the era of currency maybe it's true. increasing interest everyone in bitcoin make bitcoin became famous around the world and the prospect of increasing bitcoin on year although this year there was a slight problem like transaction confirmation I think it's a gravel for bitcoin and the price of bitcoin fell last week certainly bitcoin prices will increase from the previous

2057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It is not worth it, right? on: March 30, 2017, 02:53:36 AM
gambling made to lose and try your luck so just give up to generate profit from gambling if no luck on your side you will lose all the money before profit. You can replace your main destination with gamble for fun it's able to treat your resentment of loss
2058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: March 30, 2017, 02:41:16 AM
Is gambling OK? Don't bet it! There's not an easy or instantly obvious proof text answer to that question.
The Bible does not directly mention gambling problem. But People gamble because they want to get rich quickly, so that they become people who love money. And, the Bible says the love of money as "a root of all sorts of injurious things"
Many people who gamble eventually became addicted. It happens everywhere. In the United States , it's estimated there are millions of people who are addicted to gambling.

2060  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Bitcoin atau emas on: March 29, 2017, 12:22:02 AM
