2041  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make Bitcoin transacrions anonymous? on: August 03, 2017, 07:47:41 PM
With bitcoin transactions the end to end users were anonymous, but during the time of converting it to fiat users can be found as some trading access requires valid verification. Secondly several users exchange bitcoin for gift cards and then use those gift Cards for shopping needs. In this way too people make it completely an anonymous way of transacting.
2042  Economy / Economics / Re: What must happen so that cryptocurrencies are less volatile? on: August 03, 2017, 07:33:48 PM
What would it take?

Does the volatility settle if certain amount of merchants accept payments in crypto? Or should there be more people that would get paid in crypto? OR should there be a cryptoeconomy where people and businesses get income in crypto and spent the crypto?

Furthermore, could the volatility be even solved? I mean of more and more people are getting into Bitcoin, when would such demand cycle cool down?

I would like to know the economics behind it.

I think bitcoin's volatility can't be removed unless all the bitcoin was mined. Even if many merchants and stores are accepting bitcoin the volatility will still be there as I've said unless the bitcoin is not all mined we still don't need to problem the volatility. Why just don't we use this volatility into our advantage.
Yeah we could really use the volatility of bitcoin some of us really do take advantage of it,
They are the ones whoa re investing while the price is dropping down and selling them when it goes up again,
So I really think the volatility of the price isn't really a bad thing.
If you are good at that then bitcoin is the perfect market for you, I know very well that I suck at trading that is why I prefer to stay out of it and I’m just a holder of bitcoin, but if I had the skills I will join all the people that are making fortunes by trading in bitcoin.
Every user cannot be successful in trading. This too is similar to gambling where lucky plays role often with the people who are researching the coin market for a longer time. If volatility is not found then virtual currency won't be popular anymore.
2043  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: August 03, 2017, 06:08:00 AM
Seems $1000 is never to touch again. As many countries and users receive presence bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin prices could rise even higher in the future.
As of the moment I dont think bitcoin will be lower than $1000. After this aug1 drama, I think many traders back to trade of bitcoin. And the fluctuation now seems btc price will rose again. Well, lets see btc has its votality ever since.
Lot of users and traders who have switched to altcoins for security purposes with respect to Aug 1st has started to come back towards bitcoin. This will surely cause an increased circulation of bitcoin around the network and won't let the price fall below $1000.
2044  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Better investement right now, bitcoins or Altcoins. on: August 03, 2017, 05:54:57 AM
When it comes to an long term investment bitcoins is always an best choice in compare to altcoins as we cannot afford to hold altcoin for long term as price can crash or altcoin can disappear at any time so if you have altcoins better to trade them for a short term.
There is nothing to segregate this is good and that is bad. The entire market is based on prediction, so user needs to learn more about it and invest. As the above mate suggested for long term investment bitcoin is the right choice, whereas for profiting in a small time period altcoins and ICO's are the best.
2045  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: August 03, 2017, 05:40:04 AM
Yes and no. Crypto has many pros and cons. It depends what you need in your personal life and if you have the resources in your country to live off of, or buy/sell Bitcoin. If not, then crypto probably isn't for you (at least right now).
As the user stated both has got its own good and bad. So one need to select the one that makes him/her convenient as well provides with a good earning. Present time bitcoin might have got low acceptance as well usage,  but thinking of the future and investing is the right way to benefit out of bitcoin.
2046  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be used to support terrorists? on: August 03, 2017, 05:26:30 AM
I'm not sure about the usage of bitcoin for terrorism. As a whole I find bitcoin being used for illegal activities and this is all because of the decentralized functioning where the transaction is transparent while the end users were anonymous.
2047  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: August 03, 2017, 05:08:30 AM
In countries like Venezuela Bitcoin is better than cash if you want to go to a restaurant, you will need a lot of cash to pay, and there's a cool fact, the max withdrawal via ATM it's less than 1$
I don't find this to be true. If $1 is the maximum withdrawal amount then what can be bought using the same. Venezuela has got large number of mining firms. Recently regulations were made on these mining too, has got the highest oil production. Then why such a drop in the money value of the country's currency.
2048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRESALE-ICO]Soma - A Decentralized Social Marketplace on: August 02, 2017, 08:57:43 AM
Several ICO programs have been getting into promotion regularly. Among that this seem to be a unique platform for social marketplace. Hope this will serve as a decentralized functional environment.
2049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Casinos on: August 02, 2017, 08:26:51 AM
This is just as other altcoin that we use for gambling purposes. Now too its clear that majority of the gambling websites have notified their users that they'll function with bitcoin. In future bitcoin cash might get added to the list of accepted altcoin for gambling.
2050  Economy / Speculation / Re: should i buy or sell today on: August 02, 2017, 08:12:59 AM
I am struggling making money with bitcoin trading, what is today's outcome?

For now, the bitcoin price is kinda high and i guess that it is not good idea for you to buy bitcoins. And it is better for you to keep your bitcoins and wait for the price to drop below $2300 so you can buy some bitcoins. But don't forget that it is a good idea to invest.

Investing in bitcoins is always good but we cannot afford to buy them when price is higher and we should wait for the right time when price goes lower and I think right now its not a smart idea to buy bitcoins as price is really high at a moment.
It's not the right time to buy bitcoin as the price is few hundred dollars away from the ath. This will surely increase as there is not much negative impact felt over bitcoin by the splitting. In recent days once users got the chance to buy low when the price went low down to $2000.
2051  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safest way to keep bitcoins? on: August 02, 2017, 07:43:23 AM
Most of the digital currency related wallet service has notified users with the instructions that need to be followed to secure the bitcoin. As a part now holding in few Exchanges too was suggested to be safe without issues. Everything has got solved users were much focused in securing their assets.
2052  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC upto 5000$!! on: August 01, 2017, 12:00:36 PM
Bitcoin moving forward and reaching $5000 has lots of possibilities though we're to face more issues in between such as the splitting. Most probably the price movement can be predicted only after the present day ends. This is all because the splitting hasn't occurred yet, but most of the legendary people say the splitting happens.
2053  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: August 01, 2017, 11:45:48 AM
As bitcoin functions without the intersection of external parties, it becomes easy for people to make use on illegal activities such as corruption and other related factors. This has now decreased a lot as people give importance as an trusted investment. Now too a small amount of people prefer bitcoin for such activities and one such recently happened with the ransom-ware attack.
2054  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: August 01, 2017, 11:33:17 AM
Bitcoin is better than gold, because one can earn the profit made after years through gold in a short term through bitcoin. The risk might be quiet high with bitcoin due to the decentralized functioning, but the profiting time as well the effort we need to make for a earning is not that big. This makes bitcoin better than gold.
2055  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin never sleeps, what do you expect to happen on 1 Aug? on: August 01, 2017, 10:52:27 AM
Panic situation prevailed all around during the start of the day. Now things have got stabilized and moving with a strong forward phase to overcome the splitting impacts. Personally in my though the day gets added to the history of digital currency, but the impact that it make won't lead to fall or a collapse rather than growth.

2057  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why BTC will never be over 30K on: July 27, 2017, 01:48:54 PM
Bitcoin is full of unpredictables happening at unexpected time, so price reaching $500k too has got possibilities. I believe in this, because regularly the price has been increasing along with more and more users entering the digital currency community. When the usage equals fiat, due to the limited mining of bitcoin the value goes high.
2058  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: July 27, 2017, 01:29:00 PM
As most of the users, I too came into the bitcoin considering it an way to increase my earning. Entering into the community learned much about the goodness of bitcoin as well its multiple usage accessibility. To the best I have explained to my friends and now My focus is to earn and hold for a bigger future. I feel proud to be one amongst the users as we are very low in number at present.
2059  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: July 25, 2017, 11:26:19 AM
I don't think so bitcoin was falling and for a moment i actually thought it would go below 1000 but soon my prediction was wrong and instead of falling below 1000 it had increased by 1000$ , maybe the splitting can cause a price drop but still this is just another speculation i just hope the price keeps increasing why do you even want a decrease
None wish to see the price decreasing, but as you have mentioned when it was expected to decrease the price grew higher, so everything happens unexpected. Based on these fluctuations reaching below $1000 too has got chances. Lets hope no bad thing happens taking the price downwards.
2060  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long does it take you to start getting profit in crypto trading on: July 25, 2017, 11:16:26 AM
By the very first trade itself you can make profit, here you need patience to hold and sell at the price point where you can get a profit with the buying and selling price difference. Few people get lucky to find the coin in which they have invested to pump in a short term profiting high.
