It certainly seems that way dosn't it, I just wish I had the know how to create a coin and do it the right way, but alas I don't understand all the code, I understand enough of it to run a small pool but not to go the whole hog and create it from scratch....

My thinking is similar to yours, but I cant see them even selling near to 50% of the ICO which then would trigger a refund so what would be the point in the first place.

Having said that I am keeping tabs on this 1st ICO from Yobit

However I have to back ocminer on the point that was raised about the one particular coin, and It happened to me possibly on the same coin, but as a pool owner if someone has rented hash and is pointing it at your pool, its not very good if we just turn it off is it.

We just provide a service, nothing more and nothing less, it is then up to the miners to do their homework and due diligence and either decide to mine a coin or not.

We do not force people to mine, we just provide an outlet for mining.

lol I put this on my pool and my miner is reporting 6575 blocks found in under 5 mins

And the pool is reporting 66 blocks found

Everyone deserves a chance don't they ? If its found to be scam then it will be removed, and two people are mining it.

There is no login you small minded fool, unlike other pools that collect email address and passwords, my pool collects no information... so run along and do your home work you have school in the morning!
