Я так понимаю, с приближением Эфира к POS начинают появляться монеты, которые займут его место в майне.
И по этой конкретной монете разрабы не спешат.
Непонятно только, почему будет и ICO и POW.
ИКО не особо положительно влияет на майн и хороший биржевой курс, а уж баунти за год отвалят.. не думаю, что получившие баунти, не побегут их слить по любой цене.
