Seems like they're paying way less and telling that the number of stake is the number of tokens that you'll get

I have not seen this rule before but the team say this:
If you are entitled to receive 1000, but you only received 500 first, then this is correct. The remaining 25% of the tokens will be unlocked after 3 months and the final 25% after 6 monthsI try to found out more details to make sure all is paid as described.
