2081  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀TOP 5 CRYPTO CASINO SITE - YOUR OPINION IS IMPORTANT TO US🚀 on: October 26, 2022, 07:33:54 PM
OP, after reviewing your website, I am sorry to say that I'm not impressed by what I saw. The content is weak and poorly organized; it doesn't engage the reader or convey what you're trying to sell. You simply listed a few online casinos and copied partial reviews from other websites. I don't see anything about your website that sets it apart or makes it worth reading, and I'm concerned that you haven’t done enough research on the online casino industry to create a successful review site. If I may suggest, you need to do more research and find out what makes an online casino review site successful. Make sure that you fluctuate between adding objective facts and subjective opinions. It's also important to note which online casinos you think are the best and why, rather than simply listing your top picks without explaining why.

The design of your website is also very basic and doesn't give off an impression of professionalism or credibility, and the overall user experience is not pleasant. This is just my honest opinion, but I would recommend starting fresh and rewriting practically all the content on your website. Start interacting with the online casino industry on other platforms so that you can have a better understanding of it and what your audience looks like. You are also going to need to create an engaging design by hiring a professional designer. On top of this, you should also use SEO to improve your ranking on search engines, as this will attract more readers to your site. This may be a lot of work, but if you want your website to succeed, I think these are the things you should start doing from now on.
2082  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question to players: what does really drive you crazy in an online casino? on: October 26, 2022, 06:47:07 PM
Ultimately, what does and doesn't drive me crazy in an online casino is my own subjective preference. What I like might not be what you like, and vice versa. But I think we can all agree that a casino needs to have good customer service and fair terms, and I think we can also agree that it's important for a casino to have a positive reputation. If you're going to trust them with your money, you want to know that it's safe and secure. These are just some of the things that I look for when choosing an online casino. If either of those things is missing, then it's not worth my time or money.

Eto, to je problem.

Pa ipak, unatoč tvojim uvjerenjima, u realnosti sustav funkcionira. I tko se na kraju ovdje pravi glup?

I made a deposit, but I can't show, because I can't enter the account

You can still show us the transaction from your wallet if you want. I'm not saying it will prove who is right and who is wrong in this case; what it does show, however, is that at least part of your story was true: there really was some money transferred between you and the casino.

I can imagine that you are upset over being banned and that this was a very frustrating situation for you, and I appreciate your willingness to try and shed some light on the details. However, based on the information that you've given to us so far, I don't feel that there's enough evidence to conclude that the casino acted improperly. The evidence that you've provided so far is simply not conclusive.

2087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I made a mistake shorting BTC at 17k on: October 25, 2022, 11:08:09 AM
Hmm, I tend to agree with what virasog and others said. Not selling during the bull run and all the hype around bitcoin in 2021, but selling all of it during the bear market? That's indeed pretty absurd. Especially considering your obvious weakness on the technicals. I'd like to hear your reasoning on why you thought this was a good idea. Did you have any particular goal in mind when making this decision? Did you want to buy it back at a lower price or what?

Oh well, each to his own, I guess. Personally, I've never had much patience, so I made a few buys/sells here and there during this period (and lost a bit as well). But I'm sure you're aware, bitcoin is a very volatile asset. You can't just buy it and expect to see a constant upward trend in price. If you're not willing to take risks, I suggest staying away from bitcoin. But remember, there is no free lunch in this world. You can't have security and high returns on your investments at the same time.

Please, just once, make an exception,  I'm begging you, please.

Please, stop the begging. Whatever your sob story is, this is not the way. First of all, you have to understand that casinos are businesses, and like any other business, they have to take care of all their customers and their long-term sustainability. A casino is not a charity, and it's not a place for people to go if they want to get something for nothing. Just this once, you say? Who are you to decide that your losses matter more than those of other gamblers who lost money in the same way? That's selfish and unfair, and it shows a lack of respect for other people.

It's understandable that you are feeling frustrated and upset. But please, understand that the casino is not in any way obligated to give you money. You risked your money on a gamble and lost. That's how gambling works. It's not the casino's fault that you made a bad choice, and it's not their responsibility to make up for your mistake. If you don't want to be in a situation like this again, stop gambling if you can't afford it. The casino is not the place for people who can't afford losses. It is as simple as that.

2090  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM WARNING] QI Blockchain Plagiarized Whitepaper and Website Content on: October 24, 2022, 11:06:51 AM
Reading all the response of Jawadu, I was surprised he does not understand the implication of plagiarism or what it really means. Any software that states a writeup has been plagiarized means the word wasn't said for the first time and was sourced elsewhere. We might not have access to the word right away, but the internet had a backup of it. My sadness stems from how badly the negative trust has been painted, as well as the difficulty in supporting Jawadu's actions.

Qi has launched 5 successful projects.  And the talk of the town!  Making this thread completely FUD and rubbish!

You are welcome to dispute any argument I have made in this thread. And since you seem so eager, how about you start by explaining why the coin of such a "successful project" lost almost 90% of its value within just one month?

https://nomics.com/assets/qie-qi-blockchain?view=roi

Feel sorry for this guy trolling accounts and looking foolish calling every project a scam.

Speaking of looking foolish, if I'm not mistaken the listing price for their 30M pre-mined shitcoins on the XT exchange was 0.75 USD! It would be better to feel sorry for those poor souls who invested early despite all the warning signs, as it's pretty clear that they were duped. This is a good lesson on why it's important to do your due diligence and research before investing in any coin, especially ones that have shady start like this one has. Wink

2092  Economy / Gambling / Re: Unpopular opinion about crypto gambling on: October 22, 2022, 10:01:23 AM
There are several reasons for that. Some casinos have chosen to ask their users for KYC information in order to adhere with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. In many parts of the world, the law enforcement agencies and greedy government officials are now watching over online casinos in full force. As a result, some operators have chosen to ask certain users (not all) to submit their identification documents rather than risk legal trouble or being shut down.

The other reason why some casinos ask for KYC information is because they are simply trying to protect themselves from fraudsters and cheats. The casino industry is one of the most vulnerable ones, since all it takes for someone to steal your money is a simple username and password combination. Therefore, many operators have decided that they need more than just your email address before they send you your winnings or even credit balance.

Some casinos may not be asking for KYC because they are still in the development phase and do not want to restrict their player base by requiring identification documents. However, it is important to note that casinos that do not ask for KYC might still be required by law to collect identification documents from their users at some point, so it is always a good idea to read the terms and conditions of your chosen casino before making a deposit. If you are not sure if your casino requires KYC, it is best to contact them directly or post on their social media pages to find out more information.
2093  Economy / Gambling / Re: n1bet.com - BIG SCAM AND FRAUD on: October 22, 2022, 09:40:55 AM
If you have more suggestion where I can put my proofs and bad reviews pleae write here
Do you know where they have official account where they can answer me.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating it can be when a casino doesn't pay out your winnings. Unfortunately, N1Bet Casino is not advertised on this forum and has no official representative to handle support issues. As a result, we are unable to assist you in this matter. The only thing you can do here is open a topic in the Scam Accusations board to warn other members about this casino site. (Now I see you've already done that.)

But there is some good news here: I was able to find information about the casino on the AskGamblers website, and I noticed that they have an active representative there who is willing to resolve complaints. I suggest you open a case with AskGamblers and explain your situation to them so that they can mediate between you and the casino operator.

https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/n1bet-casino

Hopefully, you will be able to come to some sort of agreement, and this will help you get your money back. Good luck!

EDIT:
Thank you, I made complaints to askgamblers.

I didn't see your post when I was writing my reply. I hope you will be successful with your claim.
2094  Economy / Gambling / Re: Galaxy.bet | ⭐ | 🚀 | 🎲 | 🚀 on: October 21, 2022, 07:56:10 PM
But I made some research and got to realize this casino is new, so I think let's just try to give them more time to make some improvement by buying a copper account to present an attractive Announcement thread.
Good luck... Galaxy bet

Where did you get the information that the gambling site is new? According to the whois data, the domain was registered more than four years ago. The company, Galaxy Group Ltd, has been around even longer, although with a questionable history.

Code: (https://whois.domaintools.com/galaxy.bet)
Creation Date: 2018-05-15T06:45:27Z
Registry Expiry Date: 2024-05-15T06:45:27Z
Registrar: GoDaddy.com, LLC

Apparently, Galaxy.bet is just another brand of the Galaxy Group Ltd company. Before you deposit your money, do some research on these companies so you can make an informed decision. Some of the reviews that can be found online are quite worrying
It looks sketchy but I want to hear some explanation from Galaxy.bet first.
I don't know if Betjoe and other gambling websites from same group are even accepting bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

I found that at least some of the sites mentioned in the post have already been promoted on bitcointalk.org:

BUFF.bet - BUFF.bet | In-play| eSports| Sports| Casino| BTC, ETH and Litecoin accepted
BetEast.eu - Welcome to BetEast.eu ! Bitcoin Friendly Sportsbook, eSports & Casino!
VitalBet.com -  Join Manny Pacquiao's eSports site!
2095  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the best thing to do if this happens on: October 21, 2022, 06:40:56 PM
Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?

There are several solutions to this matter, this is just one example of how the scenario could play out. So, in order to make sure that the platform pays up your money in the event that they try to pull a fast one on you, you can use a mediator to act as a middleman between the two parties. This is a service that you can find online or chosen by the platform, but I recommend using an independent third-party mediator because they will be more likely to have no affiliation with either party, and therefore be less likely to take sides. This way, if the dispute arises, you can have a neutral third party arbitrate to help you make a decision on how to proceed and negotiate a fair settlement with the platform.

A mediator cannot force a gambling platform to give you your money. Their only job is to convince the platform to pay up your money as long as you have backed up your claim with proper documentation and evidence. But if submitting your case for review does not help resolve this matter, then the only thing you can do is take legal action against the platform in an effort to finally receive the prize money owed to you. This can be time-consuming and costly, so make sure that you have enough evidence and data to back up your case if you chose to proceed with this course of action.

Dakle, eto ga, ljudi. Kada su u pitanju online prijevare i nigerijski prinčevi, ništa se nije puno promijenilo u proteklih 30 godina. To je ista stara priča, s novim budalama koje padaju na nju.

You are right, this is always risky. The world is full of jealousy, envy and selfishness. I only share my success story with my close, trusted friend group and those who I see as being valuable in my life. Why? Well, because I'm not looking to be popular. I'm looking to build quality relationships with people who are on the same page as me, who will support me and vice versa. Also, I don't want people around me who are going to be jealous of my success or try to pull me down because they aren't achieving what I am.

I'm not saying that everyone is like this, but there are many people who cannot handle your success and will try to take advantage of you.
2098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Faucet and Bonus Farming on: October 21, 2022, 08:25:52 AM
I always say that you should use your own judgement when deciding about accepting bonuses in different kind of casino sites. The final decision is yours, but I think that you will agree with me if I tell you that it is a good practice to read the terms and conditions of every deal you will be participating.

You can't expect a casino to give you a bonus without expecting anything in return. It's just like when a company gives you an incentive to buy their product, they have something to gain from it as well.  So if you think that the bonus is too good to be true then it probably is. And as we all know, there's no such thing as a free lunch.

2100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Want KYC at Crypto Casinos During Registration? on: October 20, 2022, 10:41:22 AM
Some hours ago i was reading in the TOS of a new casino how they ask for pictures of both sides of your credit card as KYC, and that's really dangerous for the users because they are not exposing only their personal information... now they could lose the money from their bank account with carding  Sad
That's just a ridiculous requirement, and what is that supposed to prove anyways? Can the sensitive information (numbers) be blacked out or are they requesting everything to be visible in those screenshots? With that information, they have everything they need to make online purchases using those cards. That fact alone is enough reason to have that casino tagged. Can you tell me which casino that is? I would like to check it out. PM me if you don't want to write about it in public. I could open a thread about it.

Yeah, this is pretty crazy requirement, and I am generally skeptical of this practice. It seems strange that they would need photos of both sides of your credit card just to confirm your identity or to confirm that it's yours and not someone else's.

I've never heard of this being a requirement for any reputable company, and I personally don't think it should be. It seems like this would be a great way for scammers to get copies of your credit cards and use them to make unauthorized purchases, or to sell them to other scammers on the dark web. In fact, this is exactly how credit card scammers work! This is just another example of why it's important to be fully aware of what you're agreeing to when you sign up for a new service and to read the fine print - it can help you avoid getting surprised by unexpected requirements down the road.

@seoincorporation, would you mind sharing the casino's name so we can investigate further?
