Yeah your right bitcoin is unpredictable we are not fortune teller to know what exactly will be the price of bitcoin.. For me my speculation is around 700-900 value this is possible that i feel it will reach before end of this year.. Bitcoin prices is the one thing which is hard to predict as it changes too randomly . Even a person who has good financial knowledge cant predict the correct bitcoin prices. you are right though more or less we are able to say what the price is going to be after a few years, in my opinion it is going to go up and get to at least 2000 dollars I do not think the bitcoin price will go above $2000 this year. That could happen by the end of next year. The price will be $800 this year. I saw some tweets predicting $2,000 this year, although it looks unrealistic, but I hope it's true. but my prediction just like you, it would be around $700-800. |

It will totally depend on what skills you hold, if you have technical skills like programming or designing than you can earn more money, and you can also earn it by participating in signature campaign but the payouts are limited.

well, everyone is suggesting to trading or keep bitcoin in pocket and sell when the price hits good. I am gonna suggest you a different way to increase your bitcoin. Don't know that you will like it or not. You can open a lending service on this forum & just give loan to the trusted people with sufficient collateral. thus you can earn or increase your bitcoin.
It would take too much time increasing your 1btc capital in providing loans because you dont get a lot on any amount you give as a loan, but maybe that can be quite profitable because i never tried it or nor heard someone talking about this service if how stable it is. yeah right, it takes a lot of time. even an advantage in one transaction is not more than 0.01, still better to do a trade if you have a fund of more than 1 BTC. |

I think the bitcoin price is consolidating at the current $586 range for a few more days, it will rise to $600 next month. The 600 or the 620 dollars are just less than 5% from the current price, that is within the easy reach for the bitcoin price. I think the hack will be a positive effect on the price in the long term. It provided news coverage for bitcoin and it could help get more people to adopt the currency. Hopefully we'll get to $700 within the year. Yeah right it can be bad effect because many people are expecting for the price increase and now because of hacking the price goes down and people are panic to sell.. but i think this is not the reason that we need to panic sell because every year its happening if you remember mtgox and cryptsy this is just the same.. The thing with other people is they always expect the price to just go up and up, that is why when the price does not meet their expectations, they resort to panic selling. As has been said before, the price may go down by as much as 10% or even 15% in a flash, but it always finds a a way to recover. Right. Just like in the last price fall, the cause was about an exchange being hacked. It is not about the blockchain or bitcoin. But if the problem of the drop was about blockchain or bitcoin, then it is a different story. You should always study the causes of the rise and drop of prices especially if it is too fast. The exchange of Bitfinex hack is a big news. It means people will not store money in the exchanges, so the trading there will be lower, so will the price. and thats a really great thing in my opinion because people will not risk their bitcoins any more, dont worry about the price, it is going to recover in the near future Its recovering but not with that pace that we are expecting, recovery is very slow and not sure what price it will show us in next coming days, so fingers are crossed and hoping to see higher price. The bitcoin price is not recovering. It is bleeding slowly.
