2081  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam ICO with Fake team is lot more than you can imagine ! on: September 08, 2018, 03:31:57 PM
Yes and the crypto world is so unregulated, a legit ICO too would go SCAM if they feel it would be cool to do so.
With the relative success of ICO funding in 16 and 17 every one wants to come up with a funding to grow their novice and crazy ideas and mostly fail miserably as they haden't made any pre research of it. Take an example of Gladius, they had a perfect concept and working roadmap until their product didn't worked at all.
2082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Japanese Crypto Firm Snaps up a Deutsche Bank Heavyweight for Strategist Role on: September 08, 2018, 03:26:01 PM
Asia is leading crypto to the world. I would have wanted these projects came from Europe. Crypto seems to be in line with the principles of Swiss bank but slowly Swiss bank and all of Europe is accepting crypto. And Crypto is bringing the world together.
2083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH fail 2018?! on: September 07, 2018, 04:46:34 PM
LOL. That's a funny prediction. But yes, 2018 has been a bad year for ETH.
Mostly due to lagging behind it's immediate and superior partner bitcoin. Everyone in 2016 and 17 believed ETH is here to compete with bitcoin and bitcoin has rised a lot and it's time for Ethereum. But oh! we were wrong.
2084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alibaba Has Filed for over 10% of the World’s Blockchain Patents: Research on: September 07, 2018, 04:43:14 PM
No wonder Chinese are still for more than 50% what happens with the cryptocurrencies. They have more than 50% Bitcoin hashes, similar Ethereum hashes, almost all of Bitcoincash  hashes. Though the government has banned banking transactions for crypto, still crypto is widely used and accepted in China, more than anywhere in the world.
2085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: World Bank Bond Blockchain Offers Key Insights on: September 07, 2018, 04:24:14 PM
Using of blockchain in each and every financial ledger solves a lot of problems. And slowly the world would embrace it as such.
And it should not count the typical crypto as cash enthusiasts opinion as an opinion as they are limited to their own box.
2086  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin fall? on: September 06, 2018, 02:43:41 PM
Because it rose. The price is still above $6500 which is more than average of last six months. We are gradually moving towards a stabler rise in the price of bitcoin. Though in the same period, most of the altcoins had a poorer performance.
2087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO and Ethereum - Which would you choose? on: September 06, 2018, 02:23:27 PM
I chose both but both performed unsatisfactory in comparison to bitcoin in the last two years.
I have greater hopes with Ethereum as it is already one of the most used coins while Da hong fei is busy roaming around the world trying to convince people NEO is going to rise
2088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best coin to buy a cup of Coffee? on: September 04, 2018, 04:03:21 PM
Dogecoin is the best contender and is actually accepted in some of the restaurants and coffee shops. Bitcoincash is another popular and viable contender, many shops in china and east asian countries accepts bitcoincash for payments.
2089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin dark to the moon? on: September 04, 2018, 01:41:38 PM
This is a classic pump and dump action. Newbie investors should be cautious moving into such unnaturally bullish coin. No one knew about them a day ago and its interest exponentially increased after the pump. The coin would decrease the same way tomorrow how it increased today. I can bet about it.
2090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Football and Blockchain on: September 04, 2018, 08:39:20 AM
I have no idea about bounties from the ICOs of football related blockchain projects but there are quite a number of projects intended to support football through cryptocurrency.
James Rodrigez is going for his own personal coin to support football named JR10 token.
Brazil has already issued a token to support building academy in the country.
Many popular football players are endorsing football related or other types of ICOs.
2091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The name altcoin is boring on: September 02, 2018, 12:14:57 PM
Altcoins is a name given by the bitcoin and bitcointalk forum itself.
When bitcoin would start loosing its ground and other coins start to have larger marketcap than bitcoin, the term altcoins would be absolute.
2092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH ready to bounce back? on: September 02, 2018, 01:53:45 AM
And at the moment, ETH is increasing at a rate twice that of bitcoin. ETH would surely bounce back but the only hurdle for the price increase is the ETH themselves, they haven't solved the transaction problems and the congestion is getting higher than ever. If no actions taken quickly, ETH would loose much of it's ground.
2093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT DOES HODL MEANS ANYWAY?? on: August 26, 2018, 06:06:28 PM
This second interpretation sounds very interesting . once I hear the word hodl I always know is a bit more than hold. Just love the word.

Yes that's true.
As people above told, it is just kinf of memes, which came from ate mistake on the forum.
And now almost everyone , who involved in crypto uses HODL, but not HOLD Cheesy

And now it's not just limited to crypto but has spread to other economic markets like the stock market.
Even Investopedia has a detailed information about the word https://www.investopedia.com/terms/h/hodl.asp
And it's even listed as a word in the urban dictionary https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=hodl
2094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Automatic participation in the bounty. on: August 26, 2018, 05:48:07 PM
Nice to have all of these bounties automator listed in a place. But the largest problem with such bounties are they still need manual verification to prevent spams and loopholes.
So, they get even tedious than manual bounty. If the project is not concerned about most of the bounty being collected by bots than these are the prefect vessels.
2095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do we prevent or remove scams and frauds in ICO once and for all on: August 25, 2018, 11:54:17 AM
I see regulations from local authority to be the only way to prevent it. Every ICO need to be registered according to the local law and complete prerequisite works before issuing an ICO and should have an independent audit of work and investment. This way investors would feel more secure and the team would be more dedicated towards the success of the project.
2096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advertising at google or promote social media? on: August 25, 2018, 11:38:25 AM
Both of google and Facebook are a great advertising platform because both of them displays ads based on user's preference.
When you are advertising an ICO, you are guaranteed of getting 100% of your traffic through people interested about cryptocurrency and ICO and hence increasing your chances of success. But advertising only has nothing to do with overall success of an ICO like ubex.
2097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's buy zone for Ethereum below 600$ on: August 24, 2018, 02:19:02 PM
I can't say it below $600 but of course ethereum below $300 is like a free treat you need to collect.
It won't hurt you to buy Ethereum with everything you have when it's below $300 because it's worth at current time is well above that.
2098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MARKET!!! WHEN IT WILL END!!! on: August 23, 2018, 03:45:38 PM
It's hard to anlayze crypto market at the time. Some believe it would rise after September while some experts believe this bear trend would stretch to 19 but most o if them agrees the market would be better in 2019. So, holding would eventually pay.
2099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is here anyone holding large amounts in MyEthWallet.org? on: August 23, 2018, 03:39:00 PM
Myetherwallet holds nothing. It's just a window to your private key. Util and unless you keep your private key safe, your balances would be totally safe.
But you need to be continues about putting your private address anywhere. There are a lot of MEW clone that would steal your private key and hence your balance.
2100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deeponion (Best privacy coin ever) on: August 22, 2018, 04:19:56 PM
Seems like the deeponion project is back from dead and getting some buzz.
The team must have some remaining tokens to sell off as they already sold of a large portion of their holding previously.
I wouldn't expect anything from a team that can't explain it's own token distribution.
