to make double your btc, you must work in many ways, like trading, invest, gambling, selling and buying bitcoin for your friends. but you should be careful with invest and gambling because this two thing can make you loss all of your bitcoin without you realize it. trading can also make you loss your bitcoin, but actually you don't loss your btc but it change into altcoins and it will be up again when it will get down.

if i am not earn much of bitcoin in a day, i will not quit my day jobs, because if we have got high payment in day job while we only earn small-middle bitcoin, its not enough. so we should continue our day jobs and earning bitcoin in many ways, so somedays, i am sure that we can make big earning with bitcoin and then its time for us to quit our day job.

for long term investment, i am choose litecoin and doge but for the other, i will use it for trading daily because i can earn some bitcoin with that coins so my daily trading will earn bitcoin for future. i don't know for long term in other coins, but maybe i will hold it for some amount of other coins for investment like litecoin and doge.
