Se io uso una CDC ricaricabile su cui ho un credito, acquisto beni su cui pago l'iva.
Tral'altro la CDC Advcash presenta un credito la cui origine è generata non solo dal versamento di BTC ma anche da semplici bonifici, è una carta ricaricabile Mastercard nulla più.

Video demo could be a Video Guide, but not a video on "how it works", because you need time to set up and wait calculation/recalculation/market condition.
Result will be a video that could last hours and hours, so i will need to copy/paste video, but if i do something like that people could say that i'm "faking" the demo video Cheesy

Non credo che ci sia così tanto tempo per fare modifiche.
Che poi, paraculatamente parlando, ci mettono poco a rilasciare una versione da 2 MB in attesa che si renda efficace la modifica realmente scalabile (se realtamente scalabile sarà)

It's a General Option panel, not for C-CEX
It is used for example to discard orders with remaining quantity low (for example you sell 100, someone buy 98 and you want to consider the 2 qty remain as dust).
Same for Trades....
