2101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does this happen to you? on: January 06, 2016, 01:48:27 PM
Dice sites are crazy, I have only recently used them but have stopped now as it is far too easy to lose your BTC on a click and then if you stick on the auto mode which many have you could come back to zilch.

2106  Economy / Gambling / Re: HYIP = Gambling on: January 05, 2016, 10:46:15 PM
One other difference which is quite important, hyip most of the time will have scammed users most of them new to the scene wheras gambling is not scamming people in this way.
2107  Other / Archival / Re: Do all casinos hold large wins for a few weeks for "fraud inspection"? (84 BTC) on: January 05, 2016, 09:22:28 PM
Congratulations on this huge win, the 10 days would probably be a maximum turnaround time.  With the holiday season as well this could have raised the standard time a few days.  I really hope this all goes smoothly for you and well done again that is a great win.
2108  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dicecoin.io - how they refund my stolen money. on: January 05, 2016, 07:25:13 PM
This is good of them to refund your bitcoin but as edmundduke said, it is far more concerning how this happened.

2110  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think bitcoins will disapear or become unused? on: January 04, 2016, 06:10:15 PM
I can't really see bitcoin going away anytime soon if at all.  If we look at how far bitcoin has come in the last few years where we had a pizza being bought for 10,000 bitcoin to where we are now with companies using it and being taken seriously.

it will take another 5 years at least to see how far bitcoin can go and if it will sink or swim, I would like to say it will be around forever but who knows what will happen.
2111  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why is primedice restricted in some countries? on: January 04, 2016, 03:46:50 PM
Tons if not all the bitcoin sites are banned in the UK also, waiting for one of the big mainstream ones to pickup bitcoin, the likes of bet365 or paddypower would be great.
2112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mikie Tyson released a Multi Sig Wallet on Android a week ago on: January 03, 2016, 10:14:02 PM
Thanks for the info, along with everyone else in this thread I knew about the atm but not this.  It does look like Mike Tyson is well onboard with bitcoin.

2114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has anyone setup a Bitcoin ATM? on: January 01, 2016, 12:49:43 PM
I would think the location is one of the most important things, there is only one around my local area and it does not seem to be that popular from the times I have been in, if you can hit the right location you will be laughing.
2115  Other / Off-topic / Re: If You Won A Million Dollars.. How Much Bitcoin Would You Buy? on: January 01, 2016, 12:45:06 PM
This is a good question, I would think about 100k worth of bitcoin I would like to have to store away and then may 50k to trade against alts to see how I get along.
2116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where did Coinbase get my email address from? on: December 31, 2015, 10:23:42 PM
Probably an error on their part, they could have got your email from another company as these companies like to do and sent you the wrong template, maybe they're meant to email something else like a marketing email.

You could reach out to them via their site and forward them the email to see if it was legit or not.
2117  Economy / Gambling / Re: 50.000 FREE SATOSHI! - [ANN] BitRound - Guess the number and win the jackpot! on: December 31, 2015, 02:39:22 PM
Nice idea, what is the number range? this will be helpfull so we can have an idea of what the odds are.
2118  Economy / Gambling / Re: You ask how to win - did you know how to push your luck ? on: December 31, 2015, 02:32:42 PM
I dont think any system really works as a way to get rich, I think it is all down to random luck otherwise we would all be rich, I tend to play on how I feel and sometimes I win but mostly lose.
2119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is it possible mining litecoin using my laptop? on: December 31, 2015, 11:29:38 AM
Im just going to chime in here and say whats been said already, your wasting your time and electricity mining lite with your laptop, not to mention your laptop is going to be roasted from being flat out the whole time. laptop just doesn't have enough hashing power.

Agreed, it is not the best move.  I tried when I first came into bitcoin a couple of years ago to use my laptop to mine LTC and it was a joke so if you do want to mine you would probably be best joining a pool and renting a rig, although it could be just as cheap to buy some Smiley

And here is the mindcoin market : https://coinorium.com/market/30

Have never seen this one before and the volume does seem quite small so not sure on this one, will wait for one of the larger ones to come on board.
