A higher ranking member would receive more PÅQs; a three-tier payout. Plus, the more you post, the more you earn, up to three times as many. I only suggested creating new alts in case higher ranked members rather use their sig space for conventional means.

Well, obviously I don't need help with any math because I can easily calculate that May is still three months away: March (1) + April (2) = May(3).  Translated: I'll need help with virtually all aspects, ready to onboard any team member who's excited about Project YuTübopołis coming to fruition. There's not another entity on the planet willing to give away its coveted CEO position (among other C<->O positions) just for the asking provided the candidates have some sort of verifiable track record in performing their desired position/title.
