2101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [UNO] Unobtanium Info & Discussion - Update to 0.10 Wallet - Merge Mine w/BTC! on: November 18, 2016, 02:50:50 PM

UNO is at guild level;
next is dev'in Clients to utilize the unique dynamics UNO has to offer

Also once UNO establishes a solid $5 floor of support, entertaining 'family & friends' with the notion of getting 10-100kg is less of a MLM 'to the moon' garbage pitch ... and almost a guaranteed 'told you so' ... so mentioning it @$2 might be a worthy suggestion.

To pass $5 to $10 UNO will need to dev some solid client relations ... not many ... and they need not be big fish ... just enough to demonstrate that UNO is a functional 'crypto' commodity that facilitates trade, or better, provides means to house 'long term' value for those utilizing digital currencies.

I won't speculate beyond that.
As the road map will need to re-calibrate on discovery of 'World' adoption ... which even BTC has not yet cracked open.

in the meantime;
maintaining network nodes, growing more nodes, and discovery of base pair trades/market is a solid strategy for year 4.

I would say getting another exchange listing is a high priority, but I don't see a worthy exchange to petition, perhaps square is worth pushing, but already there, and I don't see it booming (yet), so running idle and focusing on the main exchanges UNO already has is where the fundamentals still reside.

Last note:
UNO trade volume is sort of flat until BTC decides to crack the top or test the bottom.
This is the case for every other crypto too!

Best is to ignore the btc spot and focus on $usd market cap.

ps .. I advocate a strong hand in LTC or DOGE to maintain pegs there vs. BTC.

List of Weirdnesses That Will Drive Up Crypto Prices:

the impact of Trump’s election – certainly the Inauguration-Day protests
the Italian Constitutional referendum
whatever’s goin’ on with Monte dei Pasche
Chinese yuan devaluation (folks wanting to ‘exit’ the yuan)
segwit? (Have I got this right? Is it a positive influence?)
Indian cash ban
other war-on-cash stuff (Sweden, and Australia’s Citi Bank)
various elections in Europe

Who wants to guess Bitcoin's price on Christmas morning?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2016/11/17/yellen-steams-ahead-with-fed-rate-rise-but-concerns-mount-on-dol/

i'll guess $650 btc on Boxing Day

i'm bearish btc has ignored testing bottom but can't crack the top, and has 3.5 years before a half on the daily inflation, but the Wierdnesses listed above could bump it to the next level.

IMZ you are correct, but i am sure that if anyone trys to covert +$10K is immediately under the eye of Zoran.

AND let's not forget about $$$millions held outside the state gates, in other nations, commonly called foreign reserves ... those guys need to crash the gates, trading for the Rupiee is suspended ... and I think this is an idicator of what will happen on a higher level.

“Imagine if in 24 hrs the $20 and $10 bills had no value and you had to exchange at a bank,” tweeted Andreas Antonopoulos. “That just happened to a billion people in India.”

the shadow economy, also known as the informal sector, the informal economy, System D, the grey economy, and often confused with the black market. The Hindu reported that 75 percent of India was employed by the shadow economy.

**note** re feds vs state
Some states, such as Virginia, enacted laws decades ago allowing for the possession of marijuana if individuals received prescriptions from doctors. Federal law, however, prohibits doctors from prescribing marijuana, rendering those laws invalid. Doctors can only write a recommendation for medical marijuana, which is different than a prescription.

so over HALF of the states allow medical (the only hold outs are super religious/white/redneck states)

for REC (my guess please correct)

washington
oregon
cali
nevada
colorado
alaska

mass
maine (maybe recounting)

Did we win?

http://www.ibtimes.com/marijuana-legalization-2016-which-states-will-consider-cannabis-year-2245024

Four other states voted on whether marijuana should be used for medical reasons. Residents in Florida, Arkansas and North Dakota voted yes, according to their election results websites. Residents in Montana voted to lift provider restrictions. Medical marijuana now legal in more than half of US states.

On election day, voters in five states were asked to decide whether the recreational use of marijuana should be legalized and so far, three have said yes. Official results have yet to come in for Maineand Arizona.  --- Clinton News Network

post election is hinting at
a Goldman VP or maybe Jamie Dimon heading Treasury.
[nothing changing in DC at the real core of power]

plus a redux of NeoCons from the Bush era in other agencies.

current mainstream media sound bite is the Trump will wreak the stockmarket ... ie ... he is scape goat Elect ... nevermind a 10 year bull run pumped with free cash in need of a severe market correction.

Vader
Well obviously the 10% refers to the coin total, not to the total premine (I think that is the usual way to express a premine, correct me if I am wrong). We are not trying to hide, just express the 10% as it is normally expressed in all ANNs

But you are right, it is the 82% of the mined coins and we own the ones you say. Your math is 100% right.

And really we are not dumping. Although I understand that is only our word, the team has a reputation (check cryptopia trollbox and ask about us).

I know there have been tons of scams, but I ask you to be patient and see... although that is up to you, and your refusal to participate and your doubts are totally understandable.

Regards.
