2101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is NFT still hot??? on: May 17, 2021, 10:57:16 AM
I wouldn't mind the memes. Don't be another victim, please.
NFT's are still looking good and in fact, it was getting better thanks to the confusion provided by Elon Musk.
Not Bitcoin, then what? Investors are now looking for other ways to invest in their money and they could bump to NFT's even if it has the slightest chance.
I would suggest just stay on that path rather than risking selling now. Buy more and harvest later.
2102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: May 17, 2021, 06:27:33 AM
I've been noticing Durant, even though the team has been on a 5 game win streak, he is barely ever playing like a superstar he is. 23 points today 12 and 14 in the previous 2 but he is averaging about 25-27 points per game for the season but I expect much more from him. Is he saving himself for the playoffs? Do you guys think he can turn it up during the playoffs and get the Nets into the later stages of the Playoffs? Maybe he just doesnt need to put up impressive stats as he has Kyrie and Harden who can easily elevate their game to next level at any moment.
The interview at the end of the game tells so. He said it's a good warm-up.
When it's needed, he will use all his techniques for a win. I am already satisfied that he is healthy and playing back.
I don't really expect more out of him because he had partners now that will lighten up the burden in both the defensive and offensive end.

The Wizards team have a higher chance to match with them as the Celtics are lacking one of their best player Jaylen Brown.
Durant, Harden, and Westbrook will meet again in the playoffs but this time they will be playing against each other.
Oh, it will be hot.
2103  Economy / Speculation / Re: Get ready for the inevitable, huge correction coming. on: May 16, 2021, 09:33:56 PM
When you look at it in a positive way, it's good that he is out at an early stage.
Before, we have this what we call shaky hands that would sell with a little dump. Elon is one of them.
I hope he does sell everything he got. Bring it back to circulation and let new investors have their chance to hold a precious coin.
Bitcoin market will feel the dump that he will do but it can recover in just a short amount of time. No doubt.
2104  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will grow in the next six months on: May 16, 2021, 10:58:04 AM
It's not even December yet and they are all in panic.  Grin
Those who had experienced it a lot of times will surely know why. It's not just Christmas that needs to be celebrated.

The pandemic had been a big punch to the economy but what the hell, Bitcoin didn't even plunge to a price that I want. Yeah, let my money in.
That proves a lot of things. Bitcoin is not that weak to be pushed with a fudster with rich followers. It could surge back and we won't even be ready for it.
2105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins with bright future like Bitcoin. on: May 16, 2021, 09:48:13 AM
Same with others thought.
Ethereum or BNB.
You might miss its cheaper price but you'll never know. It might still be in the process of getting a new all-time high.
A lot of investors are regretting not purchasing them before especially BNB at less than a dollar. Now, they are buying at an expensive price.
What if there is a time it will double it's value again?
2106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: May 16, 2021, 07:19:26 AM
Lots of games tomorrow, 15 in total, and this would be the last game of the NBA season.
https://www.covers.com/sports/nba/matchups?selectedDate=2021-05-16

Blazers have to win this game if they want to be in the top 6, if they lose, the Lakers will replace them as for sure Lakers will win against the Pelicans.

I can see now and I believe that Lebron is really back 100% healthy.
Holy cow. I just checked it and it's real. They are going to put all the games left in one day.
So, it will be finalized after all this game.
Western Conference:
LA Lakers or Portland Trail Blazers to take the 6th seed.
Golden State Warriors or Memphis Grizzlies for the 8th seed.
Nuggets and Clippers battling for the 3rd seed.
Eastern Conference:
Wizards (home) versus Hornets will be the game tomorrow and whoever wins takes the 8th.
Pacers have no chance to take the 8th seed whatever the results will be.  1-2 Hornets 0-3 Wizards. Pacers game doesn't matter anymore as the result will still be the 9th or 10th.

4. Knicks 40W 5. Hawks 40W 6. Heat 39W.
If Knicks lose, Hawks win, and Heat wins. = 4. Hawks 5. Heat 6. Knicks
Knicks lose, Hawks lose, Heat wins = Based on what I read, Heat will take the 4th seed because they swept Knicks even if they lost twice against the Hawks.
Then, Knicks will take the 5th seed for sweeping the Hawks.
Correct me if I'm wrong. Well, first it must happen which I think has a low chance. Why? It's Hawks vs Rockets.  Grin
2107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: May 15, 2021, 04:07:33 PM
I'd agree with wallet KYC's but never with online gambling sites.
It's one of the perks of using them and I'd very much like to let it stay that way.
I guess most of us would have the same opinion about it.

But, when it comes to withdrawal and a big portion of the money, maybe I'll be forced to do it. It won't hurt if it will be a one-time KYC but it would also cost them one customer as I would just look for a better site that won't let me do the same track.
2108  Economy / Economics / Re: Oil and war Good profit on: May 15, 2021, 12:44:32 PM
Even with the pandemic that happened you still think that way?
People learned how to make their job easier by finding ways to do them at home. That means less usage of their cars.
They also learned that using bicycles have dual purposes. Exercise and less expense.

There might still be a lot of companies out there who use oil but most of them are also aiming for green energy.
Did that change your mind already or should I go on?
2109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is it Americans doesnt join crypto bounties? on: May 15, 2021, 02:58:39 AM
Yes, you could put it that way.
Either they are the employer or the investor and not a micro worker like bounties.

You will just waste more time looking for bounty hunters that are Americans. Worse, others will fake their identity just like what happened already.
Then, let's also add the red flag given to you a year ago which makes the chances slimmer. You should at least clear that out first and try again.

Why the sudden resurrection from the dead?
2110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: May 15, 2021, 02:11:05 AM
Golden State Warriors team 2nd team trying to improve their game against the Pelicans.
It's just the 1st quarter but they are performing well. I guess because there is no pressure with this.
Their next game will tell though if they will still have this kind of performance while Curry and Green resting for a breather.
Stepping up their chemistry will be critical on that game against the Grizzlies.

Mavericks also trying to seal their position at 5th seed putting a big lead against the Raptors. Those who bet for high-rank seeds will have their way today.
2111  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders Don't easily lend out money. on: May 14, 2021, 03:33:00 PM
Is this coming from the experience? Maybe one of the forum members?

It's normal. But in case you did see how hard the life of the borrower is then do help.
I have some friends in the neighborhood that I saw being affected much by the pandemic and I really want to help them but just can't come over because I am too shy to tell so and also what if they didn't really need help and I am just assuming.
But, if they are the ones who will try to borrow money then I'd be willing to help. It depends on the case.
2112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Cardano really reach 20$+ near end of year? on: May 14, 2021, 08:22:22 AM
Market cap and volume. That's why it has the same deal as XRP. Both cannot go way far because of billions of coins flowing in the market.
Well, I'd choose the two rather than Doge.
Somehow, you could still see a future behind Cardano with its own product (blockchain and smart contract) and not a joke being hyped by popular people for their own profits. With similarities in the Ethereum project because of their founder, it's not hard to see why it should be one of the top coins that have more value in the market.
2113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: May 14, 2021, 05:45:45 AM
Glen Taylor has finally agreed to sell the Timberwolves, the deal will be signed in the coming days i guess. Afair, Taylor purchased the team for less than $100m back in the 90s and now sells it for $1.5 billion....not a bad turnaround. Grin
Damn, I didn't realize it was that long already.
What changes could happen with Twolves now with their new owners? I hope it will be a competitive change. Kevin Garnett times.  Grin

Suns won against the Trail Blazers. It's was a tight game but Booker was so composed with his free throw shots to give the Suns the lead.
Because of that, the Lakers still have a chance to make it to the 6th seed as long as they keep on winning their games or they could end up with a tiebreaker.

2114  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go below $40,000 on: May 13, 2021, 03:58:16 PM

Those tweets is little disturbance for the current strong movement of bitcoin and if those news made by Elon will slowly fade I'm sure bitcoin will bounce again, the current rate of bitcoin is pretty much decent and if you bough at he price earlier you are a lucky earners at this point. Maybe for now we can see a slow movement but I'm so so positive that in next few days we can feel the bull effect again.

I hate Elon for doing this, he can support a coin like Dogecoin but he should not disregard Bitcoin, Dogecoin is a clone of Bitcoin he should support the mother of all Cryptocurrency, he should retain Bitcoin and just add other coins based on buyer's preference, anyway not many people are buying and going to buy Tesla, it will not harm in a long term.
There's a better part over that. He bought Bitcoin and told the world about it. Then, he found a new one as if he could withdraw all that Bitcoin easily.  Grin
Just because of the energy consumption Bitcoin takes. How foolish is that?
Does that mean he is really a fool behind all this creation of his. Is he just the face of Tesla?
He didn't even make an effort to research about Bitcoin first before putting money into it. Wow! I can't believe this guy.

He said he didn't dump his Bitcoin. Well, that I will believe. He won't have the guts to sell it just yet or he just can't.
2115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to earn in crypto in 2021 on: May 13, 2021, 02:59:18 PM
I'd stay with the NFT hype while it lasts and cryptocurrency staking.
IMO, both have ownership and the risks are lower than trading, arbitrage, or whatever they call it now.

Ethereum is the first choice if you want a staking process that will happen soon. Heavily trusted and maybe it can claim back its better usage than other cryptocurrencies out there that gave a new option to transact cheap and with speed.
Passive income is what I always look for so I could still do my work while my money is moving unlike keeping it in my bank account.
Bitcoin is still top on my lists, it's passive in its own way.
2116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk supporting greener crypto on: May 13, 2021, 11:01:24 AM
Or we could simply say he is on target again with a crypto to talk about BS again.  Grin
Ethereum is my guess.
He doesn't go far with the top cryptos out there so that's my only bet.
His aims are really difficult to predict. What could be going on in the mind of Elon Musk? Following him is okay but you don't need to always do what he hypes around. As a small investor, I'd stay with the top ranks but not because he said so.
2117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: May 13, 2021, 05:12:02 AM
Mavs on the way to win against Pelican today, as they have a good lead in the middle of the 4th quarter now with 20++ cushion.
Trail Blazers won too. Lakers also did win. I thought Rockets will try to upset them as it was a close game.
Could've been a bad loss for the gamblers out there, and a huge one with x10 the bet if the Rockets win it without spreads.  Grin

How come a bad team will just lose 2 points against a Lakers team that had superstars in their roster?
Drummond, Kuzma, KCP, Harrell, and Morris.
These guys are known names and yet they are having difficulties winning with a Rockets team that had been banged hard by others.
Lakers don't have that intensity anymore unlike last year with Howard and McGee around.
I get it, James and AD are not around but that's just a Rockets team they are up against without John Wall, Gordon, and Wood.
2118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What have you bought with Bitcoin? on: May 12, 2021, 03:15:11 PM
That's cool.
My first buy? That's the problem. I have nothing to share yet. Every purchase was exchanged with fiat first and that's not the same.  Grin
But good luck with this and can we also see the stories being shared? Or we should still need to find it on Twitter?
I mean, will you also put the links in OP of those who shared their experiences? So that everyone could read it in this forum especially those who don't have any Twitter accounts.
2119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sumo betting seems rigged - can you make profit with it? on: May 12, 2021, 10:39:50 AM
I am not questioning if it is rigged, however, I am surprised as that really goes against the whole Japanese tradition and respect to sports in general. I know they are not above cheating in any regard, but still, it always seemed (and I think I watched somewhere where they talk about it) that they have the utmost respect to keeping sports as pure as possible. Oh well, modern times require modern solutions.
Indeed, respect and discipline. That's why it's not easy to believe this kind of rumor.
Well, if it's true it might just be in that circle of sports.
Use in our favor? Yes, but it requires the information. Where would we get it?
Many fake rumors out there and fake analysts could just be doing it for their own advantage. I wouldn't mind putting a little bet as long as the source is legitimate.
I will just think of it as a strategy of the wrestler to avoid fighting the stronger one in rankings. Perhaps that's the real reason behind it.
2120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gwei: How much at least? on: May 12, 2021, 08:24:02 AM
Hello,

how much Gwei do we need at least to send Ethereum?
Low is actually 170 Gwei.
Can we send it for 50 Gwei?
There is no hurry. Can take 1 or 2 days.
For now, it seems that you can no longer make transactions at 50Gwei, because the lowest Gwei fee is already more than 100 Gwei, so at least you have to make above 100 Gwei at this time because if 50 Gwei is certain your transaction will fail.
Not just that, you will have to wait for days before it prompts you to fail.
I would consider looking for a better option for now. Sell your Ethereum for another coin then just swap it back if you do really need Ethereum in your storage.
Like BSC chain or just using other coins that are cheap with speed. LTC or XRP or whatever coin you prefer.

Or, just follow what others had said above me. Pay more with speed or pay the average with slow service. The average is still way expensive.
