for me DOGE is like long term investment, for now, the rate is really low, and if you decide to buy DOGE, i suggest to buy in range between 35-39, i think its a good range. because if i see on the market, the rate is always move into that range, and if you want to sell, you can try to sell in range 39-41. many of my friends buying DOGE and selling in that range, and they said they can get profit.

nowadays, for mining altcoin i think its a good idea while we can get good profit like extrabyte said because the rate of altcoin is really good at this point and we can get more profit too.

there are many altcoin which have low difficulties to mining and i am sure if you have small until middle equipment, you should have a good profit when you sell it into bitcoin. maybe you can try to mining emc2, ltbc, flo, or else.

i am afraid when btc touched $400 i am not make much profit, but only small-middle amount and i think its enough for me for right now. but i hope in future i will make more profit when the rate is really up to $6500-$700.

i think paypal is not scam, maybe there is any new regulations from paypal because as far as i know, paypal is one of legit sites that gives customer protecting in transaction and as customer, we need to obey that regulations and rule from paypal. so if something happen with you and paypal, my suggestion is, better you contact paypal support system and make clarification about your problem. so far, paypal support system will help you if there is a problem happen with you.

maybe it can be happen in future, because beside we have an account in bank, we can have bitcoin in our account and this can make bank can make identify about sending and receive fund in bitcoin, and if someone make an illegal activity in that account, bank can easily to block the account and make clarify to the owner of that account.

i think fiat is still worthless because as long as bitcoin is not have legality from government, i think its hard to make bitcoin reach that amount, maybe it can, but people still trust on fiat as their currency. beside that, large people still using fiat, and only of us which using bitcoin as investment, trading, and gambling.

the OP can buy large bitcoin amounts in coinbase or localbitcoins or OP friends but maybe OP can make buy in few parts with many seller to get large BTC amounts and of course there is different rate between one seller with other sellers, and OP should make negotiation about the rate then OP can buy that bitcoin.

before we introduce bitcon into people, i think we should give them an explaining about bitcoin and we can give them an example of how to using bitcoin and make any transaction with easy. it should need hard work and there is no one can do without other people. so maybe you can make little group with your friends which using bitcoin and start to make a community and make meeting discussion group and ask people to join, then in that meeting group you can tell them about bitcoin. its really need hard work to do this but after you success, then people in your city will appreciate to you and make bitcoin as payment soon.
