Hi I am reading this Merit system and people are claiming it wil stop spam.
But I did not understand how it stop spam. Spam will stop when you enforce some check to curb the spam or punish the spammer.
Adding one more point for advancement of rank only stop people advancing rank.
One think I am not understanding from where people get impression only lower rank member spam and legendary/Hero cannot spam.
If we want forum constructive, legendary are more experienced and a new rank created on top of them that make a competition between them and I think we might really see some good articles but instead we distributed free pass to them.
There is no fix guideline how to give merit . (Oh Tom like Harry post so he will give merit to Harry is rubbish, Some criteria to be fixed when the post is worthy of merit). I think this will just create new type of market like buy and sell of merits/ buying of legendary accounts etc.
Within an hours we have examples of system abuse (where people get Merits for worthless post) Nobody know in future how much this merit system will be abuse.
Again leaving all things behind, Administrator please explain clearly what problem we are trying to solve here.
If it is spam , how it will be stopped when there is no system to punish the spammers.
If it is for creating some constructive in this forum then why the most experienced in this forum are exempted to do anything positive in this forum?

I do not know, I am not able to quote anyone in this forum.
But I saw that post and profile suggested by Dvach.
Some body have merits in profile, when just replying like "Good News" , "Available in TradeSatoshi" , or some ramdom post of current market rates.
If people are judging the people post , then how it is guaranteed it will be fair. Might I like that post but for somebody else it was commonsense.
Better system I guess, We should do not allow any member to start any thread on there wish to stop scam.
When somebody wanted to start any thread, there should some proper requirement check for them.
Moderator on that thread should able to decide, to whom merit can rewarded or not. (Second level review can also be placed for the people who get merit to ensure that there post were worthy or not).
I do not understand how the system help when person giving merit to another person without any good fixed guideline.
every person can have different taste and different criteria.

Whitepaper is being finished very soon - meanwhile GLT Main dev starts coding already. Right now he is merging the latest BTC updates and bugfixes into GLT Code to be up to date! Stay tuned! I just got interested in SAFEX, but just decided to go through the earlier post and I find below points.
1. Incapable dev, that struggled in giving wallet .
2. Some newbie giving experienced advice (by making first post) to experience holder here.
3. Mentioning of fact liberland official currency and dev is ambassador of liberland (altough they have nothing to do with coin development, but did not provide any proof of this off topic news also, so definitely a lie)
So my honest opinion is , it does not look like good investment, may be you generated profits, may be you again generate profit in SAFEX, but 2 year is more than enough time to release a product.

It is because people are stupid , people are still buying bcc after it has been proved a scam. When someone wants to believe in a project they won't care what people tell them. They will blindly follow.
I do not think people are stupid, They are just greedy. They know, they will sell the scam coin to some new guy in higher price and get profit. 90 percent coin are just scam coins created by scam developers. How can people having access to internet can be stupid and blind. They are just blinded by greed and when scam exposes they act like they were blind. |

do you know when they give reward to participants? They want your Home address and your valid government id, Don't you think they are asking too much in the name of KYC in airdrop. What is current worth of Polymath token? In which exchange they are listed? I am ok, till giving my phone number, but government id and home address is too much, (In the world of crypto where main objective is anonymity and decentralization). |

I think it is important for any coin to get listed on multiple trusted exchanges. The more the better so things don't go bad when one exchange is in maintenance or something
Yeah - it's hard to get a read on what is going on price wise if it is so hard to buy and sell. Hopefully these exchanges get on the ball. Hopefully the COLX devs hear back from the exchanges they applied for. If COLX can get listed on Kucion, Cryptopia and CryptoBridge, that will be a huge boost. Cryptopia and CryptoBridge Listing is Paid (11.5 BTC paid worth of DOT/ 0.5 BTC for Cryptobridge!!!) and in process. <7 Days COLX will be listed on 1 of these Exchanges for sure! Still waiting for Cryptopia. Dev Team paid about 11.5 Btc worth of DOT!! Are you confient Cryptopia will make a turn? I could not do any trades with LTC or DOGE for more than a week and the BTC fees + minimum trade value required are not a good environment for coins of low value - so for now, that sucks i think... I'm interested in why you think Cryptopia will be a strong support, because i am keeping my distance from Cryptopia for some time. CoinExchange is pretty rad though. I think instead of paying hefty fees to cryptopia, they might get listed in coinexchange, where all 4 pairs (BTC,DOGE, LTC,ETH) pair exist. Shame on Cryptopia that cannot handle all markets but still interested in listing coins for hefty fees. I just hope all thing will go fine from here on. |

I think we are doing good here. EXTN is super stable even with the 17% decrease of Bitcoin and all alts. which also means that this price is the best to buy EXTN since it's not going down any further.

There is new trend, find a coin, that is very cheap, like price less than 10 satoshi and supply in some millions,then buy this coin, it does not matter whether there is any product. I saw people buying coin in exchange that have no information, who developed it , what the purpose of coin, Thinking of working product and roadmap is distant dream from them. On top of it there are some scammer in chat of exchange who is promoting a scam coin and some people are actually buying it also.

In Current market scenario, When all coin are going in bottom direction , I think only Extensive coin is holding it ground firm, Fluctuation of coin price in day to day basis is also not very much. I hope it information get listed on coinmarketcap.com, that will increase more awareness about this coin.
