2121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin IS an asset. Do you think it's bad? on: May 15, 2023, 04:57:37 PM
Hello everyone.

Lately, I've been talking with a lot of people on this forum and before that, I really thought that most people here treat Bitcoin as a technology that gives us freedom and represents ideas of satoshi, but I realized that everyone I talked to treat it just like an asset to invest in.

I have as well come across your post about that and I believe I did comment on one of them talking about bitcoin as an asset. Actually, from the history and beginning of bitcoin, Satoshi designed it in a way that Bitcoin could serve as money in our day-to-day life activities. Bitcoin could be used as real-life digital cash to purchase goods and services but the unfortunate happened, at the early stage, the whales manipulated the market causing the holders to sell under panic not knowing that was an intentional act for them to take over the market and it worked out as they planned to cause the weak hands to sell under pressure until it was realized that they were tricked but before they could realize it, it was late.

However, bitcoin is a volatile asset and as such does not need to be stable because already, people have also started to see bitcoin as a store of value which means one can convert their assets while storing them in bitcoin. So far, bitcoin is seen as a new financial technology that has come to take the place of fiat with good possibilities and growth as it extends to all sectors of the economy far and wide all over the world.
2122  Economy / Gambling / Re: MegaPari is nominated for the BSG Awards 2023 on: May 15, 2023, 12:49:10 PM
Awards are rewards for good service delivery and encouragement to the recipients to do more in rendering quality Services to the public in line with their services rendered. Megapari has done well to have been shortlisted. So therefore, I would say  Congratulations for being shortlisted for the BSG Awards. This shows how committed and consistent you have been in the casino industry.
There is also a sayings that says" to whom much is given, much is expected"  I would also urge the team to be abreast in what ever delivery they make here. Transparency and credibility is another factor they have displayed which have seen them through in the cause of their campaign and other services here and moreover, their signature campaign manager @Royse777 was at top-notch delivering  the  advertising/ publicity campaign of which was a huge success.

Once again congratulations on your achievement.
2123  Economy / Gambling / Re: BCGame Affiliate Program Issues on: May 14, 2023, 11:56:53 PM
I see bcgame to be a good and reputable casino and for a long time there have not been any much complaints against them and their activities here is transparent and reliable but you know, things changes likewise same way things happens. This is not a good situation to have happened. If there is anything wrong with the casino no one knows as these are just mere signs one should take not of before the unfortunate happens and one ends up making huge loss as a result of membership of that casino. Cutting down cost is as a result of inadequacy and poor management. Probably, this casino must be undergoing done sorts of shake up whichever ways and decided to take such drastic measures without putting into consideration those that are affiliated with huge followership to their casino.
Every one should take caution and be on the alert. This is how such scenario begin without any notice then it results to something uncontrollable which should have been averted early enough but before it could be realized, the unfortunate or the worst has already happened.
2124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You are still very early on: May 14, 2023, 11:40:54 PM
Accordingly, it is true that bitcoin supply is nearly 21,000,000 which makes it a scarce commodity to the teaming population of over six billion in the world. Out of this total number in population just 99.99% of them are yet to get the awarenes and possibly adopt the bitcoin in their various localities.  Just reason a situation like this at this stage you are holding at this price and when the whole world decides to go the bitcoin way meaning that any little fractions of bitcoin would mean a lot compared to now. This should tell you clear that we are still in he early stage and as such still early adopters of bitcoin.

Lastly, bitcoin price is currently low compared to the last all time high last year. At this price, one with clear vision about bitcoin could say this price to be be cheap as it is now compared to the price it was previously. Any one who has seen the clear vision of global adoption and plans of long term holding should know that at this price, one can get a good volume while holding it for the long awaited bull run and possibly massive adoption. Then, you would see the beauty and value of what you have been holding for such a long term.
2125  Economy / Services / Re: [jv]My adsense account+your traffic. on: May 14, 2023, 11:18:30 PM
OP this offer of yours is very enticing but yet dangerous. From my quick check on your profile, you are a newbie with no reputation here or audience not to talk of having a positive feedback from anybody here and you expect members to patronize you when in the real sense you could abscond with the website owners fund accrued in your adsense account.

I think it could be okay this way ;
If you can surrender your AdSense to any reputable high ranked member here for an escrow Service based in your agreement with them that would call for transparency and credibility as the funds in the account would be safe and secured for both parties as no one would be worried over the other part absconding with funds meant to be shared amongst the parties involved.

I think you should consider this and possibly explore other options as well because this is a thing of funds and access to account.

I will also advise anyone dealing to be cautious while dealing so as to avoid unforseen circumstances in the nearest future. Do the needful before engaging.
2126  Economy / Services / Re: [Price-check] price of signature space of an average hero rank poster on: May 14, 2023, 11:03:59 PM
In terms of signature it is the managers that decides that for their campaigns based on what agreement they must have had or reached with their clients to promote their various projects.

So far, based on my experience onboard this platform with respect to signature campaigns, hero ranks mostly share same pay rate as legendary rank which means that they are likely of the same payment schedule. Most managers pay rate varies from $70 to $100.

While for private rentage, it depends on your reputation and influence onboard the platform. Your ability to communicate here and potentials as well. This is exclusively  for members who have proven themselves worth the services and have been up and doing onboard the bitcointalk platform. Most of their payments are someworth private depending on the terms of agreement between both parties involved so far.  I am curious as to why you have asked such a question when in the real sense you are a hero rank and as such must have had several signature campaign experience compared to myself based on your rank on this platform.
2127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My step to promote bitcoin on: May 14, 2023, 09:54:46 PM
No offense, but the sticker tagline is giving me scammy vibes, and that's definitely not the vibe you want people to be getting. I prefer stickers with a more interesting message such as "defund the state"(on the top of my head) and such.

I actually have no clues what the message OP is trying to pass across as it is not clear from my end here what the sticker is all about but i believe for OP to have done such, he has the good intentions of passing across the bitcoin good news to the masses through a better and convenient for them to understand how the process works. Irrespective of how he has done it, he has done a good job by advertising and promoting bitcoin in his locality despite the fact that he is also new to the system.

This idea of yours to OP sounds weird as well "defund the state" telling them such does not seems clear you know. All reasoning are likely not the same. We have no clues where OP is from to be telling him to use such headings do you not think that alone would likely scare them away if they see the choice of words of that nature?  Your location and OPs location varies likewise the way words send signals and meanings coupled with the reasoning of the people over there which we can not tell.
2128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Whitepaper seen in the street of Edinburgh, Scotland on: May 14, 2023, 09:26:12 PM
In as much as bitcoin is yet to gain the much publicity and awareness it desires, all forms and mediums of communication are welcomed as long as they stand for the sole goal and aim of promoting the bitcoin movement.

OP has done well likewise whoever made that logo out there. I have read comments here about the logo but at least you should know that this medium adopted is very daring and I strongly believe it would last longer looking at the material used and the way it was produced.

My stand on this is, irrespective of the fact that this method has been adopted by many but it seems to be an easier way to communicate with the public, passersby, and close by vendors rather than walking from shop to shop, house to house, wanting to talk to anyone who passes by the roadside telling them about bitcoin. This is more of a better way to reach out to the masses. Every single individual who passes there would definitely be attracted by that big massive logo just like one of the posters here said and it would definitely attract them leading to their curiosity to know more about Bitcoin which would take them further into googling about Bitcoin. If in a day out of the hundreds of people that passes there ten persons minimum are being onboarded as a result of their curiosity and interest, that would be very massive because they too would also go about the bitcoin adoption campaign in their various locality.

Whether this format is old or new it does not matter as long as it is doing the work for which it was designed that is what matters. If this could be replicated in bitcoin-friendly nations with no Bitcoin restrictions, I think there would likely be an increase in bitcoin adoption. This could go along way.
2129  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ NowDice.com 🎲 Low House Edge 🎲 NO KYC! 💰 Jackpot 💰 on: May 14, 2023, 03:10:43 PM
--------

Even worst, after many users here in this forum found this bad act of using bot to make the livechat looks alive, the owner keep the bots although he had reduced the frequency. He should stop it once user caught it some time ago but he did not even give any response about this bot. Sorry to say but this site is already failed in the starting stage and I believe there is no real player who play in this site since the 1st day. If OP want to continue this site, he should learn how to be honest about his site.

It is concerning to see that the OP has not been active in this forum or responded to any questions since May 8th, despite being active on the forum just two days ago. It seems like he is not interested in engaging with the community or accepting any criticism or suggestions. Moreover, the lack of transparency and the dubious activities he has engaged in so far are alarming. From the chat filled with bots to fake statistics and betting activity, to falsifying contact information and physical address of the business, everything indicates that this could be a possible scam. It's possible that they are just waiting for a significant deposit to run away with the money.

I would advise everyone to exercise caution and thoroughly research any platform before putting in their hard-earned money. Don't fall for empty promises and shady schemes that have the potential to leave you penniless.

Well, I checked too same thing. OP was last online on  May 12, 2023, 02:48:45 PM and has not yet responded to some of the questions of enquiries asked about their casino. At this juncture, I assume maybe OP must have related all our observations, complaints and review to the casino team and management for further actions. Since it is a new casino, I will not say further while waiting for OP return to update us with developments ongoing with their casino as the case maybe but  for now I will have to remain calm waiting for them but if they fail to hid to our inputs with no effects on their casino,  then I will conclude that this casino is nothing near genuinety but scammers they are.
2130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does it take to become a Bitcoin investor on: May 13, 2023, 11:04:07 PM
what does it really take to become a Bitcoin investor .does it mean that if you own a considerable amount of Bitcoin in your wallet you are now a Bitcoin investor or there is more to it aside having a basic knowledge of crypto currencies
For becoming Bitcoin investor there no need of any knowledge. when you buy any amount of btc without any knowledge you will be called Bitcoin investor. It's is same like you buy car having no knowledge of driving. you will he owner of this car but It will be more beneficial when you have knowledge of driving. similarly buying btc will make you investor but it's proper benefit can be obtain when you have atleast basic knowledge of crypto and how this holding will benefit you in long term.
If you have no knowledge, how can you buy bitcoins? Moreover, investing in bitcoin without knowledge is like gambling, I wouldn't call it investment but gambling. We do not buy or invest in anything, especially bitcoin, without having knowledge of it. The goal of investing is profit and to earn profit requires knowledge and experience.

As an investor, the first and foremost thing that you must do before investing into a project or business is you knowing about that business, the ups and downs, the good and the bad otherwise it is more or less you gambling just as you have said. One needs to know and have a sound knowledge of what they are about investing their funds into so as not to be taken unawares by he market volatility, trends and storm just as it is now the ordinals attack on the bitcoin chain.  Having a sound knowledge of your bitcoin investment prepares you for the mental and traumatic stress if there is any in the course of holding depending on the terms of holding it because it is not guaranteed that the market would be smooth as your plans and toughts are.
2131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 'Attack on Bitcoin’ Claims Circulate as Transaction Fees Climb Higher on: May 13, 2023, 10:44:59 PM
It's not a free attack  Cheesy Cheesy and that's satisfying, since someone is paying for this I hope they can keep up as time goes on, there is always a end to everything and Ordinals will one day become a past story, let them keep attacking Bitcoin, as the only way they can keep attacking Bitcoin is spending a lots of money, the true winner is still Bitcoin.
Keep draining down their pocket Bitcoin, if you are going to go down at least there will be a larger consequences on the attackers side ..
Lol 😆. So satisfying.

I have known this since the story of ordinals came up and i had known they were up to something which i could not really decipher what their plans were. I had known that things  were  not well. Well, my own happiness is that the ordinals attack is gradually fading away and that those bankrolling them would soon see it that they wasted their funds and succeeded making miners richer than they could expect so soonest. They never had the thought of the previous attack on bitcoin which did not see the light of the day years back before they came up with another scheme which they could not succeed.

Bitcoin is an entity that has stood the test of time on its own now and i believe no matter what and how the pressure and propaganda is schemed, it can not in anyway surpass bitcoin existence in nature.
2132  Economy / Services / Re: [$50/week] 1/3 signature ad spaces + avatar available (Avg. 30+ posts per week) on: May 12, 2023, 07:40:32 PM
OP, you have a good idea but I think this idea would only be feasible with organization that has to market their various products visibly to the audience. This advertisement would go in three partition for them if they want it so.

For instance,  I was doing a check on boards when I came across a particular organization promoting s second phase of their product here and it was entirely a different thing from their initial altogether. Not only that I saw another too promoting another phase of their product. The first I saw on gambling board while the second I saw on Service board but I would not mention their various names here.

I think these are the types of promotinal campaign and advertisement needed for your services OP. If you mean different organizations entirely coming together to rent the signature space on thread with different partition, i think it would not go down well as each organization is an entity on their own and would love to promote their product on a single platform without anybody sharing the same space with them.

I think you have a good point to reckon with OP.
2133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Purebet.io - The first on-chain sports betting aggregator on: May 12, 2023, 04:55:42 PM
OP I see your casino platform is a decentralized betting system. Does that means you do not request for KYC? Why is the site not taking us directly to the main page but a page which will be needed to click before it takes to the real page itself.

Another thing I noticed was the use of words. Why do you call it exchange when in the real sense it is a  casino if I am not mistaken.

Is there no means where by one can make deposit aside connecting wallet to the website?  I am curious to know more about your casino and lastly your introduction seems boring with no visuals. I think you should edit some if your literature as it is too bulky. Nobody would be comfortable spending much time reading those stories.

Atleast you have been advised to do some needful things which would be o benefit to you and your organization. Do well to apply those principles otherwise you are on your own.
2134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I won £50 - should I use it to buy Bitcoin? on: May 12, 2023, 04:16:03 PM
I received my £50 prize yesterday.
Congratulations on receiving your prize yesterday. It is nice you received it.

The gov seems to be quick on telling me that I won, but slow on transferring the money ( surprise, surprise ).

That is one thing with the government when it comes to payment or anything that involves cash. The delay in payment is hell. They will tell you there are laid down procedures for payment process to scale through. They will find every possible means to scrutinize you, the payment and to know where such fund is coming from before anything takes place so if they find any fault, they would take the money and pass charges against you so they do not pay you but the Same government officials and politicians are at it embezzling funds meant for public use and nobody is going after them but they will find all means to take away the little  you have added to their own.

I belive you get same day credit if you decided to leave your prizes with them.

Sir, leaving my prize with the government is not feasible as they can not be trusted. They are not tired of looting.. I think my little prize would be good enough for me to take it and help the poor and needy as the case maybe. That would make me satisfied as I did it myself instead of the government.
2135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the fate of BTC payment now on: May 12, 2023, 03:31:21 PM
For the first time since 2022 I have officially put an end to Bitcoin payments on my business until further notice, I have gave few people some discount advantages to spread news about Bitcoin and now I am not so sure anymore, I can't even afford $5 per Bitcoin transaction, and also my customers that are surety when it comes to Bitcoin payment have all halt.

Ordinals looks like it's here to stay, I don't believe that Ordinals is like ICO because they are different. And Ordinals came in a bear market, imagine what this will do to Bitcoin in a bull market.

Is there any business owners accepting Bitcoin still? How are you doing it? Is there any way to go around this? I will appreciate, because I don't want to stop accepting Bitcoin, I have my long term plan and accepting Bitcoin as payment have helped so far.

I understand how it feels mate that your expectations in regards to bitcoin payment was cut short but that should not be a thing of concern to you.

Putting an end to bitcoin payment on your business isn't a cool one you know because customers are already aware of the happenings. You are indirectly telling them that you do not deem it fit for payment irrespective of the ordinals attack. There is a better way of doing such rather than coming up with that direct actions.

It is optional interns of payment for goods and services. If any customer of yours  can afford to pay with bitcoin including the fees that's no problem and if they insist you have no option than letting them pay as to making sure you satisfy your customer and that alone Will make them come back with more customers in refference to buy more. This is business and as such should be treated as business. Do not stop any payment process for your customers let them make their choice in payment  option.
2136  Economy / Gambling / Re: $100 to $2519 on Strikebits.com today! on: May 12, 2023, 01:24:44 PM
Oh boy! OP's marketing fireworks ignited a firestorm! Let's pause and dissect. Can we judge an entire casino on one tale? Do we generalize, assuming everyone shares the same fate? Stay cautious with gambling sites, but remember: individual stories vary. It's like life's chocolate sampler, each bite a surprise! Let's learn from OP's drama. Approach gambling with skepticism, a detective's eye. Don't let a single review or victory sway you. Stay sharp, stay watchful. Lady Luck? She's a fickle mistress!
Everyone has a unique story to tell in order to lift or relocate monetary assets to another region. I'm not readily moved by these positive evaluations about a gaming site; desperate people will do desperate things to get to their destination, we all know that. Staying cautious with all gambling sites you encounter because most of them are shady, experiencing one of the most terrible events in my life when I invested in a scam gambling site all because my friend was anticipating in it, he made some dollars while I made known, from that day forward, I never have a clue on gambling sites because I see the new ones as scam.

Most times, all these testimonies are nothing but fictions. They never happened but they want to make it like something that happened deceiving unsuspecting investors to tap into their scam and fraudulent act and after that, they run away with the funds they have gotten as a result of their tricks. I can not fall into that shaddy scam as I already know their gimmicks. It's funny sometimes how people fall for such tricks without proper examination of what they are about going into. It's unfortunate though.
2137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: May 12, 2023, 10:47:21 AM
To add up to what you have said OP. Most of those gambling to loss do not just do that on their own. Most are sometimes intoxicated and would want to accept anything that comes up just to prove a point to others that they are man enough to withstand anything in that case they begin to loose out and entirely everything is fine before they realize themselves they have lost all they have won and cam e with. This is my advice do not accept challenges at casino grounds sometimes it might be challenging amd  daring but do not try it to please anyone because most of the challenges you enter to prove yourself as Aman I casino grounds are nothing but traps to luring you to playback so they could manipulate the whole process for to loose everything again. Be wise, be smart. Do not fall for their tricks. Play according to your plans and schedules.

This is a good idea you have shared OP. I am curious to know more about this. Do whirlwind have their own mining farm or they are affiliated to another mining farm let us know because from what I see, whirlwind are mixers and I believe they are doing just fine with that investment. How come So soon it is a mining farm with a 12% APR daily yield rewards. Is it not worth explaining so we could know?

Lastly, it seems there is a glitch while you were trying to upload your image content. I think you should try uploading it again or you edit and do the needful so as to help give proper pictorial explanations.

OP, in as much as you are trying to do a good job, atleast while doing it here, you should be able to coordinate your thread properly. Your  actions of replying in a row seems too occupied. You alone cannot make up a thread with your reply alone, do well to quote reply questions and opinions together so as to create room for coordination and orderliness on your thread.
I suggest you have a look at it then do the judgement yourself.
2140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My friend's investment in Bitcoin on: May 11, 2023, 06:32:48 PM
OP you have had the experience with bitcoin so I must say all you must have told your friend about bitcoin must be genuine without ill intentions.

You should also tell your friend not to click on links he sees or received via email on any device on which he stored his asset because scammers and hackers are always alert looking for who to invade their privacy as to get access to their informations and details to steal their assets and funds.

Lastly, do well to recommend good and well secured wallet for your friend to store his bitcoin, advise him on the dangers in holding his assets and funds with third party exchange as they are not safe and trustworthy to hold funds and assets.
