if you want to order with BTC use western union as checkout and put in notes that you want to pay with BTC i'll then contact you to send payment.

Got my order placed on the site.  Waiting for BTC payment instructions now.

Hey Bogart I have BTC option fixed so no need to use Western Union just re checkout and choose bitcoin (coinbase)
2122  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy #3] OPEN GRIDSEED miner BTC/PP/WU worldwide $199.99 USD on: March 08, 2014, 05:52:43 PM
The edit address function is not working. The workaround is to add another address. But, there is no way to fix the default address.

I'll look into this tonight would you mind letting me know what browser and version your using?

So my question to any really experienced coder could this be possible? I'll pay well if you can make this idea a reality.
2126  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy #3] OPEN GRIDSEED miner BTC/PP/WU worldwide $199.99 USD on: March 08, 2014, 12:43:26 PM
Just a quick update on this I have a few users who are buying large bulk quantities which will surpass the minimum order for these puppies. I will get the site fixed ASAP and order will more then likely be submitted by monday. I am not 100% sure how reliable and fast gridseed is on shipping the units out but my courrier will be sending FEDEX express and i'll be packing and sending out same day I receive with FREE usps priority shipping.

You find 10 pack prices cheaper then what I offer let me know and I'll see if I can work something out. Any resellers or people who want to setup large scrypt mine farms and order 50+ units send me a PM if you still feel my price is unfair.

I can also offer US domestic drop shipping for any resellers who order in bulk! Tracking and signature confirmation for your best interest come free!

Bitcoin payment module is fixed I have removed BTC as a currency option so when checking out just choose USD at payment option choose coinbase as payment option BTC price is based on coinbase exchange rates.
2130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: My altcoin idea *Mobilecoin* ASIC Proof on: March 07, 2014, 03:48:34 PM
its a cool idea yes but the problems will be the heat, most graphic chips on the sellphones are not cooled properly. So this would be high risk to destroy your sellphone

True but it could be covered under warrenty if it was approved on app marketplaces possibly. Nothing is impossible though it could be something as simple as a flappy bird type game that lets you 'mine' the coins on a point system then or something it would need some ingenious thinking on how to make it work but to me its something different and i'm tired of seeing all the coin clones we need something new and different.

2132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / My altcoin idea *Mobilecoin* ASIC Proof cellphone based cryptocoin Hiring DEVS! on: March 07, 2014, 03:00:16 PM
So this was only an idea i've played around with making altcoins but this would be past my personal skill level.

The idea essentially dawned on me when I was looking up some bitcoin apps for my cellphone.

I started thinking they've had apps to mine litecoins and dogecoins with your cellphone using the scrypt algorithm so why not make a coin that is based on cell phone technology for mining?

Practically everyone has a smartphone now a days having a built in mobile app wallet gives you access to your funds at all times of the day.

It made sense when I was thinking about it so why not have an app wallet and a app mining program for this coin make it to where its not able to be mined with GPU or ASIC in some way or another not really sure if its possible but the idea is different then all the new altcoins coming out.

At the end of the day when you plug your phone in turn on the mining software start hashing an start hashing away at new coins.

This is just a rough draft on the idea if you like what you read and think its a great idea send me a PM maybe we can make this into more of an idea. I've always liked the thought of turning on my phone and using it for mining. So why not have a coin that's specifically based for smartphones?

your bitcoin prices are way out of wack on the site. 2.75 btc for 1 ltc miner with controller and psu. way too much
The bitcoin pricing is broken right now while I am working on rebuilding with the ninja updated API for now if you want to order with BTC use western union as checkout and put in notes that you want to pay with BTC i'll then contact you to send payment.
My order has been placed per these instructions.

Small nitpick - Your website lists "Mini-USB cables". I thought these things took Micro-USB?

They're the correct cables USB2.0 A to mini B is the type they use.

Android wallet is fine

Do android wallets store private keys within the cellphone itself? I would think that this answer would depend on which bitcoin wallet app your using.
2138  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy #3] OPEN GRIDSEED miner BTC/PP/WU worldwide $199.99 USD on: March 06, 2014, 05:23:54 PM
I have gotten constant PM's about "I want to buy 10-50 how quickly will you get your miners to ship out"

I need 200 minimum to order if everyone who's pmd me wondering this orders today at 25 each I would have about 600 units I would need to order which will speed this group buy up A LOT faster. So please refrain from PM'ing me and asking how long is wait on shipping and just place the order so we can get this on the move. From the time I reach 200 minimum orders submit payment and have express shipping it would take a week give or take a few days to get to me. That is if gridseed ships out when they say they do which it seems like there hasn't been any issue with this.

2139  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy #3] OPEN GRIDSEED miner BTC/PP/WU worldwide $199.99 on: March 06, 2014, 02:27:56 PM
Since this group buy isen't moving quick enough to my liking i'm going to drop single unit purchases to $229.95

I'll be adding 5pack purchases for $219.99

and 10 pack purchases for $199.99

Accessory packs will be included separate, this price update will be reflected tomorrow the 10 ordered will receive refund difference of the price. Hopefully the improved price will move this along quicker.

For bulk orders of 100 units or more please contact me by PM.

So if I wanted to order 10 at $199.99, how would I do that? The website doesn't list the price discount. I did a test run through the site, and the "pay with Coinbase" option results in an error, "Coinbase: 401 Authorization Required (API Key does not support merchant, buttons or all scopes)". Also, I signed up for the newsletter, but never got one, which means no coupon code.

I would also be very interested to know how many additional orders you would need prior to making your shipment. Could you post a list of  transaction IDs & quantities in the topic? I am always cautious about participating in new group buys, and this appears to be your first (although I could be mistaken).

Pleasantly,
Ronald Bynoe
I too signed up for the newsletter and never received anything via email or anything. Also the website lists single unit at 239 not the 229 u state above

After mathing it out I wasen't able to offer 229.99 like I originally planned unfortunately.
