I checked now the ping times of the de server and the solo server from my location in the south/west of germany. The result is half the time using the de server then. solo.ckpool.org 199 mS de.ckpool.org 47.2 mS
mtr reports 8 hops with 0% Loss on de.ckpool.org and 13 hops with 2 times 10% loss on solo.ckpool.org
If somebody is intrested in those things.

![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I think, from structure of the "internet" in Europe, all European countries on the continent are working good with the german base. But for the UK & Ireland I think the USA base is quicker. All cables from the continent goes manly first to the UK.

Deutscher Standort, Deutsche Block Solver. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Und nein, ich bin kein Nationalist, eher Europäer! Aber da mache ich mal eine Ausnahme!

I' am verry curious about who will be the first blocksolver on the new Europe Based ckpool!
Willi is going to organise a pool-buy of hasrate for today/tomorrow, maybe he will be the first.

Question for the solo users out there: Is there demand for extra solo pools in other parts of the world? I can set up a China and Germany based solo pool now as well. Anyone interested?
Yes Germany New mining nodes open for testing then. Please check your ping times to decide where to mine. http://hk.ckpool.org, point miners to stratum+tcp://hk.ckpool.org:3333 and hk.ckpool.org:443 China for Asia-Pacific region http://de.ckpool.org, point miners to stratum+tcp://de.ckpool.org:3333 Germany for Europe Both of these nodes are both IPV4 and IPV6 as solo is. Note these are discrete nodes in their own right and share no data between them so you could even set them up as 2 extra failovers. We'll see how their popularity pans out before I decide on whether to maintain these long term as well. Enjoy! Thank you Con, that was what we are all waiting for! I switch over now! EDIT: I will run 1 miner on the old address to see the Blockchange time (wich was my intension for the Relaynetwork) is different then.... I report that then when or if i see significant change. The Status page then change also to de.ckpool.org/users/btc-address i assume.

![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) got it working! Thank you both, Con & Kano. I compiled all under Debian AMD64, no problem. Configured first the proxy, than the rest, no problem. That looks like your README is all I needet to come to sucsess. All my miners goes now as 1 to cksolo.pool ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) You make me verry happy! --- Next step is to get the relaynetwork working.
