In fact i have tried to review it in some 50+1 related posts. in effect, private investors cannot take over the club and potentially push for moves that prioritize profits over the wishes of the supporters. The ruling simultaneously protects reckless owners and protects the democratic habits of German clubs.

This rule makes it difficult for the Bundesliga to develop like other leagues. and as we know, Bayern Munich is the richest club in this competition. while the other is RB Leipzig which is sponsored by Red Bull. this should not be allowed. but in various ways, finally RB leipzig is the club that found a way to bypass the rules. although funded by Red Bull, instead of organizing itself as a "members" association with all "members" being Red Bull employees, therefore, the 50+1 rule would not apply.
The point is, with rules like this, don't ever expect that this league will be competitive.
That's it. Unlike EPL which was giving billionaire to acquire more than 50% of shares from the club. Bundesliga was preventing it. It was making bundesliga less interested. Im sure that if bundesliga will be very competitive once the big investors will be allowed to take a part by buying the majority of shares from a club. 50+1 still becomes a controversy. It's caused by other leagues have been getting so many investors while the regulation 50+1 in the bundesliga was preventing billion of money to go in to the bundesliga clubs.
So many speculations about that regulation will make bundesliga will not be able to be a competitive league like other league which was not implementing such regulation.

The best in the world  I think Barcelona is only the best team in La Liga not in the world because the best team in the world for the season that has ended is the English team that won the UCL two days ago. So how can you say that Barcelona is the best team in the world if Barcelona still failed in the UCL and have to try again next season. After all, the nickname of the best team in the world is a team that can get three trophies like what Manchester City got this past season. I think there is no conflict between Chelsea players and it seems this is because they change coaches too often in one season. If only Chelsea's management was better at making decisions, things like this might not have happened, but since the change of owner, it has begun to appear that Chelsea will not be the way it used to be. I think Juventus can easily reach the semi-finals even if they don't take the conference league seriously. After the semi-finals, he takes it seriously and goes to the final and easily wins the trophy. Juventus may not take it seriously, as it is normally a trophy in Europe where weak teams compete. Serie A will of course be a priority for them.

 Nothing change happened with the odds. It seems like that if bookies are not even trying to adjust it. It's very good to know who will become starting eleven from either of clubs. The question is still remain the same for intermilan whether lukaku or dzeko that wil become a striker but manchester city has so many options for midfielder.
