Agree with that, both fighters are still in their prime and they are very dominant, it's just nice to see that this unification fight is happening and we will see the undisputed champion after this fight. I think I got Crawford here, he is the faster and he also has the power to hurt Spence Jr. This antcipated fight is going to be fun to watch as no one would want to lose here. It's really hard to see who is going to win, others see Spence as more of the puncher between the two. But we have seen him taking damage as well and I would say he has the weaker chin. So if Crawford lands solid, maybe we will see him wobble. I think it will boils down as who is going to adjust as the fight progresses because both of this has high boxing IQ too. Hopefully they can live up to the hype and expecations from boxing fans. I don't think Crawford will play toe to toe against a stronger Spence, he knows that he is quicker than Spence so he will use his speed advantage and will beat Spence on points. I'm not sure if Spence will be able to put a pressure on Crawford knowing that Crawford moves in different angle and always look for the right timing to attack. |

Not that totally damaged but Canelo can still regain that status. He is still in his prime years after all. After the Canelo vs GGG trilogy, it was reported that he will go to Bivol next for the rematch. Unfortunately, Bivol seems not interested in the rematch as he claimed he want more title than a rematch. Hopefully, if Canelo will able to win against GGG, that might push Bivol to consider a rematch with Canelo. But before that, Canelo needs to settle first the chapter between him and GGG. A chapter that until now, no clear winner that's why a trilogy is necessary. Yes, not that badly damaged but his record is now more scathed because of that defeat but yes, he can still manage because he still got his flexibility and speed. Yeah, I really hope so too that there would be no major injuries along the way but the way I see it, these teams aren't injury prone because they are more into playing safe rather than risking their health in a messy play. These teams both know that having an injured player could make their chances of winning smaller that's why they chose to be safe than sorry. We will see how would the Boston Celtics adjust in the Game 3 especially that Horford and Smart had a bad night because of the Warriors defensive tactics. Yeah, that really sounded good when first two games don't have that casualty report. Tomorrow is going to be the game 3, this look that the game has been so quick and eventually we'll be on the game 4 and so on until we end up to watch the final match. And I expect that it will remain that way, I mean the whole series would be more fun and exciting to watch if both teams are all healthy. That being said, I'm looking forward that the Celtics will give some challenges again to the Warriors because almost all of them were having a bad night and let Tatum do the work. Of course, they need to play better, especially Thompson, he needs to step up and be more accurate on his 3 point shooting. Curry cannot be great all game, he will also struggle and that's why he needs his splash brother to also contribute like the way he used to when they were winning championships after championships.
Thompson has not been the same in the last few years. He has good games where he will score 30+ but that doesn't happen as often as it used to. Curry can score 25-30 every game with no issue, but the rest of the team still needs to do their part. But he needs to be up for the challenge because the team needs him, especially Stephen Curry. He ain't nowhere to be found in the last 2 consecutive games and his performance was too low compared to his average performance. He really needed too step up to because the Warriors is incomplete if there is no Klay Thompson making a huge bucket per game. |

Unfortunately, Naoya Inoue won the fight and Nonito Donaire was lost by a KO. The fight didn't get longer either because Inoue finished the fight in just merely 2 rounds. I'm not disappointed though because the odds are really pointing for Inoue as he have also the advantages, it's just I have expected more from the fight like it would go somewhere atleast 7 rounds. Our Filipino Flash wasn't the Flash we know anymore and Inoue was just faster than the 1st fight. Naoya Inoue is really a Monster, and I was really surprised, by that 1st knockout, it was so fast that Nonito Donaire didn't notice it, and it was a shot to the temple that rocked Nonito Donaire out on the 1st round, and from that, I think Donaire was just saved by the bell going to the 2nd round it was really shocking disbelief that in their 1st fight it was a close match, but in this 2nd fight Naoya Inoue got the advantage and surely in 1 punch Nonito Donaire can not withstand that punch from Inoue, and many speculated that Inoue's win was because of his gloves the Cleto Reyes Gloves that Manny Pacquiao and other well-known boxers keep on using because they say it has a thin layer that is why it has a tendency of a risk that the user may be injured by it and at the same time it added power to your punch because your opponent will surely feel the pain from your punches, from the 1st fight Naoya Inoue is not using this gloves, but I don't really know it that is true, I have just seen a article about it, And just now that the Naoya Inoue VS Nonito Donaire fight has ended, John Riel Casimero was very disappointed with that loss and said that he is the one that will give Naoya Inoue a lost record and right now challenging Naoya Inoue because they have a canceled bout, back on April 25, 2020, and right now John Riel Casimero is flexing his belt and Physique that he is ready to face any adversary and he is clear that he will win the Paul Butler fight, but Casimero was not permitted to fight by the British Boxing Board of Control due to medical guidelines violation by using a sauna to cut weight, and WBO stripped Casimero of the title. That might be speculation because there was no evidence that explains that thing, it's more like a hearsay for me. Back to the fight, who would've thought that the fight will end in 2 rounds, right? The first few minutes of the 1st round were more of a feeling each other about their movement and reach but at the last minute, they began executing their punches, and then Donaire suddenly dropped down. I couldn't even follow Inoue's punches, I waited for the replay to see how it was executed that made Donaire drop. I expect that Inoue will going to win via KO or TKO but I didn’t expect that the match will last to round 2 only. I watch the highlights and see that Donaire is really struggling and gets knocked out in the first round, I already know that he is going to lose via TKO. Inoue is really a strong opponent and we all witnessed it.
Struggling on the first round is the worst thing for Donaire, many are shock for the result of this match but knowing Inoue, this is really possible to happen. Though I put my bet on Donaire, I just think he is done for boxing considering his age and this worst lose agains the mighty Inoue. No more Pinoy boxer that can challenge Inoue as of the moment, since Casimero is also suffering from his own problem. Inoue is still a beast, I wonder if some boxer can beat this guy. Even Donaire was shocked that he was knocked down in the 1st round because Inoue was also looking to finish the fight much earlier than their 1st fight. And yes, in the 2nd round, Inoue took the effort to knock Donaire again until the referee have stop the fight for good. Donaire have done so much already in the boxing industry and he won't be forgotten because he was once known as the Filipino Flash, it's time to consider some retirement options because he will turn 40 years old this coming November. |

Actually, if GGG didnt win consecutively after his loss to Canelo I dont think this trilogy is possible or fans might lose interest because its just shows that GGG is not his usual self anymore as a great boxer. But since the outcome on his past fights are a victory, many are still looking forward that GGG can avenge his loss to Canelo. But we cannot deny that this trilogy is not that interesting anymore because we can say that GGG is much more vulnerable now than he was in the previous years. I've been talking with my coworkers about the NBA Finals, and pretty much everyone has said that the Warriors can turn the games and will win this finals.
Does anyone else believe that the Warriors can go 4-1 or even 4-2 and become NBA champions again?

With them heading back to Boston tied up there is definitely hope for the Celtics. It's possible they could win the next game at home and start putting real pressure on the Warriors. Draymond Green already seems to be having some issues... The next game will be a big one to watch. If the Warriors steal it in Boston then it puts all the pressure on Game 4. That's early in the series to start having your back against the wall. I guess Draymond is that competitive and will want to have a match up against the small and even the bigs of the Celtics. So I'm not seeing any issues with them, on the contrary, he shows some good stops against Smart and love that match up. The pressure should be on the Celtics side, they are at home but they are facing a good team in the Finals and they just lost big in game 2. And Warriors wants to take this one and bring back the favor on them, stealing a game in home court. Draymond Green have successfully limited the gameplay of Marcus Smart as well as Horford's, he can still manage as he's one of the most useful player in the team for the defense as well as assists. The Celtics have been impressive considering that this is their 1st Finals appearance together as a team but they still need to improve and work out some concerns so that their chance won't blow off easily because the Warriors is really hungry to get the championship title this season. |

I agree he is not convincing in his last fight against Tagoe, boxers are assessed based on their last fight and how they perform, Ryan can not have a performance like that and call out big names, this is the reason why his promoters opted for him to fight Fortuna, all he has to do is to knock out Fortuna show class and domination then he can call out the likes of Tank or Haney, but right now he should shut up train hard so he can give us a good fight where we can be impressed. What an early hype for him calling someone who already proven their position now in this sport, like what you both said his last fight is not that impressive, fans may still back him up but he needs to bring something to catch more attentions, he should be focusing with his hard trainings to condition, and put some aggressiveness against Fortuna. He should do the talk once he made his statement about his upcoming fight. It will surely bring the attention of those fighters he wanted to fight next.. I am going to support Ryan - I like his speed and his punching technique. It's because Golden State Warriors were able to limit the Celtics' rally and make sure that their mistake in Game 1 won't repeat again. The Warriors successfully managed to stop what Celtics are trying to do again and make sure that they won't blew again another big lead. We know teams are always adjusting after a loss. Surely in Game 3, the Celtics will make some adjustments over adjustments on their gameplay and make sure to have the Warriors suffer a loss on their homecourt. It will be hard for the Celtics to return to Chase Center behind a 1-3 deficit that's why it's necessary to have at least 1 win on their homecourt or much better, win all those home games. Yes. True, both of this fighters are way above the division. But we will see who is on top of the food chain. This fight will settle who is the best, Donaire will have his lasting legacy if he wins. But then again, we have the new and young generation coming at his tail like Inoue, who arguably the best bantamweight right now. But Nonito wanted to prove otherwise that he can still something in his gas tank.
This is Nonito's last chance to a shot at his dream, the unified belts. Not so easy but i think he got the chance if everything will work as planned, the timing on when to counter and land that left hook flush to the chin but if Inoue could avoid that all night long, then it is gonna over for the Filipino Flash. No offense to fans of Butler here but I think he doesn't stand a chance to either Donaire or Inoue, he will be there because he got the WBO belt. That will be his challenge because Inoue already knows his techniques and strengths, as well as his weaknesses. Donaire really needs to find that exact timing when to land his counter punch especially in the early rounds because that is his best shot and only chance to pin down the monster of Japan. Inoue will try to make the fight go in the late rounds and wait for Donaire to be exhausted and from there, he will start making some move as that's where Donaire's disadvantages and he cannot just keep up when his gas tank is already below average. No offense to fans of Butler here but I think he doesn't stand a chance to either Donaire or Inoue, he will be there because he got the WBO belt.
Unfortunately, Butler cannot avoid these fights because he have a belt. Even if trains hard, he cannot just take down either Donaire or Inoue. Sad to say on his part but that's the reality. He is just nowhere near these man's league. |

I knew I should have put some money on this game. There was just no way that the Golden State Warriors were going to lose two straight championship games at home in a row. Though one concerning part is that Klay Thompson still doesn’t look like the Klay of old outside of a couple games here and there. He’s really going to have to pick his play up if they want to win another championship!
You should have bet mate, because you're right and the other bettors (including me) are also siding the Warriors in the Game 2. You said it already, there's exactly no way that the Warriors would lose two straight games especially when they are at home and that's exactly what happened earlier. They gave attention to Smart and Horford that's why these guys haven't scored well and in-fact they just scored 2 points each. I noticed that too, Klay Thompson was not in his usual self. I don't know what happened to him because the other guys in the Warriors have tried to cheer him up and gave a chance to shoot some ball but he just can't shoot it. Two games straight with poor performance, I hope he can find his rhythm soon because the team badly needs his help. |

Maybe - the people in the village and middle class people have this entertainment and source of enjoyment - dont think there is any end to it. Perhaps, you're just confused about this discussion. This Sabong is a traditional game in the Philippines where the middle class and lower class is the majority participants, the game was already circulating in the country and was introduced in the somewhere in the 15th century, so we can somehow say that this won't end anytime soon. This series could've been easily 2-0 for the Warriors if they have not get too comfortable with their lead in the 4th quarter. Now, for the game 2 they have become more careful and execute their plays in the 2nd half to secure the game 2 win otherwise, it would make their lives miserable If they let the Celtics win again lol. Game 3 might be a bit difficult to predict on whos gonna win. Warriors will have to win at least one game on the road so the series will be exciting. I will bet on the Warriors in game 3 and will probably double it in game 4 if they lose. That's a simple strategy that I believe will work, at least we saw how the warriors responded and dominated the Celtics, for sure they can also win on the road as Celtics are not a good home team. They should win in game 3 or game 4. Look at Horford, after a stellar performance in game 2, he was very limited in game 3, he only made 2 points with a few shot attempts, that's because Warriors did the right defense on him. If they will continue with their good defensive strategy, it's possible that they can win one game on the road. I'm thinking that the Boston Celtics might take the 3rd game as it's their homecourt and it's their advantage, while the Warriors will have some time adjusting in the Boston's home and grab the 4th game in their possession. I've noticed that Steve Kerr always gives Poole plenty of exposure playing so that he will be more experienced and be useful in the teams offensive strategies, the kid is already good and I'm seeing that there's more in him that Steve Kerr's trying to unlock. Al Horford, Marcus Smart and Robert Williams made 2 points each, looks like they're having a hard time on the Warrior's adjustment of defense while Klay Thompson was also missing in action. Warriors play good at home but the Celtics doesn't really care what court they are playing as we've seen in game 1 They have also shown that in the series against Bucks and Heat. That's right, and it's the first loss of the Warriors at home in the playoffs. Celtics are a very good team, they can win anywhere, even on the road, in fact, I think they have a high road wins in the last two series. .....
This is the first time that we've seen Warriors not making a huge points in the 4th quarter. Usually that is their strong suit, winning the 3rd and 4th. But this time, they were outscored in the last even though they have a good lead entering the 4th quarter. This might cause an alarm from Steve Kerr, but knowing that they are ex-champions and knows where to rise, for sure they wanted to bounce back in game 2 because it is going to be in their backyard.
It was probably a mistake on the part of Kerr. At what time did he put back Curry in the fourth quarter? Maybe the outcome was different if he did it sooner. Curry just struggle in the 2nd half, that's it. He played 38:17 minutes, I think that's high enough for him to be able to contribute the way he used to. Not only Curry's offense was limited, but at the same time, his teammates were not able to make their shots again with great consistency. The missing link for game 1 was Poole, he only made 9 points. He should be more aggressive and make more attempts so Curry will not take most of the burdens. |
