I would say you both have the right to participate, there is absolutely no advantage I agree, it's like bookies making markets, just because they set the odds doesn't mean they know the outcome except well ok they know the "real odds"? But I would say if there is no objection, I have no problems, I hope noone else does. It would be even better to me to have you guys participate so we can all measure our results against the league founders and btw league founders all played the leagues in every country, made the rules but aso played by the same rules I would argue that I deserve first division in competition like this and if it was run by someone else I would probably got it and nobody would have a problem with it. But it gets funny if I am also the person that chooses who goes into which league doesn't it? I am sure there will be people in second league that think they deserved better but places are limited and we can only fit 14. At least if we exclude ourselves nobody can have that argument. I personally have nothing against both of you participating because you get to choose the questions, but you don't know the outcome. As for the league you will be starting in, you can always start in the second league and climb your way up to the first league. That way no one can say that you gave yourself a spot in the first league. Do like you think is best, but I don't think that you two should be excluded because you don't have any advantage except that you get to pick participants. Besides, I don't understand why would anyone complain about being placed in the second league. It is less rewarding, but you still get to play and climb your way to the first league. |

Hmm.. yes. 2006-2018 period was completely dominated by UEFA. Both Argentina and Brazil suffered setbacks during this period, and were unable to perform well in the FIFA tournaments (barring the 2014 edition, when Argentina managed to finish as the runners up). But now the scenario is changing once more. European teams are getting weaker, as many of their top players are close to retirement (Ronaldo, Benzema, Müller.etc). Younger players are not performing at the same level as the senior players. But for Brazil and Argentina, the advantage is that their younger players are already performing well at international level - Lautaro Martínez, Alexis Mac Allister, Enzo Fernández and Lisandro Martínez for Argentina and Richarlison, Raphinha, Gabriel Jesus, Antony, Vinícius Júnior and Gabriel Martinelli for Brazil.
I wouldn't say that European teams are getting weaker. I think they are stagnating while the teams from other parts of the world (especially South America) are getting stronger. All of those European top players that you mentioned who are close to retirement will eventually get replaced by new stars. Maybe there are not many star players like Ronaldo, Benzema and Muller but there are great young players from Europe. |

That is true but European leagues are not the same thing as European national teams. Clubs in the European leagues have a lot of money and with that money and great infrastructure they attract the best players from all around the world. National teams are different because they can only take players from their nations. There are few exceptions where a player can join another nation's team but those are exceptions. However, like you said, those top European leagues give players the opportunity to constantly play football at the highest level. For example, s good player will improve his performance if he is playing in England. While the same player will probably stagnate if he plays football in some minor league. |

But I don't think you can compare the Croatian league with the Brazilian or Argentinian ones. By the way, most of the Croatian national team players also play for European clubs. The quality of Brazilian and Argentinian football leagues is incomparable to Croatian football league. I was comparing the situation where all the best players are playing in the top European clubs. I'm curious that it's less work than world cup, but maybe once a week is better than every 2/3 days for sure! It will probably be less work in creating questions, but more work in following each sport. With the World Cup competition guys had to come up with a new set of questions every few days, but they had to follow only football. This time they have to come up with less questions per week, but there will be more sports than just football. |

If the quality was so high, then the following outcomes were not possible in Qatar 2022:
1. Australia defeating Danmark (1-0)
2. Japan defeating Germany (2-1)
3. Japan defeating Spain (2-1)
4. Morocco defeating Belgium (2-0)
5. South Korea defeating Portugal (2-1)
On all these instances, European (UEFA) teams were defeated by teams from AFC or CAF. The days of European dominance in football is over. The sooner you realize it, that much better for you. Else you will continue to lose bets on these teams.
I agree that European teams are stagnating while other nations teams are getting better. As an European, I find this good because it will bring us more good games in the World Championships. But if you look at the world champions, other than Brazil and Argentina there is no nation outside Europe that have won the World Cup since Uruguay in 1950. The reason why South American teams perform well in the world cup is unexplainable. Brazil have won the world cup five times, Argentina three times and Uruguay 2. Comparing the sports facilities and economic conditions of UEFA and CONMEBOL member countries, the former is more advanced and better. I think South American players are more talented and they produce some of the best stars in football history, Pele and Maradona are good examples. But we have seen a lot of improvement by the African sides, their chance of winning the world cup is also high based on Qatar's performance.
I would compare this with Croatia and their lousy football league, while their national team is among the top football teams in the world. If you look at it, Croatian football teams doesn't have shiny sports facilities and training camps. But also very few players in the Croatian national team actually plays in Croatia. It's similar with Brazilian and Argentinian football players. Very few of their national team players actually play in their home football leagues. Most of them play in top European clubs. |

I agree with you.Management should do something as even if they manage to win this season the Croatian league it is because they are already comfortably ahead.With such results like one win and two draws for the next season I can guarantee you that they are not enough to make you Champion that easily.The problem in this league is that there is no real competition,the ones that were the title contenders such as Hajduk and Rijeka are not at good times either and maybe that is why Dinamo is taking things easy.
Dinamo management is too busy fighting for the power to notice that they have very big problems in their team. Maybe they notice but don't care because there is no other team that can take the title away from Dinamo. It's sad actually because Dinamo was quite a team a few seasons ago. They were pretty solid in European competitions but if everything stays the same, I expect a very fast drop out from the European competitions. |

Već dobro poznata priča, na žalost.
Sjećam se jednog svog prijatelja od prije nekoliko godina.
Pričali smo o kriptu i bio je jako inspiriran, i odmah je odlučio kupiti određeni iznos bitcoina i otvoriti wallet.
Na žalost, bio je malo nestrpljiv i nije pričekao da prvo sjednemo zajedno i da mu sve detaljno objasnim već je odmah otvorio wallet na blockchain-u.
Od trenutka kada je kupio bitcoin i prebacio ga na svoj wallet pa do trenutka kada je ostao bez svega prošla su možda 3-4 dana.
Iz razgovora s njim kasnije, shvatio sam gdje je vjerojatno napravio grešku.
Nije memorirao login stranicu već je link za login svaki puta tražio na Google search.
Očito je jednom kliknuo na slični link i otišao na stranicu koja je izgledala kao da je od blockchain-a, dao tamo svoje login podatke i tako pomogao prevarantima da se ulogiraju na njegov wallet i počiste ga do kraja.
Kada nemaš iskustva i nov si, vrlo je lako nasjesti na ovakve prevare, a mislim da ne moram ni objašnjavati da je nakon ovog iskustva moj prijatelj odustao od ulaganja u kripto i da sada to smatra glupošću i prevarom.
Šteta da mu se to dogodilo odmah na početku pa je odustao od kripta. Ja sam izgubio par stotina dolara na način da sam (ne znajući, naravno) instalirao trojana na računalo gdje mi je bio Raven wallet (u to vrijeme je bilo popularno rudarenje RVN coina). Kako je komp zbog rudarenja bio upaljen 24 sata dnevno, netko je trojana iskoristio za pristup mom kompu i prebacio si sav izrudareni RVN na svoj wallet. U to vrijeme sam bio već oko 2 godine u kriptu i mislio sam da sam prepametan da mi se tako nešto dogodi, ali to sam shvatio kao školu za ubuduće. I to prilično jeftinu školu obzirom koliko love sam mogao izgubiti. |

U svakom slučaju imaju dosta fora planova za forum, nešto od toga će se i materijalizirati. Mislim da ste vas dvojica stvarno dobro došli ovom forumu da malo uzburkate vode oko raznih kampanja, poolova i ostalih stvari gdje se može zaraditi crypto. Prvo ste krenuli s onom signature kampanjom gdje ste podigli ljestvicu na viši nivo, a sad uvodite novosti u gambling dio s ovim formatom natjecanja. Mislim da ćete imati prilično posla oko vođenja tog natjecanja ali vjerujem da ste svjesni toga jer ste slično natjecanje vodili za vrijeme svjetskog prvenstva. Siguran sam da nije lako pronaći i odabrati dobra pitanja da ne budu preteška, a opet da ne budu prelagana pa svi daju isti, logičan odgovor. |

And another weekend has passed with another disappointing result for Hajduk, but also for Dinamo. Hajduk lost another game at home against Rijeka. A year ago it wouldn't be so surprising for Rijeka to beat Hajduk. But this season when Rijeka is playing really bad, fans are furious. Especially when Hajduk was awarded in the last seconds of the game and Livaja managed to miss it.
As for Dinamo, I'm not sure if the lack of form lately is because players are unhappy in the club, but it is evident that something needs to change. After ending a game versus Gorica in a draw, barely beating Lokomotiva and now another draw against Slaven Belupo, I think their management has to do something about it.

I guess that people here are not used to seeing such complicated competitions, but trust me when I say that it's not that complicated as it looks. At least if the format will be the same as in the FIFA World Cup competition.
It's only been a day and a half, we're fairly optimistic we'll get enough members We still have some threads where we'll announce it, SB team will do the same in their thread and in their Clubhouse - there will be 2 leagues for sure at least. We really want to start with 3 though, and considering that it is mostly free to play for decent rewards, it will fill up eventually. It only just got announced so I think it's just about getting everyone informed. I would think after pool owners to message all participants we will get higher signups, as you could see even in La Liga pool some people weren't aware. Hard to keep track but I check all the pools every now and then and of course jeremypwr posts I never participated in pools or other competitions here on the forum so I don't know how fast they fill up with applications. I guess I got used seeing hundreds applications for popular signature campaigns so I expected similar here. I'm sure that most people that participated in the World Cup competition will join here. I don't remember seeing any bad comment about that competition. |

Malo jest komično. Doslovce sam tek nedavno skužio, kad pogledaš njihov primjer FIFO evidencije u odgovoru na pitanje 9 onom jedinom mišljenju gdje uopće daju primjer ( https://www.porezna-uprava.hr/HR_publikacije/Lists/mislenje33/Display.aspx?id=19590), vidjet ćeš da prvo prodaju 10 BTC kupljenih u 2017. godini, a tek onda prodaju 10 BTC kupljenih u 2016. godini. To je LIFO, a ne FIFO. Ja im se doduše nemam što previše smijati, jer sam isto zeznuo redoslijed u mom pitanju Poreznoj vezano uz FIFO gdje sam uzeo jedan realan primjer. (Inače, na to pitanje odgovor čekam već petu godinu). Njihov primjer je samo 4 transakcije, a moj je bio 10 transakcija. Oba primjera samo potvrđuju koliko je FIFO nepraktičan na crypto, i koliko se lako pogubiti. Zato sam i išao programirati, jer je to posao za računalo, a ne za raditi ručno. Problem je što računalo da bi dalo točne rezultate traži točne inpute. A svi znamo kako popis transakcija može izgledati u cryptu. Sve samo ne uredno i točno. |

Ovo je jako dobro pitanje - to se oporezuje isto kao i na Forexu, odnosno, ako ti je trade kraći od 2 godine, i ostvario si dobit, na tu kapitalnu dobit plaćaš 10% poreza. Vrlo jasno i jednostavno. Tvoj kolateral ne sudjeluje u posudbi i trade-u osim kao garancija. Iznos kamata koji si platio za margin loan možeš uračunati u trošak transakcije i za njega umanjiti dobit. Ako si ostvario gubitak, poreznu osnovicu u godišnjem JOPPD-u možeš umanjiti za taj gubitak. Dakle, ako posudiš 1650 USD na marginu, kupiš 1 ETH, prodaš ga idući dan za 1700 USD i zatvoriš marginu, imaš 50 USD profita, i na tih 50 USD plaćaš porez. E sad... što ako otprije imaš 0.5 ETH koji si kupio 2017.? Strogo primjenjen FIFO princip nalaže da si prvo prodao onih 0.5 ETH iz 2017., i na to ne plaćaš porez, i onda si prodao još novih 0.5 ETH za koje ti je nabavna cijena 1650/2=825 USD, i računaš profit (1700/2)-825=25 USD profita na koji plaćaš porez. Sa strane ti je ostalo još 0.5 neprodanih ETH koji imaju datum nabave s početkom trade-a. U Poreznoj sumnjam da su ikada razmišljali o margini, i osobno ih se ne bih usudio ni pitati o tome jer će samo zakomplicirati praksu. Umjesto toga, ja bih za margin tradeove napravio zasebnu tablicu, napisao tok 1650 USD->1 ETH->1700 USD i na nju ne bih primjenio "normalan" FIFO, nego bih spario svaki stvarni ulaz sa stvarnim izlazom, jasno napisao profit, i za gornji primjer platio više poreza nego u "kompliciranom" slučaju tj. računao da mi je porezna osnovica 50 USD. Sumnjam da bi Porezna oko toga previše prigovarala jer na taj način platim nešto više poreza nego po "kompliciranoj" metodi, iako striktno gledajući komplicirana metoda proizlazi iz onoga što je napisano u zakonu, i to nije problem samo crypta, nego i svih koji koriste marginu kod brokera, osobito na Forexu. Ako hoćeš vidjeti kako izgleda točno izračunata "komplicirana" metoda, propustiš transakcije kroz ovaj moj Fifoator. Za ovu drugu alternativu, samo malo uredi transakcije da budu sparene i zbroji profit u Excelu. Ovo gore je naravno samo moje mišljenje. Za službeno mišljenje bi trebalo pitati Poreznu. Koliko znam dosad još nitko nije Poreznu pitao za takve kompliciranije slučajeve, niti su davali ikakve smjernice po tom pitanju. Najkompliciraniji primjer koji su ikad dali je s dvije ulazne i dvije izlazne transakcije u onom službenom mišljenju o kriptovalutama, i u tom primjeru su fulali, tj. pobrkali su redoslijed i napravili su LIFO umjesto FIFO. Dakle, ni Porezna isto ne zna napraviti FIFO. Jao pa zaboli me glava samo dok ovo čitam. Ne znam samo što bi bilo kad bi stvarno krenuo pratiti svaki margin trade. Najgore je što ljudima poput mene ovakve "kombinacije" izgledaju toliko komplicirano da bi radije živio u ilegali nego pokušao opravdati zaradu FIFO evidencijom. Jer nije sad stvar pisanja svakog trejda nego što to još mora biti potkrijepljeno nekim dokazima s kripto mjenjačnice, zar ne? Jer inače bi svatko mogao izmisliti FIFO analizu. Što ako je kripto mjenjačnica na kojoj radim margin trade decentralizirana i nema mogućnost ispisa svih transakcija koje su napravljene? Znam da se može napraviti ispis transakcija s walleta ali tamo nigdje ne pišu detalji transakcije. Samo piše da je poslana određena količina USDC-a i u drugoj transakciji da je određeni iznos USDC-a vraćen. |

Ma da moglo se naravno ali nisi znao kada ga možeš otključati ako ćemo tu terminologija koristiti Meni nije ni slična situacija, puno je bolje kada znaš da možes do svog novca u nekom normalnom time frameu. Koliko je bilo kašnjenja na ETH mreži rizik je bio popriličan da se ljudi moraju oprostiti od novaca ma stvarno dugo vrijeme. Naravno. Čak i da sam imao 32 ETH, sigurno ih ne bi zaključao jer baš to - ne znaš kad će ti lova zatrebati. Drugo je kad je tih 32 ETH samo manji dio portfelja pa se možeš igrati. Je li netko od naših ovdje zaključao 32 ETH ili sudjelovao u nekom staking poolu? Ako se ne varam, postojao je neki wrapped ETH koji se dobio za zaključavanje ETH-a u nekom poolu. Mislim da je bio sETH ili tako nešto... |
