2141  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is worth buying coins under $1? on: June 09, 2018, 03:06:22 AM
the price is not too important in this market. the important thing is the speed of the development. XRP, SXUT, TIO are some of good coins you can invest.
Thats right, the most important is not how much the price of the coin, but from their potential, the potential is felt from the rapid
development, high adoption rate, great promotion, etc. even all the coins would ever cost under $1 before their coin popular right?

Indeed. All these big players in the market had started from being undervalued and just surge while their roadmap is being develop. A lot of undervalued coins are in the top 100 in cmc so no need to worry because all of these are all promising. I would suggest to buy tron and cardano while it's still not yet mooning, fill all your bags now.

Yes, Tron and Cardano are worth under $1, but these crypto currencies were already mooned several months ago, and after that they were dumped epically.

Generally saying, the question is strange. Of course, the price is concerned to the scalability of a crypto currency, but it mostly doesn't matter how much dollars one coin costs. Even if the price of one coin is less than one cent, this crypto currency can be used to make a transaction. For example, take a look at Dogecoin, its price is less than 1 cent ($0.004), but this crypto currency is still active and popular.
2142  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bull market on: June 09, 2018, 02:42:05 AM
I think the bull market means a general significant growing of the crypto currency prices. Now the global crypto exchange market goes mostly sideways +5% or -5%, so the current situation is stable. Neither bull market, nor bear market. Probably it is good but the traders don't like such behavior of the prices. They need a volatility to get a profits. In my opinion, the bull market should be at least +10% and be continued during at least 2 days.
2143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth Worth $30. Is it possible? on: June 09, 2018, 01:54:39 AM
I remember that Ethereum has fallen down to $350 several months ago, so I guess the general support level of Ethereum is $300. Such price was on the autumn of 2017 before the skyrocketing occurred on the crypto exchange markets. In my opinion, this is a minimal price that ETH can fall in the worst realistic scenario.

I think the current support level of Ethereum is about $500. You can bravely start to buy or re-buy ETH on these levels to get a profit in the future.
2144  Economy / Economics / Re: So many cryptocurrencies ! on: June 09, 2018, 01:39:32 AM
Yes, the count of crypto currencies is big! But no need to pay attention to all of them, just look at the top ranked coins which have a big capitalization. Some of the crypto currencies listed on CoinMarketCap are already inactive, almost not being traded and their developers abandoned them, so these coins should be omitted, I think.
2145  Economy / Economics / Re: How much more fall is possible ? on: June 09, 2018, 01:11:18 AM
How much more fall is possible in price of bitcoins?

In my opinion, the current support level of Bitcoin is $7000, because the famous billionaire entered the crypto exchange markets when the price of BTC was on these levels. Probably he will buy more and more coins if the price will be lower than $7100. I don't expect any significant falling or rising of Bitcoin in this summer, because now the large investors want to have a rest and spend a time at some tropical beach near a warm sea.
2146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Things you should know before investing in bitcoin on: June 09, 2018, 12:59:54 AM
Do not invest more than you are willing to lose: "it is recommended that you do not invest your savings in this currency; on the contrary, invest 1% of your assets, something that you are really willing to lose".

But if you invest in Bitcoin or other crypto currencies small amount of your money, you won't gain much profits if the prices will soar up. I think 1% is absolutely low chunk of your wealth to be used as an investments in the crypto currencies. At least 10% of all your money would be a better choice. Also keep in mind that your investment portfolio should be diversified. Don't be focused only on Bitcoin, buy some promising altcoins or invest in the ICO campaigns.
2147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin become an asset on: June 09, 2018, 12:47:39 AM
Yes, bitcoin has been declared as a speculative asset but Gold is $1300/ounce and Silver $17/ounce.

Bitcoin at $2,000 is also high. What is the point of mining cost of one Bitcoin = $5,000 when mining cost of gold in $500/ounce ??

Firstly, currently a miner which adds a new block to the blockchain of Bitcoin receives not only 1 BTC but 12.5 BTC. By the way in early times the miners received 50 BTC for each new block. Let calculate the current mining cost of Bitcoin: $7700 * 12.5 = $96250 per one new block. It is profitable if the miner uses a huge mining pool that aggregates the hashing power of the ASIC bunch.

Secondly, in my opinion Bitcoin is an asset indeed. BTC is like a shares of a company, but it can be bought or sold outside of the stock markets. It is pretty safe and protected by the strong asymmetric cryptography. I think Bitcoin is an advanced shares.
2148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] FLOGMALL - An international e-commerce site on: June 09, 2018, 12:12:45 AM
According to the rules of ICO, if the project does not reach the Soft cap - money must be returned to the backers. But FLOGmall closed Soft 20 days before the official end of the ICO stage and now everyone who still doubts can safely deposit!

Congratulations on reaching the soft cap! Cool Cool Cool

It is a very positive news! Now the project has enough investments to evolve and I guess the token price will skyrocket on the crypto exchange markets! The next stage is a reaching the hard cap!
2149  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Was Satoshi's coding ability considered bad? on: June 06, 2018, 03:20:31 AM
My personal suspicion in this area is that Satoshi was never (or not recently) a full-time programmer, but he was pretty familiar with computer science (maybe a student or academic?), and he'd read some comprehensive C++ book just before starting on Bitcoin, so he made full and correct usage of C++ features in a slightly messy way.
Agree with you. It seems that Satoshi's code was pretty sloppy. Moreover, obviously he was a Windows guy.

Readme.txt from Bitcoin 0.01 ALPHA:
Code:
Operating Systems
-----------------
Windows NT/2000/XP (and probably Vista)

Vista hasn't been tested yet.  All the libraries used are cross-platform, so
there's nothing preventing future Linux and Mac builds.

Anyway, it doesn't matter if Satoshi Nakamoto was a full-time programmer or not. Although there were some bugs, the software worked fine.
2150  Other / Meta / Re: Ideas for posts ended... on: June 06, 2018, 02:46:25 AM
Have you ever had such situations and how did you fight them? I ask you to help me with advice on how to stop thinking about it. Thank you...
Just relax and take a short vacations. You already created a number of good threads and I see that you don't post a garbage on the forum. I guess the muse will return to you in the future, and you will continue to create a guides full of a lot of images as you did it before. Wink
2151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty is like a Box Chocolate on: June 06, 2018, 02:24:25 AM
OK, let's assume that bounty is like a chocolate box. Yes, we don't know if the project will reach the soft cap and the hard cap, therefore this can be an empty box. If the soft cap is reached, then we can predict the price of the token which is equal to its price during ICO. After that we can count the stakes and calculate the reward of each bounty hunter participated in the bounty campaign. The chocolate should be sweet, and the token should be expensive. Smiley
2152  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tired of checking charts on: June 06, 2018, 01:47:35 AM
How do you guys keep up with the charts?
Can't even sleep well anymore, if I stick to holding is it possible to make gains too ?
Checking a charts is a normal action. Just be calm. I check CoinMarketCap quite often. Wait for the better moment to sell, buy or re-buy some coins. In my opinion, HODL is not a profitable tactics today. You need to trade. Do you expect the skyrocketing of the crypto currencies? I think, not in this summer. Be patient.
2153  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for someone to manipulate the virtual currency market? on: June 06, 2018, 01:39:57 AM
If an entity is large and powerful enough, is it possible for it to gain a monopoly advantage and manipulate the rises and falls of the virtual currency market?
I think it possible. if that someone has a lot of money to use to manipulate virtual currency market once they sold or bought a huge stock of virtual currency its market will surely change and people will follow with the change. but, it needs big money to do it.
Yes it is possible but i think that it is now becoming difficult, because the use of crytpo currencies is increasing which is also increase the price of crypto currencies, i think that in future  it will even become impossible that even big whales will not be able to use to manipulate any single crypto currency.

Indeed. I noticed that the "whales" don't pump or dump only one crypto currency. They always sell all of the different coins they bought, lest other traders trying to keep their money will jump to another crypto currency. If the global capitalization of the crypto exchange markets will be enough large, it will be more difficult to manipulate the prices of the coins, but I guess the "whales" can do much anyway.
2154  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee on: June 06, 2018, 01:24:39 AM
I think the businessman mentality is better that employee mentality, with crypto in mind. A crypto currencies give an economical freedom to anybody who invested in them in the right time. Now the coin holders can choose how to increase their wealth. They can strike a bargains and get a profit, and they don't depend on the employer anymore. Therefore the children should be taught as a businessmans.
2155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and altcoin: Who will take control of the market? on: June 06, 2018, 12:37:29 AM
I guess, saying about control you mean the dominance of Bitcoin or altcoins on the entire crypto exchange market. In my opinion, this market will be segmented in the future. The currently conducted ICO campaigns will gather an investments and thus they will increase the global capitalization of the crypto exchange markets. We already see how the prices of successful tokens (for example, EOS) are rising rapidly, and how they are decreasing the dominance of Bitcoin.
2156  Local / Бayнти и aиpдpoпы / Re: [BOUNTY][PRE-ICO] FLOGMALL - Международная торговая площадка on: June 05, 2018, 11:57:47 PM

Cool Cool Cool

Капитализация по текущей ICO кампании превысила 8000 ETH. Проект получил минимально необходимые инвестиции. Вложилось 792 участника. Теперь осталось ещё три недели, чтобы собрать hard cap 28800 ETH!
2158  Local / Кодеры / Re: Вопрос про ПриватКей on: June 02, 2018, 09:02:32 AM

2159  Other / Meta / Re: Top 30 Merit givers per board - Interactive Tool to spot possible Merit Sources on: June 02, 2018, 06:06:21 AM
Good work, topic starter. But such kind of representation has a disadvantage. When the user count is large, there is no place on the page to show all of their names. As a result, some user names are superposing on each other, and none of these user names is readable. In fact they are shown as a black spots full of letters. It usually happens in the most right bottom corner of the board. I guess you need to omit some user names in these cases. Or you can show the user list in the text format below of the board.
2160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bounty not an investment? on: June 02, 2018, 05:34:07 AM
Well, I think a bounty should be considered a work, not an investment. The bounty hunters spread the information about the currently conducted ICO on the specialized forums or social networks, and they get the reward for advertising in tokens from the team of the project. As far as I know, investments always connected to money. If a bounty hunter buys tokens of his bounty campaign, he might be treated as an investor.

I heard that some bounty managers compel the hunters to pass the KYC procedure as an investors, but I think it is a wrong point of view.
