2141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is right time for investment ? on: June 28, 2022, 11:24:19 PM
The first thing that I want to say is:
Why do people always ask this question? About "is this the right time for investment ?"
Do they always analyze at first before investing not only follow what people say, right?

i found one good project named Hippoinu.io the first web 3.0 aggregator where user can earn rewards in all meme tokens and i think investing in this project is legit and they have a presale on pinksale on 26th june 14:00 UTC i am thinking to take part in the presale but i am scared of losing money so i need suggestions from you guys should i invest in it or not . I also share you website and website link
website: https://hippoinu.io/
whitepaper: https://hippoinu.io/whitepaper-en.pdf
Do you expect the similar token will also pump right the previous one? No, it is only a pump and dump cycle by hype.
Did you mean this token?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/hippo-inu/
This is only another shit token created to take advantages from their investors or new hype people. See, how the price is right now? How decreased rate is it?
For me, no need to invest in this token. This is not a gem or otehr expected projects
2142  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [DISKUSI] !!WASPADA !! Scammer dimana-mana, Ketahui Beberapa Metodenya on: June 28, 2022, 11:18:56 PM
5. to good to be true kalau misalnya ada yang ngasih duit gede secara cuma cuma dan usually "Admin never dm your first"

Tanggal 9 juni kemarin iseng-iseng buka email mata langsung tertuju dengan tulisan " 0.465305 BTC is available to you!" dengan pengirim Google Form.

2143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 27, 2022, 11:41:24 PM
I think Benzema should be the player above everyone else. he was on fire in the last season. Robert Lewandowski also played well but he has a better team and he also does not face so much petition as Real Madrid does in the La Liga.
Benzema has a very high contribution to Real Madrid, no offense, but Benzema is really the best player right now. His contribution moreover in the very ate play game time also really shows who he is, the champion mentality. However, he is also supported great players all in the squad. We know that football is a unity of players, not only one. That is why Benzema and all squads really have their high contributuion.
I ehard about one of the reasons why Lewandowski willing to move to Barcelona is to prove that he is better than Benzema. Let's see it
2144  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Swapping Bitcoin for "stablecoin": Smart move or disloyalty? on: June 27, 2022, 11:32:58 PM
Swapping Bitcoin for "stablecoin": Smart move or disloyalty?
For this question, I am not sure if this is about disloyalty, but this is more to taking advantage of Bitcoin itself. Not all people are true holders of Bitcoin, but it doesn't mean that if they are not holders, they don't love Bitcoin. We trust in Bitcoin, at whatever rate, we can utilize every market condition to get in Bitcoin. This is the loyalty, not being panicked and also spreading FUD because of the dropped price of BTC.

Do you think swapping your BTC for stablecoin makes you are solution to Bitcoin bearish run or a contributor to the challenge?
During this bearish market, for me, no need to swap my Bitcoin to stable coins. I will prefer to add more Bitcoin by using my stable coins. This is the chance for me to invest again in Bitcoin because the price is low, right? And the probability of Bitcoin will drop again is sure enough. And maybe it will be under $15k.

Can you comfortably publicize or speak good about BTC while you are ditching it?
Isn't this something hypocritical? Say like if you like, say no if you don't.
2145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH gas fees are low....A great time to get in? on: June 27, 2022, 11:25:47 PM
It seems that the persistent bear market drastically reduced ETH's network congestion. Gas fees have been ranging as low as 17 Gwei to 30 Gwei on average.
The transaction is not as high or crowded as when the market is bullish. Commonly this time is the right time to transfer our Ethereum or ERC20 tokens to certain exchanges or other wallets. I am also doing this several times because this is exactly helpful. But of course, we may be waiting for more times again to be able to sell the tokens or ETH itself. For, we know that the price of Ethereum and also most of all tokens are decreasing too much.
However, for some certain ERC20 tokens, I will not consider about the fee transaction, because as long as the tkens still have good price, I will rpefer to transfer and sell the tokens at that time soon before the price crashing. For we know that only evry few tokens that can survive after the price pumped.
2146  Economy / Gambling / Re: KYC casino or no-KYC casino, but with no bonuses/no cashback? on: June 25, 2022, 09:40:29 PM
well I would rather play in a casino where I wasn't asked to do KYC, if we look at this whole KYC issue in the following way: the customer delivers documents on an anonymous site, with anonymous owners and that also doesn't know where the documents will be kept, so we can clearly see that the client is in a very unfair and uncomfortable position. That's why I think governments should review this KYC issue. I have no problem doing KYC, I just think this whole thing is unfair
There are several reasons why we don't trust any platform to do KYC. It's a bit of a dilemma when we like a platform and want to play on that platform but need KYC. Although there are actually several levels of KYC, some only require some general data without uploading personal documents, some are very strict with uploading personal identity documents. This is actually quite crucial considering how important self-identity is. And sadly, many good platforms implement KYC

When it comes to luck, I don't think luck can happen multiple times even with difficult opponents either. If they can't play the strategy well then Real Madrid will lose in my opinion. But here Real Madrid successfully carried out what the coach instructed, it was hard work not luck. If we look at some videos from the bench, we will see the composure of Ancelotti, that's because he believes in players who have carried out his instructions well.
That's right, mate. Luck will not happen many times. Their hard work, solidity, ability, and also their cooperation really show how they are. Their process every time to have it is not easy. The winning mentality of this team is also high enough. We can see from how several performances of this club especially at the late crucial times. That's very rare and amazing. Nothing to say it is only luck.

Former Barcelona board member Toni Freixa Very unsure Barcelona will be able to bring Lewandowski to the camp nou in this summer window. He assessed that Barcelona had problems in terms of finances which made Barcelona move to bring Lewandowski an obstacle.
Yes, it seems to be very difficult to bring Lewandowski to this club. However, Bayern Munich also doesn't seem to want to let Lewandowski go. Now it's just a matter of how the negotiations will proceed and Barcelona's financial strength to make this happen.
2148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 25, 2022, 04:59:00 PM
It looks like that Arsenal are very close to finishing the Gabriel Jesus deal. This would be a very happy ending for Arsenal because there have been some other teams being rumoured with signing him also. Those teams have been Champions League participants for next season also. Considering this fact Arsenal are doing a really good job now. Arsenal needed a striker transfer the most and they are completing it finally. They have signed Vieira too for a sum like €35m also. I wonder if they will continue to spend more money like this.
I think Jesus destination is clear already, he is going to Emirates Stadium (Arsenal). Both Arsenal and Man City have agreed on the number of transfer fees, €45m. It is a good amount of money for Gabriel Jesus. Although Jesus is a skilled striker and still quite young (25), he isn't the main player in Man City. So, Man City should be lucky enough to sell him at that price. Arsenal is also lucky to get Jesus because Jesus has an opportunity to choose another team that plays in UCL, but he prefers choosing Arsenal which only plays in Europa League. Surely, it is a happy ending both for Arsenal and Man City.

2149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any changes experienced within body - Gambling??? on: June 24, 2022, 11:43:07 PM
The things that happen most often are:
- First and foremost is a high level of anxiety, and this can affect both psychologically and physically. Surely this wouldn't be good for our hearts, would it? And moreover can increase the risk of digestive disorders. Moreover, this is very influential on our minds if we often feel anxious, worried, and also depressed because we experience defeat.

- The second is that the longer we spend in front of the screen, the longer we sit or lie down. This is not good for our body and eyes either. Especially if we like gambling while eating snacks, just feel how the changes in our stomach area are.   Cheesy

That is why every time we are gambling, we must be able to control it and manage ourselves and time for gambling. It is done to decrease the risks, although cannot delete the risk but at least decrease it.
2150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful around massive APY projects on: June 24, 2022, 11:28:42 PM
Stay away from projects with insanely high APY, 100,000% to 500,000% APY, you knew what I'm talking about, Titano, Safuu and others, invest but learn to back your initial investment first, all these defi projects are practising ponzinomic scheme. The latest is Safutinano, just know what you are doing.
That is why we must be always careful to trust a new project. As we know, one of the ways that are used by new projects to promote them and to invite more investors is by offering promises, one of them is the reward like APY. But, as we know that not all ew projects are exactly solid and legit. Many use the Ponzi scheme like what you said. Some use this hype for scamming the investors. And the other thing is only about shit.
Very high APY may be very exciting and tantalizing, but there are always high risks also for high profits. One of them is scam and fraud.
For me,I will prefer to choose saving or staking my coins or tokens only in reputable platforms that has been trusted and popular although it has smaller APY
2151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 24, 2022, 11:23:55 PM

Compared to other La Liga teams, of course, Real Madrid's performance is much better, so Real Madrid really deserves to win a trophy. So it is
very strange to say that Real Madrid can win the La Liga trophy this season because of luck. Real Madrid's appearance this season can be said
to be quite consistent, even the difference in points between Real Madrid and Barcelona, which is in second place, is quite far. This means that
Real Madrid really deserves to be the winner of the La Liga trophy, especially since Benzema's performance this season has been extraordinary
and consistent. It has helped Real Madrid to win a lot games in La Liga, so for me Real Madrid have played really well this season.
That's it.
Real Madrid plays greatly not only this season and not only in La Liga but this team always plays optimally and amazingly every season, moreover Real Madrid can win La Liga and UCL several times. This really proves that Real Madrid is a big, strong, and great team, not a team with luck cases only.
Just really can't think why people still say that Real Madrid's victory is lucky  Grin
Do they consider that Real Madrid is a small club?  Cheesy Cheesy

I think it's still less interesting, especially when discussing these two teams.
I miss how Real Madrid and Barcelona competition so tight few years ago, the big match of El Classico where the two teams really put their best efforts and team to win each other.
2152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 23, 2022, 11:46:20 PM
I'm a real madrid fan but in my opinion what happened last season that made us win the la liga was that we were very lucky.

To be much stronger than all opponents you call luck?  Shocked Grin
Real Madrid had a great season and the fact that other teams was in crisis cannot detract from Real excellent performance and results.
I wonder how can he called himself as a fan of Real Madrid but he thought that the victory by Real Madrid is lucky  Grin Grin
Real Madrid won the victory and championships not only once, it has been many times. Why? because the team really deserves for the trophy. The team has stronger and more solid squad, management, coaches, and also strategy than others. Moreover if we see the statistics. real Madrid performance is always great.  Cheesy

Exactly, these are real enough, scams can be done in many things, ways, and also strategy. Moreover, when it is also related to certain hacks, this is very dangerous. unfortunately in several cases, it may be quite difficult to avoid, but it needs more carefulness moreover when we are using devices online.
Like what you said here:
1. Blackmail
4. Malware
6. Phishing Email
Sometimes, we are triggered or accidentally click certain links, downloads, or other activities that will lead us to get those three. That is why it is always stated that every time we are related to online activities, we must be more careful in every step we are doing anything.

5. Social Media Scam (Impersonation)
Unfortunately many newbies especially are experiencing this, they believe someone who impersonate as others. The weakness is that many newbies will not check or crosscheck whether they are real or not, whether the person or groups are real and official or not. Moreover, if the group or person promises something very legit, many newbies will trust them without rechecking. that is why many newbies commonly will fall into this scam.
2154  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best time to buy or wait a little bit ? on: June 23, 2022, 11:30:42 PM
Im buying now good amount , seems bottom reached , BUT i will keep 50% in cash in case bitcoin goes down further .
Unfortunately, we actually don't know when is the bottom of the Bitcoin price. But seeing the cycle, the down market may still continue. The price will probably drop again in the next few days.
That is why, it is better to put our money to buy Bitcoin by average, not all in.
I personally have made several plans of the average in every certain drop. Commonly, in certain ate, the price will drop until reaching the bottom, and then will rise up again, but the price will drop again lower than the previous bottom. That is why averaging is a good strategy for this case. At least, we can have Bitcoin in every drop, the amount may not be high enough, no need to do that moreover if we have limited money.
2155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Power to the people on: June 23, 2022, 11:26:57 PM
When regulation comes many will feel safer with regulated crypto projects but BTC for example cant be regulated because the founder cant be found, he (Nakamoto) saw this coming all along so what's going to happen?
Does it guarantee that a regulated crypto project will be safer? Safer from what? Scammers? or also from market fluctuation?
Well, every project has its risk that we must avoid and I will not be sure enough if this is called as a safer project even if they are regulated. As we know that many projects are failed (even the regulated projects), not only because of the lack of concept, funds, or teams but also because of their inability to survive during the bear market. And this will not be related to the regulation or not. However, many people here in the crypto industry also like something decentralized and not regulated, this is what differentiated it from the real business in the world which should be regulated under certain government institutions.

Bitcoin, here, is on another level this is the first crypto, that gains higher trust by the community, hold most crypto holders, have a high value. This is different with shit projects. exactly
2156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you trust a gambler with your money/savings? on: June 23, 2022, 11:15:54 PM
True life Story.
A friend i know recently narrated to me how his business almost collapsed due to trust he had for another of his friends who he thought he was helping by recruiting him to manage one of his Retail outlets.
That is why when building a business, there needs certain attention and professionalism although they are our friends or even our family. That's why it is better not to involve friends or family in certain businesses if they cannot be professional. For, once bad condition happens, this will really influence the relationship between us and them.
Btw, this case can be really a good lesson for us here.

True life Story.
- Are gamblers eligible to hold financial positions?
Well, actually this will depend on how professional the people are. But, if someone has been addicted to gambling, I personally will not choose them for the financial position because this is very risky to be like this case. Although not all gamblers like this, it is not working if we avoid the probabilities, isn't it?

2157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on transgender only events? on: June 22, 2022, 11:41:07 PM
The pros and cons of transgenders aside from the world of sports are also ongoing, so don't be surprised if this also happens in sports.
It is a dilemma and debatable when a transgender woman joins the team. The presumption is that they are male after all and have male power. This may be the first reason. If it's related to fairness or not, it's better if you are of the same gender as the original. And doesn't transgender participation in sports also depends on the club or country itself according to the provisions of world-class organizations, right?
For me, probably team with transgender will have a distinct advantage for the team.
2158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins dead? on: June 22, 2022, 11:31:05 PM
Watching the current market and the demise of ALL crypto ... is this the end for certain coins?
Maybe  Grin
This is a bearish era where all cryptocurrencies are struggling for survival. The best will survive, and the least will be dead because of this bearish market that will be still ongoing. This is not new. many new projects or coins with low cap or volume may be easy to die and cannot survive.
But, for certain coins, this becomes the era to buy more and hold them for the long term until the bullish era is coming. Why? because some of those altcoins may be able to survive, struggle, and develop even during this bearish market. They will also follow the Bitcoin rate, which is actually very dropped, those altcoins will be also dropped. But, as long as they can survive, commonly worthy altcoins are able to rise up and reach their ATH again in the future.
But, for what coins? I am not sure, because none can predict it exactly.
We can see from the past bearish market where Ethereum also had very dramatic drops until this can go higher and higher again due to the bullish market
2159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: crippling losses on: June 22, 2022, 11:24:35 PM
How can crippling losses be avoided?
Here may be from personal experiences:
- Learn and understand optimally before investing or trading
- Prepare ourselves to be ready, in this case, ready of anything: the fund, emotion, management controls.
- Do not use borrowed money to invest
- Only use free money that we can afford to lose
- Define yourself as a trader, short-term investor, or long-term holder. Because this will affect the strategy we use
- Don't get involved with projects that rely solely on hype or FOMO
- If you have already lost, apply a long-term holding mindset
2160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Age of bitcoiners on: June 22, 2022, 11:20:11 PM
Wow, little bit surprised that 30-45 years old are the most ages here in this voting, although it may be still many more members here. and I am part of that age  Grin

I don't have any statistical data report but based on my assumption usually ages 18 to 35 are people who have open-minded when it comes to crypto.
Based on this article, half of the young men in the US it seems showing more interest on cryptocurrencies like trading and investing which is calculated almost half of the population, it's 43%.
This statistic may be different in each country. I am not sure this is also the same in my country. commonly, those under 20 years old will still not focus on investing. they will only focus on earning money and cashing out it to fulfill their own needs, not even care about the investment or savings.
