Every since Messi plays the FIFA world cup junior category and they won, I have been a Leonel Messi fan from them, I have watched him as much as I could playing and winning individual award, never for once have I doubted Messi's ability and in all his individual winnings he had by far deserved it, up until now, honestly I don't now how Leonel Messi should win the Ballon d'or. Yes he was in the argentina team that one the copa america, but in all Copa america Messi had played in his Glory that is the one Messi wasn't the backbone of the team, it was a general team play to the last kick of that tournament, I really think lewandowski should have won this year's Ballon d'or.
2142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For those holding BTC for the long haul, do you earn interest on your stash? on: November 30, 2021, 01:05:29 PM
I have been reading up on some interest accounts out there for BTC and Altcoins and the yields are really good especially when benchmarked against fdic insured fiat.

What’s your take on this? Is this a good or bad idea?
If my tokenomics and economy calculation are good then the interest isn't much for those holders who hasn't large Bitcoin in their wallets, also I don't think this is even a thing people are excited about or are interested in, this won't even entice me to keep my cryptos in exchanges even if I were to be a whale holder. But if after  your research you think you interested in the interest you would get from holding/staking your Bitcoin or crypto-currency through that means then Good luck.
2143  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New in bitcointalk. Can i participate in Bounty campaign? on: November 29, 2021, 05:17:44 PM
How come you learnt about bounty hunting before even atleast knowing the rules, your mentor/the person that told you about the forum needs to do a better work telling you about crypto-currency and the forum. Now you here what next for you, you either learnt it by your self or continue on the path of your mentor that wouldn't lead you well. Go to the rules and other post to groom you

Bounties and signature comes after.
2144  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Growing Bitcoin demand among people.... on: November 29, 2021, 01:51:13 PM
I am sorry for any government that still hasn't acknowledge crypto-currency all they are doing is wanting bro do the catch up game after the realise that they can't stop crypto-currency, and no, I don't think Influencers held Bitcoin reach this adoption (2022). Rather Bitcoin helped raise some Influencers to where they are and now that Influencer role is putting food on their table.

Reading the white paper of Bitcoin you assimilate the uniqueness of Bitcoin and crypto-currency, my curiosity made me interested in crypto-currency but if it wasn't worth it I would have left, not even if the biggest Influencers Influenced it. Am still waiting on my country to come to terms with the BITCOIN adoption.
2145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: November 28, 2021, 09:22:40 PM
It is surprising on how Real Betis were able to win against Levante, despite losing in the first half of the match. Levante scored the first goal 7 minutes into the game, while the first half ended with Levante leading. Only for Real Betis to bounce back in the second half and Juanmi scored 3 goals within 24 minutes. Probably, his first hat trick in his career. He have so far scored 8 goals this season in La Liga. While 2 in Champion League. Real Betis presently have 27 points.
Real betis game and also levante's normally don't have much goals, so I was thrilled to see Real betis 3 and levante 1, I big cheer to the home fans I think the home team showed more interest to win the match, even if levante scored first they played like a segunda division team, in the live match between Real madrid vs seville it may just be the same ending with the former where the home team comes back from one goal and turn the game on its head by wining 3:1
2146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NO..India is NOT Banning Bitcoin on: November 28, 2021, 08:46:33 PM
The FUD continues.

India is not banning bitcoin as an asset class as many have eluded to. Many news outlets find that this angle is far better for attracting clicks.

India is looking to ban bitcoin as a method of payment. Meaning they are just trying to protect the interests of their future CBDC. People in India will NOT be banned from buying or selling bitcoin. The government has NO interest in banning bitcoin as an asset.

Source: https://blockworks.co/india-crypto-ban-about-payments-not-the-asset-class/

I don't see how the this will protect their people, has the people of india been exposed to alot when they have been using Fiat or bank transfer method, I can't excluded india from government that don't want the adoption of Bitcoin, I have said this before it's should be made by choice and I think this would leave a peaceful coexistence between Fiat and crypto-currency, where people would have their choice to make either by Fiat form of payment or they can go for the crypto-currency form of payment, if not this everyother excuses they give isn't working for me.
2147  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: November 28, 2021, 08:41:41 PM
Exertly my point imagine say you just dey hide your harmless wallet for a calculator hiding app or others and ever funds in that wallet you can account that you got it from a legal source, then due to duress and intimidation, them come force you to open the hiding app, because of their suspicion, then you open am for them to see the wallet, I no think sey you get talk anymore, because a clear mind shouldn't be hiding things, just know how our police system works and be very vigilant.
2148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 28, 2021, 06:59:28 PM
If am not mistaking this would be the third time chelsea are drawing with Manchester United in the league the others ended goalless draw in both matches, the bad blood is too much mixed with the pressure, I think when ever they meet draw becomes the best option and it's not even about the league anymore it's about bragging rights, and this would only result to two teams without a clear head giving us a boring match, and I think tonight match only got excited in the second half. Two points dropped for chelsea, Liverpool is the biggest winner this weekend and coming hard at chelsea.
2149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors prefer coin memes, new trends or seasonal henya? on: November 28, 2021, 03:39:20 PM

This is my first time to hear it and I think you are the only that got hype and other user that investing on it since you are promoting it without any solid proof on how it is a good buy besides hype. No meme coin exceeds Doge even Shib and Floki can't beat it so I believe no new meme coin will be really on Craze unless this meme token was being published by many famous news outlet and well known even by people like me that hates meme coin.
I think it's easy to understand that he is paid for the shilling of santa what ever or he is part of it, they have always been post like this where the topic leads you to the post only to see a big chunk of alt-coins shilling, I think they should just stick to other platforms like youtube if they can stop this habit, one of the this limiting bitcoin adoption is shilling like this, -Newbies- or crazy adventurous investors fall for it and are either scammed or they later understand they bought dust.
2150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: November 28, 2021, 12:40:00 PM
Anytime I view that paris saint German are losing am always going straight to the lineups to see how that happened, and today PSG is losing to ST. Etienne and the this is happening to a lineup of Mbappe, Neymar and Messi, did PSG waste transfer funds and are they also wasting funds on wages, or is Mauricio Pochettino not working well with the players he had, but even if most time PSG comes back to win, it should be unheard of for a team with those name I mentioned to be struggling to win team like St Etienne.
2151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN DO YOU BUY BITCOIN? on: November 28, 2021, 12:02:38 PM
At one point or the other, we all need to buy bitcoin, but when do you actually buy it? or when is the best moment to buy bitcoin?

For example, should I save some cash to but bitcoin when there's a 0 -15% dip? or should I wait till there's a major drop of >30%?

Is DCA the only way to buy bitcoin? What if I invest in an altcoin that booms and then take profit from it to buy more bitcoin?

What is your strategy to buy bitcoin?

Right now I don't think too much about buy bitcoin, and the mathematics of holding on a buying Bitcoin in the dip and all that, I just right now want to have every penny make to be in Bitcoin if it's possible, I think if we all can earn in Bitcoin from now in less than five years we should have an adoption, you can get straight forward answers on google, online or here, but the intentions/expectations when buy bitcoin like that may not be the outcome, and trust me you may never adopt/accept crypto-currency anymore.
2152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: November 27, 2021, 09:13:36 PM
So far what's your rating on Xavi? Me I rate him at below average, don't mistake this I love Xavi as a player, but he has to prove he could be as good as a player now that he is a coach, this few matches under his belt as Barcelona head coach hasn't been too different from coeman, although he has managed not to lose that is a positive for Xavi, but Barcelona aren't playing like the strongest team in spain anymore, I don't even put them in my booking anymore, because it's either a draw or barcelona loses.
2153  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: November 27, 2021, 09:05:01 PM

You just better dey careful, even now sey them get apps to hide some content of your phone, infact this update is old, and police has been able to over come am, and again you know sey there is something called under duress, na wetin them fit fall on top your body, a police man can take you to the ATM to withdraw all you money under duress, you just gats dey very private about your doings and always do the legit things.
2154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Musk the boss behind SHIB? on: November 27, 2021, 08:23:19 PM
Is Musk the boss behind SHIB? Is there an advantage within the future? I am hopeful that SHIB's execution is as great as DOGE Smiley Can somebody clarify, thank you
Elon musk isn't the boss of any alt-coins, don't be gullible to any project that goes about to even put Elon musk's name on their project this are all to capture gullible investors, and by my thoughts they are mostly scams, Elon musk only threw in his billionaire/business mogul, risk taker Influnce for Dogecoin and as I would say times without number that Shiba Inu or most memecoins benefited and some are still benefiting from it.
2155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No Ban. Crypto will probably get Regulated in India. on: November 27, 2021, 06:38:41 PM
Because of bans, fake news, regulations whatever reasons, the trading volume of crypto on Peer to peer marketplace in India is increasing too much.
Same with my country and I think everyother country that has placed ban in Crypto-currency, because in actual reality they really can enforce the ban and completely prevent crypto-currency enthusiast from doing what they love to do. The peer to peer exchange is what the government can't stop and I know how this makes them feel over crypto-currency, like my government some others are creating fake account on exchanges -top exchanges- no monitor activities or stage a fake transaction just to implicate some of the exchange users.
2156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 27, 2021, 06:05:28 PM
Liverpool is on fire this season, they completely demolished Southampton, with this performance today, their December fixtures is looking like a smooth sailing for them. I'm blown away by Alexander-Arnold assists tally this season for Liverpool, such an asset for the team. Also with Fabinho and thiago starting, the Liverpool team seems almost unstoppable.
I once said it when someone was asking if liverpool could beat Ac milan, I don't even see Ac milan as a big challenge for Liverpool, everyone is score, today their center back virgil van dijk scored today, and Liverpool is becoming so irritated to having the ball cross their goal line, although chelsea are tough under the present management, I would have said this was Liverpool english premier league.
2157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: November 26, 2021, 07:48:24 PM

But is that enough to prepare them for Chelsea? Hopefully it can happen again or it will be very difficult to repeat something. In front of them are players who are ready to perform optimally in all sides of attack and structured strategy. Meanwhile, Manchester United are still discussing how to go forward regarding the manager, who also has no legal agreement. The Manchester United camp was not only focused on the game but on the management of the Manager who barely found the final match.
Players like lewandowski, muller, kante, jorginho, salah, mane, foden, benzema and other love to play everytime, I think every player that has passion for the game would want to play always, so I think if injuries are the causalities of football and the aim of football is winning matches then if those players are fit you ought to play them, so many players don't necessarily get injured during matches but sometimes during training.
2158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What about the new alts? on: November 26, 2021, 07:13:07 PM
What coins do you think are promising? I think there will soon be a good opportunity to buy alts in the long term, so I am starting to consider options for purchases. Interested in mina, cdt and sand. What do you think of these coins? And what coins do you think are promising?
Bitcoin is the one coin I can throw all in as a  promising coin, some many are hype, shill, scam, joke and not just comparable to anything promising, the success promotion did for coins like Dogecoin has made team and dev more unending in their resolve to produce a coin they would call a promising coin, but -Newbies- be careful investing in such coins and don't be sensitive about the length the could go in convincing you that it's the promising coin you have been looking for.
2159  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: November 26, 2021, 05:17:29 PM
This might soon be the fate of Nigeria. We borrow ridiculous loans every year for projects that are not executed. We, citizens have come to see corruption as a normal way of life which is wrong. A thread on Twitter sometime ago was about each Nigeria is estimated to owe about 50,000 naira. I used to think its a joke but reading this article today I am having second thoughts
E no go suprise me if it's happens, the Chinese Government no be philanthropist they are wise in business, and if na patience them get am very well when it comes to an investment.
The loans wey our government see a sey them dey collect from this chinese government would be repaid, and as for me no be by money, because the uses for the loan no get head, and many time them dey embezzle the whole funds, I really dey worried about the future outcome of the business our government and the Chinese Government they run.
2160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Governments planning a Crypto Crackdown? on: November 26, 2021, 03:11:07 PM
Recently, many governments have been showing increasing animosity against Cryptos. While the US is preparing to launch a Blockchain surveillance plan, other countries such as Sweeden are showing signs of moving towards a crypto crackdown by criminalising mining.

Should we be worried about this?
It's getting to become a global war intentions from government in crypto-currency, my country has laid out plans using police, banks and financial institution, to bring down peoples enthusiasm for Bitcoin, but what I have found out from when the government started to clamp down on Crypto-currency transactions, users an enthusiast is that not even the government is big enough to kill Crypto space/excitement and interest, and then they -my countries government- tried out starting their own crypto, which was always not going to be successful.
